We spent a week at Bellavista Giulia and enjoyed every minute of our vacation at lake Como and this beautiful apartment. The owner Luca, is a wonderful host throughout, from booking, checking in, during our stay and checking out. He provided detailed information about the apartment and the area when we booked as well as plenty of links to apps, websites etc for things to do around Dervio and Lake Como. He was always available to answer a quick question or any issue we might have. The apartment is modern, well furnished, well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals at home and the bottle of water and sparkling wine when we arrived was a nice thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The balcony and the view of the lake was wonderful, made my morning coffee even better. The apartment is located in walking distance of several bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is conveniently located for exploring the east side of the lake if you have a car. The area is also nice for biking especially if you are looking for some hills. We will definitely come back again.

Just to say we had the best stay at this apartment. The location, parking, cleanliness, facilities and most of all the pool were just first class. It really is 5* luxury. Thank you so much for making it really easy and Dervio is so authentic, our family enjoyed every minute of our holiday with the lake a walk away and little cafes and restaurants all to hand.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at Bellavista Giulia. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the apartment. We can only recommend the apartment!

, Very nice, clean and convinient apartament with all needed facilities (perfect for 5 persons). Excellent view to the lake from balcony and very nice infinity pool. Owner is very nice and available for all questions. 5 minutes drive to the lake (less convinient by wallk but also o.k). We'll defenatly be back to this property if we are in the area. We'll defenatly recomand our friends.

We spent amazing past week in Como Dervio, Bellavista Giulia was the best choice for our family, with incredible views of the Lake and the mountains both at sunrise and sunset. Incredible lunch in February on the terrace was such a great treat the sun made it possible. Fully recommend, the house is equipped with all a family needs. Tranquil and serene, with fantastic clean views to describe it! Just what we needed. Thank you Luca for this lovely place!

The place is very pretty. The view is simply amazing. Getting a breakfast on the balcony with such a view on the lake is just something one cannot easily forget. The area is fantastic. And the host is friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and modern. We will be back.

Como is amazing and beautiful. The apartment is clean and tidy. The apartments have everything necessary for life and rest - appliances, dishes, TV, internet. Wonderful balcony with stunning views of Como. There is a swimming pool on the territory. Several shops and cafes are nearby. The owners are friendly and always ready to help. We really liked the holiday.

The apartment has a breathtaking view on the lago di como and we sat on the balcony several times simply enjoying this view. The rooms are very well equipped and we felt like home. Luca, the host was so friendly and helpful and did support us in every way! If you want to enjoy some lovely days at lago di como this apartment is my clear recommendation :-)
