What a nice place, I actually liked it here. I had such a great pizza, it was cooked just how I liked it too! That's very hard to find in a place. I don't like a lot of cheese so normally get very put off with places if it's done wrong. Here was wonderful!!! Great mojito cocktail and lovely service.

Dropped into Belli Italia today to grab a quick brunch whilst shopping at the Reebok 🛍 .. !!! Have say it rely hit the spot!! 🤩 The service was spot on!! Staff were friendly, an promt. The food arrived pretty fast and was really good quality!! 🍝 Propper tasty Italian 😋 🇮🇹!! We had a wine recommended to go with the food, an it was lovely!! Fresh an crisp, and nicely chilled. Perfect match with the rich food..👌 could happly of spent the rest of the afternoon smapling away!! 😝😝🥂... Deffently be bobbing back for a Bruch when next out shopping or local, rely recommend 👌... Go on, treat ya self, why not!! ....

When we saw the place, we thought we would like it here but unfortunately we didn’t. We liked the decorations of the cafe, it was wonderful and colourful. The staff was also nice and friendly, but there was very slow service because there were not many staff. When we ordered, the food took a while and still it was not fresh and it was not tasty. The mushrooms were black! We did not like the food but I would give the cafe decorations 5 stars. Overall I would give the food 2 stars.

Was just OK, nothing more nothing less. The staff are amazing, the ones who looked after us were great, no criticisms whatsoever. The problems really were value for money. For 2 starters which were alright, a pizza (which wasn't big but was tasty) and another main of ox cheek ragu and 2 cokes each it came to £55. Considering the portion sizes the value for money just isn't there for me. Me and my partner eat out often and have had much larger portion sizes for much less of a cost. Not sure if we will be back in the near future.

The waiting staff must be the busiest in Lancashire. Pinar and her sister work non stop ensuring that all food made by the 2 chefs in the kitchen is served out ASAP. Busy evening and they work non-stop and always have a smile on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble. I would say 2 very valuable assets to the company...

The waiter was very kind however the manager was extremely rude towards us. We had ordered 2 carbonaras which we did not realise contained pork. As Muslims we cannot eat pork so we asked for a 2 more without pork. The manager gave us a dirty look and made us feel unwanted. We had to eventually share 2 margarita pizzas between 5 off us. The manager kept on giving us dirty looks as we were eating. I am very upset by the service here.

Had pasta dish with chicken (2 pieces of chicken only in the dish!) It was cold too. Not even luke warm, cold! Not sure what went wrong as the restaurant was very quiet. Expensive for the food experienced. Absolute waste of money. Never again!

Having visited this chain restaurant in the past, I wasn't exactly enthused about going again. To my surprise though, the staff were very attentive, helpful and pleasant. The food arrived in good time and it was absolutely delicious ! The dessert was to die for too ! (not literally) All in all, thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip and definitely looking forward to the next visit. 5 ⭐

Very surprising that they can cater for a gluten free so easily. My daughter loved it and lovely to have no arguments over a basic meal when we go out. She got exactly what she wanted. Lovely Food.

Visited following a business trip. Arrived with no prior reservation and was seated very quickly. All of the front of house were fantastic, very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent. Wasn't rushed out of the door once we finished our meal and had another drink. I highly recommend visiting and I'll certainly come back again when I'm in the area.

Very rushed and cramped. 1 waitress was amazing, can't say the same for the other 3. Lasagna and pepperoni pizza plus mushroom al forne were beautiful. Dough balls weren't.

The place looks nice, I liked the colourful decorations. But, I'm afraid that's the only good thing about this place. Very slow service, the restaurant was almost empty and it took them more than 10 minutes to get us a table when they had plenty available. Also the food took a while and at the end it wasn't good. Very expensive for what you get.

This place has always been average food, the portion size wasn't too bad but last wk when i went they'd cut it by 1/2 the waitress seen me looking for the rest of my garlic bread and all she could say was "they've changed the menu last wk" 🤔 same menu just lot smaller portion sizes. So if you want to pay top dollar for a meal that's 1/2 the size and fresh out the microwave then this is defo the place for you

Visiting Bolton on business and wandered into the restaurant without a reservation. The staff were brilliant from being greeted to when we left. Everyone was so polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was well presented and really good quality. We had such a lovely evening, nobody rushed us to leave. Will definitely come back next time we are in town.

For a chain place it's pretty good. The lady (whose last week it was) made us feel very welcome at a large party with kids. Food was spot on and had a decent pint too.

polite staff, efficient, food was hot enough but was not impressed with the qty of the Carbonara served, the quality was there but it looked lost in the large bowl it was served on. I was left wanting the serving to be twice the size. The other two members of my party were happy with their meals which were of reasonable quantity.

The food was absolutely amazing 😍 The service was great and it was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend it and can't wait till the next time I go

My partner and I visited Sunday afternoon the place was very busy and it was a while before we were acknowledged! A lady we presume a manager/supervisor showed us to our table. Then after a while a member of staff came over apologising for the wait before taking our order. The young lady was very polite and friendly. We both enjoyed our food that was selected from the ‘set menu’! At set menu price the value is good. If we had paid the full menu price we would be less happy. We will return again.

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews, but I suggest you avoid this place at all costs. 3 of us went out for what was meant to be a nice evening but ended up with all of us feeling terrible and the rest of the night ruined. I ordered a pepperoni pizza which looked fine, but definitely didn't taste it. Only ended up eating a quarter as I knew something wasn't right. I ordered from the set menu but decided to skip dessert as didn't want another disappointment and to be honest had already been completely put off eating. 3 hours on and still feel sick as a dog, will never be returning, £65 down the drain.

Excellent meal and service even though we had just arrived after the rugby. The restaurant was packed but the service was first class, the staff were fantastic, especially the manager on the reception, Abby I think.

Absolutely shocking. We booked online for bottomless pizza, when we arrived the waitress found our booking then sat us down and brought the normal menu over, I stated we were booked for bottomless pizza, the waitress then returned to the booking screen and then returned with the the bottomless pizza menu which is absolutely appalling, the only options you are given are FOUR pizzas which are cheese and tomato, pepperoni, meat feast and vegetarian. The service was shocking when the waitress asked what pizza we would like they went to the table behind us and then returned as they told the table behind us she forgot what we had asked for. The wait time for drinks was also appalling. The only thing I enjoyed was the company I was in.

When I walked in it was looking like a nice place and I was hoping to have a nice time. However, it was different the staff were nice which I did feel bad for them. When the starters arrived, I ordered calamari with dough bites and, the dough bites never came and the calamari was nice but I didn't get loads and it was about £7.29. And after then main course came and it was a cheese and tomato pizza and all u could taste was the tomato sauce and nothing else. But it came with garlic bread and it was not very garlicky and it was overcooked. So after, I got dessert and it was a brownie with chocolate sauce and the brownie was good but the sauce had either too much dark chocolate or no sugar it was something I remembered I had in the past that I hated. Also I had to pay over £100 I was with the family as well and it's such a rip off. And, there weren't many staff and it's was the worst decision I have ever made do not go here.

Our food was so delayed we waited too long to get the food. Also all the food came out bland and had no salt or flavour. every single meal and we had didn't have any flavour. We all had to add add salt to make it edible. All 6 of us didn't enjoy our meals there. We been to another bella italia before and this was no where near in flavour compared to that. Really disappointed in the food.

Really enjoyed our evening at Bella Italia. The food was great and we were particularly impressed with the full gluten free menu that our coeliac granddaughter enjoyed very much. Andrea gave us excellent service. Highly recommended 👌

Last night 16 of us went to have a meal to celebrate a birthday. Maria who was our waitress went over and above to ensure our meal was enjoyable as possible. Whilst the food was okay and by no means exceptional, Maria was outstanding. She single-handedly lifted the whole dining experience and on behalf of myself and the rest of us, we are grateful to have such amazing customer service. 5/5 For maria.

6 adults and one child on an early Saturday night catered for very well. Although the restaurant was completely full the staff coped well without any problems. Orders taken promptly and meals delivered not too long afterwards. Meals were hot and presentable and of a good quality. Great night.
