Very warm and very professional welcome. Didn't expect that, to be honest. The hosts a/re providing - even - good restaurants recommendations, according to one's taste and preferences. Efficient, helpful, easy going breakfast. Very secure region and super close to the very centre. Nice, beautiful and easy walk to there. But top of the top is Imma for the warmest hosting, thank you so, so much and will definitely go back there to Residenza Rubbiani !!!

First off, as Americans the idea of a good, hot shower is really important to us - we were happily surprised with the bathroom and the bedroom. Also, we are here during Christmas and the Bed and Breakfast and our room is the perfect temperature! The owner of the Bed and Breakfast is amazing with the classic Italian charm that we were searching for. The is by far the best experience we have had in our travels.

I loved this b&b! The price was right, it was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the price (open 24 hours) , the residence is close to center, and the owner is so nice and charming. Out of our entire trip, this was by far our best experience!

This place is one of nicest places we stayed in. A 1900s apartment building very elegant rooms, ideal for a couple, fantastic location and good breakfast included. The host is friendly and informative. highly recommended.

Our charming hostess made us feel right at home. The city centre or other lovely places like Giardini Margherita are only a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast always had a nice selection of fresh fruit. The bed was made with a flat sheet and thin bedspread – finally a sensible solution for warm weather, instead of the thick duvet that is standard at so many hotels. There is a certain amount of noise from the street to contend with, but that is to be expected with such a central location. Thanks so much – we’d definitely like to visit again!

Pretty good location - walking distance to public parking and downtown. Nice owner. An uncomfortable bed that moved whenever I or my partner moved. The next room with the neighbors is separated only by a single door. Basic breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful Hostess. She was a delite and great at communicating using some English and Google Translate, plus had notes for information and restaurant recommendations. She also made a reservation for us over phone when we were meeting up with friends. Went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost item at airport! Room was comfortable and spacious. No AC but fan kept us cool for September visit. Breakfast was generous with fresh pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, beverages etc Bathroom also well equipped but I recommend you bring your own toiletries Easy walking to many locations and close to a good taxi stand. Quick walk to a small park, shopping and plenty of dining options. Elevator/lift big help Easy access to building and room provided Very charming area, building and BnB Fell in love with area and we’d absolutely stay here again
