Do not buy any hot tubs from this company they do not keep to there side of the warranty when you have a problem terrible service. I've spoke to other customers that have had the same problems

Read the reviews and went to various companies - the staff here were excellent and we LOVE our hot tub! I cannot understand why people buy cheaper products unseen over the internet when you can see EXACTLY what you are buying at their showroom. Been in business for 28 years with a great reputation - just what I wanted when buying something like this (which should last many many years). Great company and service - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Got a result in the end after taking the extended warranty out. Spoke to the director, very nice chap and understanding. It wasn’t a big issue but an issue all resolved now. Many thanks.

We chose the Amalfi hot tub and the team were very knowledgeable about the product. The installation was professional and on time. Their care and attention when fitting the hot tub was second to none. Would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended company. We bought a Cannes hot tub from them at the end of 2015 (to replace our 'experimental' Lay-Z Vegas) and all is good so far. Good after-sales support and all questions I've asked have been quickly answered. There were (probably still are) cheaper out there but I'm recommending The Hot Tub Company to friends, for quality and support.

Love our new hot tub! Visited the showroom and was given professional and friendly service. Polite and knowledgable, no hard sell here. After a 'Wet test' we ordered the Amalfi, which was delivered 2 weeks ago. Installed by a very helpful team who gave us great service, showing us how to use and look after our new spa. As we lay back and relax in it after a busy day, we wish we taken 'the plunge' years ago. Maybe if we had been to The Hot Tub Company then, we would have ! Great service throughout whole purchase process. Very informative web site. I decided early on to purchase the "Amalfi" hot tub. I was reassured by the company trading continuously for more than 25 years. I visited the showroom in Leicester one Saturday morning. Service was friendly, efficient and courteous. I ordered the tub there and then. Delivery was arranged for about three weeks later. I received two letters advising of delivery date. On morning of delivery I received a call to advise a rough ETA. Installers arrived bang on time and duly continued to setup and install new Amalfi tub. Guys were on-site for approx three and half hours from start to finish. They were friendly, efficient and very thoughtful of cleaning tub and ensuring all waste was cleared up. They fully explained all the intricacies of chemical usage and cleaning. As I sit here writing this review I only have about another half hour to wait to use tub for the first time. ;-) To summarise - Very impressed with The Hot Tub Company from start to finish and will recommend them to anyone at every opportunity. Than you.
