Very bad experience. Nothing was working properly and owner was also not there to take care of anything. No staff was doing their work properly. Even after complaining there was no response from them. Not a good place for any function . Not good for stay even.

Food Quality is very nice.But breakfast there is no variety. Rooms are ok. Worst part of this hotel is the male staff of reception.Behaviour of them isn't polite and humble.Its always in a way like they are paying Bill for us.Inspite of being in hotel they always provide tea in room in Paper cup instead of poreclain cups Each time we need to remind them to give in poreclain cup. The worst part is the hot water service for bath. If you need hot water for bath they themselves decide the cutoff time at the morning and when enquired at reception gives response in way ,You should inform us if you want hot water for bath then they will on the boiler.Its a basic need which shouldnt be requested. Atleast timing for the given hot water should be specified in all the room .if any accomodation person requires hot water other then the given timing we can think of requesting them but the attitude of staff towards the guest is rude. The dine in menu and room service menu are different.They straight away to deny to room service the Dinein menu. This was my feedback for this hotel.I am not happy in terms of service by the reception staff but happy for dinner food quality. TV are outdated without HDMI port Slow wifi connection. Room doors are hard not free to open or lock it takes little effort. Think before you check in I hope there will be improvement in their behaviour. The hotel has good potential to gain huge customer based on their dinner food quality but they may lose their repeat customers due to their staff impolite behaviour.Hotel is service industry if guest arent served well in terms of behaviour ,whatever the quality of food is it will always leave a negative footprint just because of staff behaviour.

we went for lunch. Lunch was good. Service too was good.

Food quality going to decrease, today ordered mix veg, rice, fish and posto. Mix veg getting smell even after complain no action has taken. Posto also not cooked properly. Same no action taken after informing.

Room was dirty. Tub wasn’t clean there was someone else’s old dirty washcloth still hanging in the shower. Floor was beyond filthy. Ashes from previous guest still on nightstand I believe the only thing they did in the room was make the bed and put fresh towels in. Left as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there because we couldn’t cancel unfortunately due to the fact we came all the way from (City) and by the time we saw the room it was too late to cancel. I even tried calling to get my money back which didn’t work. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Took an hour to get food. Food was dry and not cooked well and my friend found hair in her food. It was a busy night I get it, but worst service I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else. Please dont go kalpana inn

A hotel located on the highway, a 2-5 minutes walk from Muchi para - Durgapur. Has a few modern amenities like a gym and rooms are AC. No liqueur served in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is average. You may avail the laundry service, which is not in house but outsourced and takes time, as compared to other places following same business model elsewhere in Durgapur. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, the curtains, the pillows and the bed cloth had holes and were torn in few places. But these are not the bigger issues. If you are traveling with your family or u are not interested in the darker side of life then avoid this hotel. The basic premise of the hotel, is to run on hourly basis (promoted by OYO) They allow unmarried couples freely in the hotel and allows them to make ruckus inside. And not all of them are couples, many of them are temporary couples for few hours only. In short this hotel thrives on the highway hotel culture of meet and greet and "enjoy the heat" policy. Will not recommend

I came here and had my dinner at kalpana inn restaurant and it is one of the best restaurants in durgapur and also their hotel is best in durgapur.

I stayed one night for the ssc exam. Overall good service. The room was neat and clean. The location is good and the food available was tasty.

Our team visited the hotel for a business purpose and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Especially the view from the hotel is great. Corporates always deserve a place of silence and peace that we have found it out. I would recommend them as the best hotel for corporates in durgapur.

Near to NH,Parking available, food is costly. Room Service are ok. wifi connection of our room is pathetic. Food taste is ok. Breakfast is limited not a buffet like other hotels. outside foods aren't allowed.

All staff are very well behave. Service is very good & customer centric. Manager is very good person , polite & well behave.
