They make great caramel frappuccinos for what it's worth and it's warm inside the shop, the staff are nice and efficient, but the cleanliness genuinely needs to be better. The table I was sitting at was not cleaned, and the cream and sugar stations didn't look very tidy.

I didn't get anything to eat, just a very much needed cappuccino. Although a little expensive in my opinion, their Toastie's always look VERY tempting! Just from their appearance, it is obvious quality ingredients are used, and this contributes to the presentation which when you linger just a little to long, seems to call to you and try and pull you in as a mermaid would to a sailor! OMG I think I may be a little too peckish to be waxing lyrical about 'cheesey' temptations.

Popped in for around 3.00pm. Bought 2 sandwiches and coffees. All very tasty but looking around the seating areas I noticed that they could do with a clean :disenfectant to wipe up mess on table tops etc plus a Hoover would not go amiss on the floors. Service was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly but they do need to keep on top of the cleaning itinerary.

The kindness of the staff was visible. It was a simple visit to charge my phone and enjoy the best hot chocolate out of the all coffee shop. I liked how much space and light it was inside. Thank you 😊

Ordered too good to go bags and they decided to cancel it 10 minutes before collecting time. Shocking.

Cleaning is not taken seriously here. The toilets are always dirty and tables are left dirty until you asked for them to be cleaned. No bins inside or out. For a Starbucks this is probably the worst.

I had a hot chocolate and a slice of lemon loaf. The hot chocolate was warm at best, but very nice. The slice of lemon loaf was stale but edible and tasty. The staff were great and can't be faulted. The atmosphere was a bit too characterless for my liking, but I could see how others might like it.

Service is very quick and normally very good. The seating area lacks adequate chairs, and there are too many students with laptops taking up the available seating. Clearly, most are sat there for the day using the electricity and heating. The long opening hours are excellent, and although cleaning standards are slowly dropping, it's not bad.
