Superb - they are invariably friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They also managed to deliver my latest order seemingly before I had even decided to place it (well, within about 4 hours), which was quite amazing. A really great, local shop that I can't recommend highly enough.

John Moores always go above and beyond for what their customer needs. I’ve been getting my rackets restrung here for the last 2 years and each time they have been perfect and done in time without fail. The team are always so accommodating and helpful. For example on a couple of occasions I’ve needed the racket back next day/same day for a match and they have been able to accommodate this. The loyalty scheme is also the best I’ve seen in Bath. Go check them out if you haven’t already!
