😠 Really bad bar. I understand the very critical situation, but this does not justify the attitude of all the bar employees towards customers, as if the latter were a nuisance to them. Always with a sulky face and they barely say hello. A girl was even leaning against the counter and, upon our arrival... People often mention good, service,

Really bad bar. I understand the very critical situation, but this does not justify the attitude of all the bar employees towards customers, as if the latter were a nuisance to them. Always with a sulky face and they barely say hello. A girl was even leaning against the counter and, upon our arrival, she crossed her eyes and practically dragged herself to the cash register. I hope that all this will recover so that I can go back to having a good coffee in the other bars at the airport.

Extremely bad food. Bread was stale and hard, extremely overpriced. Eat before you get behind the gate. Airplane food is better. What a rip off!!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Seriously. Don’t do it. If you get to the gate and you’re hungry, or thirsty, there’s a shop. And free seating. DEFINITELY DO THAT INSTEAD! They charged us an extraordinary amount for a potato that tasted like it had been microwaved a dozen times. And the wine tasted like expired cheese. The waiter who gave us the death stare throughout then charged us a €2 each service charge. Have more respect for yourself. Do not eat here

The first courses were good but the service was not sufficient. When I arrived they didn't serve me the menu and I waited at least ten minutes to get someone's attention while others who arrived later had already ordered. Once the first one was finished, I waited at least another fifteen minutes before having someone to clear the table and there must have been maybe ten people in total in the place. Considering you are waiting for a plane and you don't always have the whole afternoon free and for the prices they have, I consider it insufficient. Risky, I still (reluctantly) leave three stars for the goodness of the first one I ate.

I can understand 5 € for a sandwich since we're at the airport but there's no excuse for the rudeness of the staff especially one of the guys (cashier not the barista) slamming the eftpos machine and screaming at me to "do not run away" cause I have to collect my sandwich. Very rude and arrogant, pissed off only cause I ran out of cash and had to pay by card. Seriously?!

For what you eat, two pizzas, a beer and a soft drink, €39.00 is too expensive

A good place to stop for breakfast. The friendliness and kindness of the cashier with a Sicilian accent deserves all 5 stars!

Good Italian coffee and nice staff! With the plain delayed we enjoyed their laughter and kindness. Also my friend doesn't speak a word of Italian and they gave her good place to visit and eat in Bologna with a perfect English! Not easy to find in Italy. Recommended :)

Friendly staff and food was quite good but expensive for what it is. €15 for a plate of pasta and €7 for a orange juice was way too much

They charge for service...which is ironic as they don't actually have any service...The "waiters" point toward the seats, followed by the throwing of menus onto the table while simultaneously walking away, was really the highlight of the dining experience...I'd recommend the vending machine for a higher standard of food and service

Two glasses of very good white wine and a couple of plates of cheese crackers and olives 10 euros on a beautiful sunny afternoon.

Two stars for this place are too many, in fact it has a lot of negative reviews. Staff as kind as a forced labor prisoner forced to stay there. Outside the airport such a bar would be empty.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ As visitors in Bologna and people who are not used to eating very good pasta, this was heaven. The staff was really friendly and we were aided without having to ask in the most difficult questions, like which pasta to eat in order to feel like the locals. πŸ‘πŸ‘ We came to Bologna for the food and we "came"..... All jokes aside, our visit at La Prosciutteria Bologna was a once in a lifetime experience.
