AMAZING - Thank you to Karl and his team, we are over the moon with our new outdoor cushions. They fit perfectly within the space and Karl was able to get the seats finished and sorted in the time frame we requested. Norfolk Upholstery had a wide range of fabrics to choose from and had exactly what we were looking for. The attention to detail is perfect and we are so impressed with the final result and the high standard of finish. Karl even numbered our seats and created a plan, so we knew exactly where each cushion went (which was extremely helpful). Karl advised us on the correct materials and was extremely informative and really listened and understood our brief. The service from start to finish was excellent. They had a wide range of high quality furnishings to choose from and we were delighted with the care and attention to detail with the finish. See the attached photo. They even provided extra cushions to match to complete the overall effect.
