We really love this place. Everything is like in the picture and everything works perfect. The communication with the host is great, they sent us instructions for everything you need to use in the house ( jacuzzi, sauna) so is not possible to have any problems, instructions with everything you need for a great stay . We truly recommend this place . Thank you for everything and see next time for sure

Great place! Clean, cozy, and comfy. Perfectly located near the centre. Self-check in was convenient once you got the gist of it.

Would rate the rooms 3 stars as the bed wasn't completely comfortable. Service and location are great if you are visiting Bologna by train. 650m walk from the train station.

rooms were average. but the lady that led me to the appartment needs to take care of her hygiene !!! she stink !!! 👹👹👹👹

First self check-in experience and everything went so fluently because there is always someone that we can communicate at the end of the line. The rooms are very clean and refurbished. It is located outside of ZTL so you can reach by car but then it is also very close to the main sightseeing. The kindness and helpfulness 'virtual' staff is great. Thanks a lot for all!! We'll come back🤗

Awesome apartments across the street from the bus station and a 10 minute walk from the train station. 15 minute walk to the city center. Only complaint is the walls are thin and it's very easy to hear your neighbors moving around, although it's not a problem at night considering it's an apartment and not a party hostel. Besides that the apartment was very clean with a very nice bathroom (which was great as it was a short break for me between hostels). Bologna itself is nice for restaurants but leaves a lot to be desired for nightlife and sights.

Room smelled strongly of cheap alcohol cleaning products like they were trying to cover other smells. Paid for two hour early check in, which was not honored, and I was not able to get ahold of the staff until a hour after check in. Perhaps I misunderstood their listing of shower, but there was no hot water either. FYI- A phone is required to call to get in and out of the building, which can be problematic if you do not have international calling

The code of the outer door didn't work and we had to stay outside for an hour during the night. The "emergency support" phone number was hard to reach. Imagine yourself wanting to go home in the evening after dinner, and then not able to go in your room, and having to call support phone lines. A total mood breaker. In the room the lights switches are not working which causes the lights to stay on day and night. We had to sleep with the lights on. Overall a bad experience.

It was a really lovely stay at the spa suite. I had a very relaxing night after a long time traveling for work so it was the cherry on top. The hot tub is basically a swimmingpool!!! So huge! And the owner is so nice and explained everything to me perfectly and made sure I had a pleasant stay.

I came with my friend. I'd like to spend more time there if I'm gonna be there once again. It's so private and you feel like it's home. Perfect place to Netflix and chill if you don't wanna do that in your home. 😆 Great place to be in, Great location too. I'd really suggest y'all to try this place. You won't regret.

4 star Bologna. A gem in Bologna, a place where you feel at home. The receptionist are always in time of giving you the correct and precised or we call it perfect information. Location was okay, 10-15 minutes walk from the train and centre of town. Right by a bus station. The room itself was pretty nice. Spacious, decently decorated, and the bed was comfy. The bathroom shower was not clean but they cleaned it right away when I reached out about it. Service was good. Very responsive and had good guides on how to get in and use everything. You do need to call a number to get in (we had a local sim card so no issue).
