Excellent wheelchair access throughout the restaurant and good disabled toilet. A very friendly and warm welcome, excellent service and good quality food. Will definitely be making a return visit

I agree with someone else’s comments about the flies. I’ve been twice in the last three weeks and they are so annoying. Also sadly, for the second time the squid was over cooked. Both times I’ve mentioned it, but today the waitress wasn’t bothered, at least last time they said they would pass the message on to the chef. Won’t be ordering it again. On a happier note, the portobello mushroom was divine.

Outstanding breakfast. £9 breakfast purchased. The quality of the sausages and bacon was superb. Coffee was great. First time visit, will be back for sure 👍

Excellent lunch and staff ! Good menu. I had salmon bruchetta and meatballs. Glass of wine, sparkling water and a coffee. Issue with weak coffee but immediately resolved !!! Will definitely be back again. No longer take bookings during the day time. My friend had the chorizo bruchetta, which was equally as good, plus same as above. Definitely recommended.

We visited here prior to attending the pink concert. We had made a table booking as we knew it would be busy. I honestly thought that the service would be compromised and we would be waiting ages as they were really busy and didn't seem to have too many staff working. You could see they had put extra tables on and opened up a bar area outside, I'm not sure if that is normally there. We only waited 5/10 mins to be seated after turning up on time. I would say we were served in around 20 mins which was quicker than I expected and quicker than some restaurants on a normal night! The team were very polite and kept apologising for the wait even though the wait times were not as bad as expected, so considering the circumstances the service was excellent. The food, what can I say, it was just delicious what I had and we all thought our meals were really nice. We didn't have dessert. The only downside is there is only one bathroom for male and female, which I don't have an issue with, just the fact that one toilet isn't really enough and the queue was going through the restaurant right next to where people were eating. Other than this point I was really happy with my visit and would visit again

This place was amazing for the following reasons. All the staff from the moment we approached were helpful and engaging and nothing was too much trouble. The establishment was packed inside and out due to the artist Pink performing at the near by football stadium. Our food took a little longer than expected but given the trade levels it was understandable,however when it arrived it was worth the wait. My wife had a vegetarian option of mushroom and goats cheese salad that she enjoyed so much she wants to do the 100 mile round trip to have it again. At roughly £12 a main it represents great value and we left feeling both welcome andvalued. We will be back

Lovely atmosphere spent with lovely people. The food was amazing I had the chicken, bacon & cheese on a panini very tasty 🤤😋. It was our 1st visit and hope to visit again in the very near future. The staff were friendly and polite.

Myself and my family have been numerous times and keep coming back. Food is good quality, staff are polite and attentive and there is always a nice atmosphere. They also do a good coffee.

My husband and I love it here. Superbly placed. It's a beautiful restaurant, where the staff are great. Attentive friendly and funny. I can easily spend a few hours in here. We've been for breakfast, lunch and nibbles, or a cheeky cocktail.

Waiters and chefs are amazing, they really cater to every type of customer from the elderly to little kids at the table. Very knowledgable and aware of allergies. Amazing food and desserts. Made a birthday meal feel really special.

Delicious soup and cakes, called in for lunch so didn't want to much. Staff were friendly but not overbearing. Good price as well.

We visited and had lunch on a very busy day. We watched p!nk at the stadium and had lunch first. Very busy, huge cue for the toilet which went past our table which was not very pleasant. Would like to try another day when not as busy.

If you are after an individual restaurant experience rather than the bog standard anywhere chains, this has to be your destination. I can't recommend them highly enough. The booking over the telephone wasn't straight forward - we had to phone back the following day to speak to the manager and were told No to a requested time as he had to keep tables for his regulars - that might be us!! The experience at the restaurant face to face was superb. The service with genuine smiles sets the standards for others to aspire to. The menu was comprehensive and the food beautifully presented.

We only called in for my partner has an americano coffee and as i don't like coffee i went for a hot chocolate and i have to say the best i have had in a very long time and it was hot and not luke warm like in most places ... The staff are very pleasant and get served very quickly .. the food being served look very appetising and i think we need to go back to try it ..

Food was really tasty which just about made up for the pretty rubbish service sadly. If they can nail the service here they'd be on to a winner, as it stands you get quite neglected...and thirsty!

Lovely little cosy place with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. All staff so very friendly and attentive. Great place to meet for a light lunch with a coffee or wonderful bowl of pasta and glass of wine. All food nicely presented and super tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our visit. A pleasant cafe/restaurant, clean & welcoming. Authentic Italian. Our gnocchi 'Norma' came in a delicious, rich sauce & just right with a glass of Montepulciano. Coffees with cannoli to finish & we were very happy. We thought the price was reasonable too. Absolutely lovely staff.

Today was the first time I dined at Lucianos in Middlebrook Very pleased to say that everything about this restaurant is 10/10 From the moment I entered the staff greeted me warmly and I was seated within minutes. I was spoiled for choice with the menu. The lovely waitress recommended the linguini with beef steak - Absolutely Fantastic! Both my friend and I enjoyed our time this afternoon and were very well catered for. Thank you Lucianos Middlebrook I will definitely be back

Terrible customer service. 10 to 15 minute wait for everything. No children's menu. Pasta dish arrived and was eaten before the sandwiches even arrived. At the end we hoped to order a dessert but having siting there for another 15 mins we choose not to. Wouldn't recommend or visit again.

Good coffee, but after 15 mins nobody took our food order so asked if we could order and was told she would be over in a second, 15 mins after that still nobody do paid for coffees and left. We then got told ‘they thought they’d taken our order already’ and if we order more coffee they’ll take our food order. No thanks.

I always go there when visiting Middlebrook. Clean, tidy and cheerful employees. The food is lovely. I had the afternoon tea. It was in an Italian way, cost £15 pounds but it was filling and I could not finish the sweetie bits. Sooooo, they happily gave me what I need to pack it. Outside open area(covered area from the rain too) as well as inside. Delicious and quick service with a smile. All were great. I used to take my computer, finish my work, had my lunch, meeting friends… There is a corner inside selling Italian stuff like pasta. They were also soooo kind and helpful to the elderly customers
