Ok, let's be serious and honest. This is the place to visit if you really want have a full Italian experience of coffe bar. Lupo means Wolf, and if you try one of their homemade product like Pizzetta or Fried Pizzetta you will transform in one of it and eat them all! Anyway, place is spectacular and realistic picture of a rural Italian bar, staff is highly friendly and always ready to long chat and explain you everything of their shop. Wide range of food and marvellous choice of pastries or sweet, of course all of it is freshly made that day. Coffee? No doubt, the best coffee in Greater Manchester, the aroma and the taste just drag you in the middle of a rural town in Italy for 30 second after you tried it.You must came here.

If you’ve not found Lupo yet, make sure you get down to Prestwich. What a place. Very friendly and had a family feel. Doughnuts are excellent, pastries too. We’ve had pizza, coffee, aranchini, all of it excellent. A must visit

I have visited here several times even though its a 40 minute drive away from my home to taste the best food and drink in Manchester. Everything I have tasted from the coffee, beer, wine, cakes and paste are absolutely delicious! It is worth the trip every time. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you once again ❤️😋

Cracking little cafe that is worth travelling out of the way to go to. They are now also doing various things for home delivery. I can definitely reccomend the fruit n veg boxes and the fresh pizza dough 👌.

Absolute gem in prestwich. Can't believe it's taken me this long to pop in. Had a fantastic coffee & a beautiful bun filled with bolognese. I highly recommend. Very easy to communicate over WhatsApp, get your orders in!

Lupo makes good coffee and delicious donuts. It's located in a bit if a remote location but they have seating inside and parking outside. Highly recommend their amareno donut. They already have savoury pastries like mini pizza, and arancini.

Proper little gem of a place. Tucked away in an trading estate in Sedgley Park just before Prestwich. I've popped here a few times for a takeaway coffee or enjoyed doughnuts from other local Prestwich cafes but today was the first time we sat in and enjoyed a proper bit of lunch. We enjoyed the carbonara and shared an arancini along with a beer. Then both had a pastry, mine was chantilly cream with a morello cherry and was amazing. Great service and we'll be popping back for more lunches.

I come every Friday to this Cafe it has freshly made Pasta of the day and all the cakes are freshly made daily no additives. He does vegan cakes to. The Espresso is the best in UK outside of Italy. Last week on Valentines Day I came home with a beautiful heart shaped cake in a box. Bellissimo bravo magnifico. I love listening to Nico speak cos I realise how much Italian I have learned. 😍🇬🇧🍰🍧🍩🍷🧁❤️

Just fantastic! service and products are great, I recently ordered a Millefoglie Birthday Cake and it was simply to die for! Have also had a couple of veg boxes over past few months, they have been second to none, super fresh and tasty and the lasagne is amazing too! I LOVE this little Italian cafe. Without doubt they serve the best coffee in Manchester and during this interminable Covid-19 they are doing wonderful deliveries all over Manchester including their (deservedly) famous tiramisu and super fresh doughnuts. Lupo is THE definition of hidden gem - you have to want to go there, as it's tucked away from anywhere. The team are super friendly, and no kidding, their range of freshly made donuts are mind-blowing. I'm not a sweet-tooth, but they're something else. The coffee is spectacular, I understand blended on the premises. They also sell authentic italian cooking ingredients. Try this and prove me right.

What can I say other than superb. We've been having the veggie boxes delivered weekly and they couldn't be better. Amazing fresh prepared Italian extras you can add to your veg boxes! LOVE this place!

The nicest friendliest cafe in Salford. Nico is from Rome and makes THE best coffee in town. During this pandemic, they are delivering fruit & veg boxes and take-away favourites from their menu plus pizza dough. And you can get a bag of the house coffee too. Sooo good.

Been a huge fan of Lupo since they were on Chapel Street and I'd make detour for lunchtime lasange and tiramisu. Often visit them at Exchange Quay - particularly for the Saturday lunch club which is one of the most delicious ways you can spend 2 hours (or £20!). Since lockdown we've had weekly deliveries involving everything from essential veg, pasta, eggs to non-essential Lambrusco and squidgy doughnuts. We are so appreciative of the quality and service especially at this time. Hope it's not long before we're able to visit you again. Grazie mille xx

An absolutely beloved gem!! We don't go here often because it's a little far for us, but we love it every time. Staff is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. I would heavily recommend their pizzas; while they don't have a ton of vegetarian options, just the base margarita is amazing. There's not a lot of seating indoors, but I know it can't really be helped. At least during the warmer months you can sit outside, where there's plenty of space.

5 stars for all the lovely and friendly staff alone! They have lots of lovely Roman treats (suppli, cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana) and other lovely pasta and pizza dishes too. Weekly specials included the best fried mozzarella I’ve had. We also had the calamari, suppli, seafood spaghetti and the gnocchi with butter and Parmesan. Everything was really tasty, especially the pasta. And the maritozzi was delicious too. We even had a new San Pelli flavour (pomegranate and orange 👌🏻) Have also had their pizzas delivered a few times and they were fantastic. Having Lupo is an asset to the area, real Italian food and vibes 🥰 🇮🇹

Superb spot - reliable and quality food since their days on Chapel St. Manchester (and Salford!) would be much the better if we had a few more spots like this. Great savoury options, fantastic pastries, good and well chosen selection of drinks. All served with a smile.

Been wanting to try after sampling there canoli went for lunch husband was very impressed pizza beatiful and pasta with seafood was lush lovely day so had some out door seating and bought some pastrys home

I've been here twice in the space of two weeks. They have a good selection of pastries and cakes and pizza and pasta and sides if you fancy some lunch/dinner. The dining area is quite small. Service was good, staff are very friendly. Card payments only. Dried pasta and food available to purchase. We tried the pasta on our first visit and the margherita pizza on our second visit.

The most delicious Italian baked goods! We came here just for cakes but ended up getting a fried calzone too, all of which were very well made and so tasty. The girls behind the counter were very friendly, even gave our dog some treats. We are most definitely coming back to try the main menu, and raid the rest of the cake fridge!

Fantastic veg box delivery from the lovely Lupo ! Great selection and some fantastic wine and staples such as pasta and beans ! The tiramisu is to die for ! as are the biscuits and doughnuts ! They did not last long :-)

I did a day trip to Manchester for a Foo Fighters concert in June 2018 and had breakfast at Café Lupo. It was delicious and the coffee was great. Nico is a great host. I had a great day in Manchester. Thank you, Nico! Your coffee rocks!

Amazing food deliveries - we've had veg boxes, calzones and pizza delivered to us in Salford now throughout lockdown. Can't recommend highly enough!

We've now ordered 4 veggie boxes from Lupo for delivery and the produce is always super fresh and delicious - never disappointed! Most recently, we also treated ourselves to the pizza dough deal (includes arancini starter, drink and doughnuts for 2 people) for only £18 - bargain! So much food we ate it over 2 days. The dough was incredible, I cannot recommend enough!

Lupo kindly put together a birthday hamper for me. It was stacked full of authentic Italian treats including arancini, freshly ground coffee, lovely Italian wine, luscious cherries and homemade doughnuts! Nothing was too much trouble and all delivered to my door by the most charming Italian man. :-)

Never an unhappy moment in Lupo Caffe...What a happy cafe full of colour, friendly folk and plant life! I always enjoy dining here when I am in Manchester visiting friends. The food is absolutely impeccable, there's with just enough choice on the menu for you have a little ponder and then learn something new about each authentic Italian dish from owner Nico before ordering...and no matter what I go for I always manage to have room for his signature tiramisu too. How brilliant you can now order Lupo delivery service, this is ideal as a gift when you can't easily visit friends in person. Can't wait to return soon though, if only you delivered to London!
