After an enjoyable short break where we had a hot tub which was very relaxing to our weary bones, we decided to buy one of our own. H2O impressed us with their very large display of working tubs with helpful advice when asked. We ordered a Garden Spas "Iris" as best suited to our needs and power supply. It was delayed by the global shipping problems (not H2O's fault), but when it was ready, arrangements were made for delivery and it all went well. Excellent service and a well stocked shop with all the water treatment chemicals The Spa (we don't call it a hot tub-we're posh. LOL) is now getting lots of use. We love it
