Customer service - non existence. Staff could not have looked more miserable on shift. Tables dirty, coffee and cups every where. Sugar counter was dirty. There were 6 employees on shift, not one could help When I asked for a small cup for my daughter. I asked them to clean the table so I could sit down. Didn't even make it out before I left 20 minutes later. They were all too concerned with making each other iced coffees and chit chatting.

This has to be the dirtiest place I've ever had a cup of tea. Oh sorry, I meant hot milk and water with a tea bag floating in it. Can't even taste any tea there's that much milk in there. The tables, chairs and the floor all look like they haven't been cleaned for a week. Not a single table was clean. None had been wiped down. The soft chairs are covered in dirt and stains and the windows were filthy too. Only came in as we were waiting for a film to start at the cinema. Think I'd rather have just sat outside in the rain. Starbucks, please teach your staff how to make a cup of tea. Or just stop selling it. And for the love of anything holy, get a mop and a cloth round the gaff!

Nice store with great staff. Counter is the wrong way round meaning that you need to walk past the collection point to order your coffee. Toilets are hidden away in the back right corner of the shop.

A good Starbucks and immaculately clean as well. Have been coming for years and are always consistent. There's not much of an atmosphere there other than at peak times such as lunch weekdays and after midday weekends. Not a great place to go and get some work done if you need a plug socket as they are limited here compared to others, but that's mainly due to the layout.

They have updated the whole shop which is really nice staff are helpful. It's clean. The food options aren't as good as other place but still OK. Being able to order there is the app is great too.

We pop in often before the cinema and mostly it's good. Normally busy with a few people in the queue. Last visit was painful the girl making coffees was doing one at a time....which was taking a while. I've never seen a barista do this, even now they are bean to cup machines it didn't help. She literally looked like her dog had been run over while waiting for the coffee to pour staring off into the distance. There was 9 drinks before my 2 so it was a fair wait.

I ordered a coffee & a muffin, it was very quiet, no body was in front of me, my order was taken by a pleasant young man, but the lady making the coffee was taking an age. I walked over to the sugar etc to see why & noticed there was some sauce on the floor that someone could slip on. I went to the coffee making lady to let her know, she wasn't very happy at my interruption because she was busy on her phone, hence the wait for the coffee. I used to go to this Starbucks regularly but it looks like there are new staff. Think I'll give it a miss in future. At least the sauce was wiped up.

The refurb looks amazing, I used to love going to this Starbucks, the staff were always so friendly, welcoming and polite. So I've given 2 stars and that's mostly for the refurb, my coffee was ok but rushed. The current staff were terrible, zero customer service, zero people skills, curt abrupt questions like I was disturbing him in a rush hour, no please, no thank you. Second order was just as bad, (Jenna) shocking attitude and leaning all over the till like she couldn't be bothered, she did say thank you at least but she had a face that could sour the milk in my coffee, looks like she could do with a good wash as well I should add and the dirty looks from her while standing around chatting behind the counter. The vibe given off was like a college canteen. I will be checking before I go in to make sure those 2 aren't working there. Not a good experience at all.

Incredibly slow service. I waited 15 mins for 1 drink and there wasn’t even a queue. Also very dirty, floors were a mess and tables hadn’t been cleaned

A bit disappointing as some of the tables had been cleared but clearly not wiped clean. I had to go to the ladies, take some paper towels, wet these and clean our table. Such a shame after the refurbishment.

Was not a great experience. Won't go back. Get to counter and 2 people making drinks and gossiping left me to stand there watching them for a bit of time then finally when a 3rd person came over and started to talk to them one decide to take my order. The place was not clean, bin was overflow and there were products stacked on seating.

Went and started joking with the staff, all I got was a moody teenage response. They burnt the milk and the service was terrible.

I'm not going to lie, this particular Starbucks never manages to hit the spot!!! It never has the right stock in, ever!! Always has something missing, this time the whole Halloween menu was not in stock!!! Despite this, the staff are lovely and very patient! Every time I've come to this one there's been a really difficult customer behind us and the workers deal very calm and well kept

Great coffee and fabulous staff who are always helpful, friendly and cheerful. The premises could do with cheering up a bit though.

Arrived here at 19:20 to sit down and have a drink of coffee before our film started at 20:45. Being as the closing time is 20:30 we thought this was perfect. To our disappointment we were told we could only have our drinks in takeaway cups. I showed the server my blue light card expecting to get my 10% discount. Only to be charged more than the actual price of the 2 drinks. When ordering on the app the drink price for both is £8.75, I was charged £8.80 with my blue light discount. Now I'm not the best at math but surely I should have been charged £7.87 for them. I also don't appreciate the dragging of outside tables into the store an hour before closing. We were not able to have a decent conversation because of the noise. Also the poor lady that was cleaning up was left to lump all of the tables in her own whilst the 2 male members of the team faffed behind the counter. To top it off whilst we were trying to drink our drinks the lady was sweeping up 45 minutes before closing, surely that should be done after closing due to dust particles getting into customers drinks. Needless to say we left to go and sit in our car as we could not put up with the service customers were being given.
