Food
Quality
is
very
nice.But
breakfast
there
is
no
variety.
Rooms
are
ok.
Worst
part
of
this
hotel
is
the
male
staff
of
reception.Behaviour
of
them
isn't
polite
and
humble.Its
always
in
a
way
like
they
are
paying
Bill
for
us.Inspite
of
being
in
hotel
they
always
provide
tea
in
room
in
Paper
cup
instead
of
poreclain
cups
Each
time
we
need
to
remind
them
to
give
in
poreclain
cup.
The
worst
part
is
the
hot
water
service
for
bath.
If
you
need
hot
water
for
bath
they
themselves
decide
the
cutoff
time
at
the
morning
and
when
enquired
at
reception
gives
response
in
way
,You
should
inform
us
if
you
want
hot
water
for
bath
then
they
will
on
the
boiler.Its
a
basic
need
which
shouldnt
be
requested.
Atleast
timing
for
the
given
hot
water
should
be
specified
in
all
the
room
.if
any
accomodation
person
requires
hot
water
other
then
the
given
timing
we
can
think
of
requesting
them
but
the
attitude
of
staff
towards
the
guest
is
rude.
The
dine
in
menu
and
room
service
menu
are
different.They
straight
away
to
deny
to
room
service
the
Dinein
menu.
This
was
my
feedback
for
this
hotel.I
am
not
happy
in
terms
of
service
by
the
reception
staff
but
happy
for
dinner
food
quality.
TV
are
outdated
without
HDMI
port
Slow
wifi
connection.
Room
doors
are
hard
not
free
to
open
or
lock
it
takes
little
effort.
Think
before
you
check
in
I
hope
there
will
be
improvement
in
their
behaviour.
The
hotel
has
good
potential
to
gain
huge
customer
based
on
their
dinner
food
quality
but
they
may
lose
their
repeat
customers
due
to
their
staff
impolite
behaviour.Hotel
is
service
industry
if
guest
arent
served
well
in
terms
of
behaviour
,whatever
the
quality
of
food
is
it
will
always
leave
a
negative
footprint
just
because
of
staff
behaviour.
