Anything can pass but in Italy instant coffee cannot be seen. So really DON'T GO THERE!!

The house is not at all in a "unique situation" but it is located on the Bologna motorway junction, which is also almost impossible to find. In the rooms there were men in briefs who walked around casually with a southern or foreign accent (in any case not very reassuring). I arrived with my wife to spend a "comfortable and relaxing stay" but after 5 minutes I could only see dismay, contempt and disbelief in her eyes. Meanwhile, a police helicopter continued to fly over the “Villa” (but perhaps hopefully just because there was a football match / or were they looking for one of my tenants?). The owner then proposed "warmth and tradition" to me but the only warmth was found in the bathroom shared by all the guests where other people's used bathrobes and their belongings remained among the vapors of the last shower.
