I love the range beautiful things and gifts .love to browse around .Always first port of call when I need anything special .Always plenty of choice xx

There’s a good variety of nice home items in store (though a-lot of tacky, glittery products are still stocked), but the fact you have to squeeze past till queues to exit the store when you’re not buying anything is ridiculous.

Went in with my crutch and a broken arm in quite some pain struggling and the staff were very helpful. Can't remember her name but she came round the shop with me and picked my shopping up for me and took it to the till for me. Very grateful for their help because its becoming a rare thing nowadays days.

I can not express how shocking bad the staff at this store are !! The range is a fabulous store… yet the staff here ruin that whole experience of shopping !! It’s run by kids… the tills are super SLOW !! Staff who are on the till. Even walk away when they see a huge que !! When unstocking items in the middle of isles. My son went to go pick up a knife which was left unattended on a box ready to un pack. !! Items arnt priced correctly. I went to purchase two Xmas reindeers clearly marked at 14.99 each. I picked up the last two. To be told at the check out a higher price. I went with a staff member pointed out the error. And still the then middle aged blonde woman. Wouldn’t honour the price. Tried to tell me they have 48hours to change it. Yet when I rang somercoats. ( let me add that actually answer the phone on the first ring ) explained they would of honoured the price. Let’s just say very dissapointed 6 and 2 year old when I had to leave the product behind. Not on. Will be taken further to head office tomorrow.. you can not call the number for the Sutton store. No one answers the phone !! Please Sutton store sort it out and sack all your exsisiting staff members and get some decent people running the store !! Such a horrendous place to shop !!!!!!!!!

The Christmas Decor is just fab! I got everything I needed for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Will definitely be back for the plain garlands to finish my outside project.

Good range of arts and crafts, but pretty scattered across numerous aisles so I wasn't able to find any tracing paper, and unfortunately victoria wasn't bothered to come and help me find any and told me to go and look where the sketch books are which I already did, hence why i asked for help

I went today, looking for Christmas inspiration. Near the door was the usual stuff...not inspired. I nearly turned round and left.I thought I'd go to the top of the store to look at the gardening, outdoors.......To my amazement, there was a huge Christmas grotto typedisplay of loads and loads of Christmas trees, lighting, Christmas gifts, animated toys and ornaments galore......it took me a long time to get round it all........marvellous......hugely inspiring.................but I didn't know it was there ...!!!

I went in the range last week and this week. Looking for light up christmas ornaments. And on both occasions I visited the range Sutton in ashfield. I wanted to see the items. I was thinking of buying working. And both of the staff were very helpful. And nothing was to much trouble. Absolutely fantastic. On the first visit. I purchased 2water spinner candles and on the second visit I purchased a changing colour snowman. Very pleased with both of the items I brought. Thank you so much. 👍😁

I would like to pass on a huge thank you to Rachel, Dylan and especially Lewis who were all kind enough to help dismantle the last of the Xmas trees you had in store. It made my day to have this style tree as you can see from the result!

Love shopping here always find different things. Their range of pictures and canvasses is great.

Absolute disgrace ..made a complaint to the manager..to be told by this angry little guy .You can't make a complaint we have no one above me ,and if I complain to the Range it will only go thru him anyway..The embaresment caused ..I guarantee I will never set foot in a Range store in my life ...and Mr manager don't raise your voice and call a customer"listen mate"....This guy needs retraining at the very least.Gave one star as not allowed to give a zero rating !!!!!! Avoid this Range please use other if you must !

Typical range store, but they did have what we wanted in stock, unlike the lincoln store which didn't have what we wanted and couldn't tell us when the item would be back in stock even though there were supposedly 3 on the way, nothing after a week so went to another branch.

Store is open untill 8pm but tried to ring at 7.30pm had phone ringing for over 10 mins no one answered. Purchased a new bbq and gas cannister in total £493.48 ( gas £73.49) only to get home put up the bbq and the cannister valve is low so basically given an empty cannister. Tried to ring to tell them they have given me a wrong cannister but no one will answer.

The Range is basically the same concept as B&M, and in B&M style it's a jack of all trades but nothing particularly well or in depth, the isles and piles of items are more crammed together, and prices are a bit more expensive than B&M, on the positive side the shop is a hell of a lot cleaner and more appealing to visit than any B&M I have been in.

Quality of goods excellent, ordered on line paid £10 and only 2 items delivered had to fetch rest from store, which was a nightmare told to go customer service desk then told to queue in main line then got to till to be told only certain members of staff can do online orders. Feel ripped off with delivery charge ridiculous really, wasn't happy in the store. Worked in customer care over 20+ years and would have expected better service

Recently bought 8 rolls of wallpaper along with various other accessories for my lounge that was being redecorated. Spent nearly £300 in total and specifically asked if I could return any rolls of wallpaper that do not get used, I was told "yes if the rolls are unopened and I have the receipt". Today I returned 2 rolls for a refund to be told that because I am 4 days over their allotted timescale, I couldn't have a refund. Absolutely pathetic, but they were happy to take my money! Never again will I use this store!

Better quality than B&M. Good choice on homewares. Reasonably priced. Christmas light selection 2021 was a bit disappointing based on previous years. No social distancing at the tills and slow to open new tills.

Lots of choices from food, confectionary and stationary to furniture, curtains, bedlinen, etc. Plus your DIY needs.. Good prices and friendly staff and customer toliets.

Went in to buy new bedding, I bought a new 13.5 tog double duvet, a duvet set to go with it and a fitted bottom sheet, plus a few bits, the cost? .... £67! It's for nothing!

Very bad experience today sales assistant lady was very rude to me just simple reason without know there is a queue me and my Mrs gone to the sales counter to pay she just come behind me said hey you are younin the queue very rudly and with loud voice then she said see behind whenni turn 2 more ladies standing behind me soni apologies to them it was without knowing i went other side but the 2 customer smiled and said you alright but this Fat old sales lady assistant give me very bad look then walked off so unprofessional it happen on 19/01/2023 @ around 11.45 am.The range management should take note of this Seems like that ladybwas racist to me just seeing the colour of skin but she forgot its because of is she get paid dam.

Very nasty and unprofessional staff, especially manager of the shop… today 27,11,2022 just before 4pm I had issues at the checkout with the payment, the lady who’s was working at the till made a little mistake, after a while the manager of the store was called to sort it out and instead of apologises for their mistake she was very unpleasant and rude ! she should be fired for such behavior!

Great selection of household and garden items, would be 5* if they had more stock as alot of the items on display are not available.

Love walking round here. Prices for curtains are good. Theres no where in Sutton-in-Ashfield anymore for a good range. Love there variety of products. Get some good ideas here too.

A good range of products well set out art supplies ,household goods ie D.I.Y and seasonal garden centre .plenty of Christmas tree and decorations for sale

Place very seasonable and laid out well. Sadly the garden centre needs a tidy up. Plus a look at safety of some items. Love the place anyway.

Got what we wanted, plus a couple more things we added to shopping. Reasonable prices and some bargains.

Misleading price tags, rude cashier, if you are a customer you are not right here, here always the staff is right. Will not come back, better go to amazon/ebay for the same or better quality with better prices.

Good variety and stock but can be a bit difficult to navigate with piles of stock etc in the Isles, its especially difficult with a wheelchair. Generally good prices and staff will help if asked.

Great store, lots of products. There is some good deals in the garden centre to be had. Also has a good range of automotive products too such as car care, touch up paint and spray paint for a wide range of cars. Worth visiting just for that..

I visit The Range quite a lot as l like their products which are reasonably priced The staff have always been helpful. The craft section has a wide variety of items to suit most crafters. Although their garden centre is basic the plants 🪴 l purchased were healthy and again value for money There is a large car 🚗 park with disabled spaces and level access to the store. I would imagine when the store is busy it could be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair around the aisles

Honestly never been in to here, decided to nip in for a air bed ended up spending loads I have never been so happy with a shop. It reminded me of B&M but better quality. The craft section is absolutely amazing and definitely will be shopping here in the future.
