This was served to me and my partner yesterday at around 2pm. The service was absolutely abysmal and it's clear the food hygiene practices are a danger to life. Absolutely disgusting and inexcusable on all levels.

No queues, quick service. great outside view from our table. Only issue is ordering the meal using the internet. Businesses that prefer to trade by offering internet orders should provide strong, reliable, free internet connections. Everyone was really nice and service was great.

Service was amazing food came within 10 minutes of ordering and paying on the website via a QR code. Drinks came within 1 minute. Atmosphere was nice for the location with good music and friendly staff. Tried the peri tamer for the first time a BBQ flavour which is not my usual Nandos order but I really enjoyed it. Thanks Nandos :)

Lovely atmosphere and friendly . Great staff so polite and smiling . Nothing was too much trouble. Place was heaving but got a table in a short time. Good menu. Food served and plated good. 🍽

Wanted to order a take out dinner and use my NHS ID to get the NHS discount. After explaining I couldn’t order online and use the discount because I didn’t have an NHS email currently, instead of being helpful, a particular staff member told me “can you not see I am busy”. Terrible customer service that was unhelpful and rude.

Sat outside and staff sat at a table near us constantly swearing. The place could do with a deep clean inside. Toilets filthy etc. staff in the whole were nice but it was quiet so clean the place up and get your sign fixed. Won’t go there again

Was served by a girl called Anisha, made us feel welcome. Delivered an excellent service. Had a really bubbly and smiley personality and to top it all off she gave us free brownies! Definitely come back

I have never thought negatively of a Nando’s, I have been a huge fan for over a decade but today is the exception. Lazy staff, there are as many staff on a break as there are working, 6 I can count sitting in booths at main dinner time. I asked a waitress about our kids ice cream and I have never been spoken to so rudely and with so much sass “(Rolled her eyes) Yeah….. I’ll get someone to come over” 5 minutes passed and I went to get someone else. The staff at Nando’s do very little, they could at least be polite.

The chicken wings had blood inside. The chips was reheated. The seats was very dirty. The glass from the front door is so so dirty asweel. Don't gonna coming back here. Never again.

We had the family sharing platter which is two whole chickens food was really nice it is by far one of the best Nando’s around definitely worth a trip keep up the good work guys

Our starters came out separately so we did not eat at the same time. The restaurant is like a greenhouse and was uncomfortably warm. Not much bang for your buck either.

Waited 45 minutes to have my food brought to me, my partner had already finished hers. All the cutlery was filthy, the tables were filthy, food portions were tiny and staff just didn't seem too interested

I visit alot of Nandos. This one was bang on. Great service. Quick. Food perfect.
