We had an amazing time while visiting Asado during a Friday night. The service and staff were excellent and always there to help. The food? Definitely a 10/10! It was definitely fresh, juicy and full of flavour! We really appreciate that now fries are included with the burger price. I do have to point out that sadly the portion of the fries was extremely small. Considering how much potatoes cost we would of loved having some more fries with our burger, I guess next time we can order some extra fries to share.

I dined here tonight alone. The staff were so lovely and didn’t make me feel like a weirdo for being on my own. I was well looked after and I had a table at the back. It was very cool vibes and I felt very relaxed. My burger was the El Don and I wasn’t expecting it to be one of the best burgers of my entire life! It smelled so good that it stopped me in my tracks and I had to savour it. It smelled was SO meaty and even though I asked for the patty to be well done it was still really juicy. I looked at the fries and slaw and didn’t think it was a large portion but it was just right. I think this place is a real gem, and I hope to be back soon to try the spicy chicken wings as they sound like a challenge!

Came here a year ago and the burger was amazing. We’ve tried several other burger places in Bristol and this has been the place to beat. We came back for the second time today and it surpassed our expectations again. The wings were exceptional and the burger 5* - definitely the best burger place in bristol!

Genuinely such a delicious vegan burger. You really can't go wrong if you're in the mood for one! The ambiance of this place was great as well and the people that work there were super nice and attentive too! Can't wait to go back again!

Really tasty burgers! The "hot sauce" is really good. The only thing I'm baffled by is, I asked for a large glass of wine, and they serve that as 175ml. That's obviously a medium but the owner thinks otherwise. Other then that, fantastic food and nice, friendly staff.

Been wanting to try Asado for years and finally got the chance! We weren't disappointed. We tried a chicken burger and their Asado beef burger, and made one of the fries dirty with the pulled beef. The chicken burger was insane 👌 super crispy and fresh. Will definitely be back to try others. Epic flavours all round. Highly recommend.

this was the best experience i’ve had at a restaurant. the staff were so sweet to not just me but everyone and the food was out of this world, the new york burger was the best burger i’ve ever had and the price is so good considering the quality of the food. also i loved the music and i would definitely come here again.

The hamburger restaurant Asado in Bristol has long been renowned, and I recently went there to see for myself. When I first placed my order, I was actually a bit hesitant because the prices were quite high, with a combo costing around £20. However, the experience over the next half hour convinced me that it was all worth it. The hamburger was so massive that I struggled to take the first bite, so I started with the sides. I must say, the fries and slaw were decent but not extraordinary. But when I finally managed to compress the burger and take a bite, I couldn't help but exclaim that this might be the best burger I've ever had in my life. The fresh beef combined with the smoky flavor from the grill was juicy and delicious, and the unique cheese added the perfect finishing touch. The burger bun had already been thoroughly soaked in the meat's juices. Every bite gave me a new appreciation for hamburgers. I would rate it 10 out of 10. It's hard to imagine that this is a creation of humans.

My friends and I enjoyed some fantastic cuisine. To be completely honest, this was the finest burger I've ever had. The service was excellent, especially Paloma who helped us understand the menu and suggested drinks. We really adored the fantastic latino-american ambience with salsa music playing in the background.

Feasting on the special "Le Steak Frite" at Asado was an unforgettable culinary adventure. Every bite of this tasteful creation, perfectly accompanied by crispy rosemary salt fries and tangy pickled slaw, was a gastronomic delight. However, I'm holding onto my fifth star due to a significant waiting time. We waited for 30 minutes to order, then another hour for the food. Kudos to the friendly staff who managed the busy time commendably. Despite the delay, Asado, I'm coming back for more of your fantastic burgers. Hoping for a quicker service next time, that fifth star is yours for the taking!

I went here for dinner with a friend, we tried vegetarian and beef burgers both were exceptional and the portion sizes generous! The service was great from everyone and the cocktails served to us by Ismael were the absolute highlight. Couldn’t recommend this dinner spot more! 10/10!

Maybe not the most flattering pictures. Perhaps the flavours just didn't agree with me but I just found the burger to have a strangely strong unpleasant flavour, not sure from what ingredient but not from the meat it seemed. 2 small croquettes was not worth the price, they tasted ok. The garlic sauce was too smooth and unpleasantly tangy. Fries were ok. I'll order from here again just because the other reviews are so good.

Fab burger (just the right amount), delicious fries and slaw. Great, friendly service and lovely, low key atmosphere. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is because there were quite a few things off the menu (no chicken wings!)

Oh holy moly this was GOOD! Followed their page in Instagram for a while and had to pop in when we were in Bristol! I want to go back again already and it's only been a few weeks since our first visit! The flavours are incredible and the fries are fabulous on their own or with the queso sauce!

Great burgers, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Really great place to go. Definitely coming back. Only criticism is that it is a tad pricey for what you get but worth it every once in a while!

Great atmosphere with very friendly staff but above all, their burgers are awesome! Juicy and perfectly cooked patty, fluffy bun and very well seasoned. Their chicken wings are phenomenal! However I didn’t like their croquetas - wasn’t delicious and they should really consider if it needs to stay on the menu!

Having been to many burger joints I was intrigued to try this place after seeing it featured on TOPJAW, and it did not disappoint - it was fantastic. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the burger was up there with one of the best I've had. Simple yet delicious. Topped off with the beef and cheese loaded chips and I was in heaven. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

This is easy.... We had 3 different burgers ...1 Milk Chicken, 1 El Don and a Xmas burger ..mixed in with some fries topped with cheese and pulled beef.... If you go to one burger restaurant in Bristol go to this one 👍👍👍

Easily one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had; when they say "Do your want your burger 'juicy'?" they mean very pink and it's delicious. Great selection of drinks as well. Recommend booking. They do have veggie, vegan and kids burgers.
