I bought a hot tub from this lovely company. They were very informative the entire time. I viewed a hot tub on there website “ The new Marbella”. Everytime I had a query they would respond to me almost instantly and answered every thing I had. The people who delivered the hot tubs are very nice and made sure I knew how to use it. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a good quality hot tub while also getting quality service.

Amazing service, communication and most importantly of all, hot tub! We researched for quite some time, the process and costs of purchasing a hot tub and sent messages to a few companies with our questions and queries. Sadly on a few occasions, we either didn’t get the kind of reply that warranted spending such a substantial amount of money with them, or once or twice, didn’t even get a reply! …Until one evening, when I sent a message to Grimsby Hot Tubs, after seeing one of those ‘sponsored’ adverts on Facebook, that I normally ignore. From that evening, every message I sent, I received a friendly and prompt reply, (I was also made to feel like I wasn’t pestering and bothering them with my silly questions) I also didn’t feel pressured into a hard sales pitch via a phone call instead (which I’d had from others!) Needless to say, within a few days, we’d placed an order and just a few weeks, (and some chit chat banter, emojis and GIFs via messenger 🤣) later, our hot tub has been delivered. Over the years, we’ve always chosen holidays and short breaks with hot tubs and we’ve also tried a few of the inflatable ones ourselves at home, so we do have a bit of experience of hot tubs/spas. For the price bracket we were searching for this new purchase, we had to remind ourselves that we may not get a top of the range model with all the bells and whistles, like some we’ve used before on holiday, but I can honestly say, our new Marbella hot tub, is the best we’ve ever tried! 100% Such a high quality for such a competitive price, even us self-confessed snobs are impressed and that’s saying something 🤣 Powerful relaxing jets and brilliant Bluetooth volume for annoying the neighbours even more this summer 🙃 So if you’re endlessly browsing Google for reviews before you buy (like we also did) then I can highly recommend Grimsby, not just on outstanding friendly, knowledgable service, but for an amazing product and aftercare too. From start to finish my experience has been amazing. From speaking to Paul when ordering to having tub delivery 1 week later fantastic. Delivery and installation team where also top notch. Great communication as to delivery times to sorting out the tricky bits to get tub through. Nothing was a problem. Totally amazing service from everyone involved. Easy set up and the experience of using the tub was setting else. Moving from an inflatable to the Marbella there is just no comparison. Can't recommend Grimsby Hot Tubs enough wish I could give more starts. Thank you so so much this investment will improve my quality of life so much.

After being scammed with another online company we were very cautious about deciding to trust another hot tub company. But Iv got to say Grimsby hot tubs a brilliant trustworthy company. After letting them know we had been scammed when getting another hot tub they were brilliant with us from before even ordering our hot tub from them to delivery. There customers services is way above 5star nothing was to much trouble for them and the two men that installed our hot tub were very nice and did a brilliant job. Paul one of the customer services men was also above a 5 star. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grimsby Hot Tubs to any body. So a massive thank you and our hot tub is beautiful 😁

Ordered our hot tub on 06/10/22 but due to having some work done on our back garden they were able to hold the hot tub until we were ready for delivery and it was no trouble at all. All questions we asked were answered swiftly and with enough knowledge. The company has been exceptional from the moment we enquired and we are more than happy with the hot tub and big approval from our children too. Got a few added extras with the price due to a promotion and we were told about the different makes and models of hot tubs and what they felt would be best for us as a family and they were spot on. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a hot tub or wants to upgrade from an inflatable to a hard shell.
