This
was
the
only
dentist
that
would
even
talk
to
me
when
I
moved
to
the
area
3
years
ago.
I
have
been
going
there
as
an
NHS
patient
since
.
I
have
always
found
all
the
staff
to
be
polite
and
helpful
and
the
dentist
considerate
and
professional
with
a
good
sense
of
humour.
The
main
reason
for
this
review
though
is
that
a
few
days
ago
I
had
to
accompany
an
elderly
friend
there
for
a
check
up.
He
is
90
years
old
and
was
very
nervous
as
he
suspected
that
he
may
have
to
have
quite
a
bit
of
work
done.
From
the
moment
we
arrived
he
was
really
well
treated,
they
made
sure
he
did
not
have
to
go
upstairs
to
the
surgery
but
was
shown
to
a
seat
in
reception
immediately
adjacent
to
the
dentist.
I
was
allowed
to
go
into
the
room
with
him
and
saw
just
how
well
he
was
received.
As
it
turned
out
there
was
not
much
work
required,
just
a
filling.
The
dentist
explained
everything
to
him
and
also
to
me
so
there
was
no
misunderstanding.
When
it
came
to
booking
the
appointment
for
this
treatment
the
receptionist
was
most
helpful
in
arranging
it
for
a
date
and
time
that
was
convenient
for
me
to
accompany
him.
