This Matalan store has a really wide range of clothing all at reasonable prices. I find the men's suits are high quality and well priced with a good range of colours and sizes. There is also a good range of household goods. Staff are always helpful and welcoming and this store offers click and collect which I have used, without any problems, several times.

Shocking!!! Don’t know how switch island liverpool store is still open, staff standing around chatting while the queue is huge and only one person serving at the till, manager came and went didn’t address the fact that the young person serving couldn’t take security tags off so took even longer. Only went in to pick up online order but spent a good 20 minutes waiting. Never again

I was in this store a while ago and i was completely shocked by the staff and how rude they were. The queues were absolutely huge with waiting times of 15 minutes so I left the shop immediately and went to another matalan where the service was absolutely perfect. If you would like to know more on this matter please respond to this review and i will give more details.

Well laid out plenty of room to move about with prams or in my case with my wheelchair. Lots of well price clothes always new items coming in every day 🤗 they have loads of lovely baby clothes which wash really well. Staff are always frendly and helpful.

Went in to price a suit and was surprised at what was to offer, from choice of colours and materials to the low prices 👌🏻👍🏻

great for the choice of items they have, but the staff i am afraid to say let them down in a big way. I have never met such a surly bunch of individuals in my entire life. They just don't care, they stand around looking as if they cannot be arsed to be there, do not ask them any questions as all you'll get is a ''TUT'

Went today tried a few items on but changing rooms have no where to hang anything or stool to sit on everything had to go on the floor not very clean Just what i say mobwhere to sit or hang any goods up in changing room i had to put everything on the floor

Nice big shop. Thought some things were a bit pricey. Nice self checkout.

Looking for 2 cabin sized cases they had a good selection and got 2 it hard shell cases at £35 each

Good choice of clothes, but could do with more changing rooms as there's only 3 and a disabled one for the whole shop.

It is very good selection of clothes for men and women and children loads of tills some self service

What a store! They had everything! Cushions and throws were amazing and so was the lighting section! Christmas goods have also just arrived. Clothes were so fashionable and such great quality for the price! You wouldnt have your kids wearing the same things twice at matalan prices! Excellent all round!!!

Have to wait in long queue to click and collect, Should be separate area for click & collect 👎🏻

Lots of well priced stuff, but queues to pay with a cashier are ridiculous. Plus if you are ‘click and collect’ you have to wait, rather than use the ‘card only ‘ checkout. I didn’t collect the item I had ordered online, the queue was too much, worse because it was Easter holiday time, with kids off school, and more people shopping. Only 2 staff on the tills. Before they moved the store around, they used to have about 6 on the tills, when they were near the doors.

Their discount prices are fantastic. No pressure on buying and left to yourself to shop. Great place for shopping and saves all the pressure of going into town.

I do like this shop. It has men's women's and children's clothing. It also has home stuff, lights, bedding, kitchen and bathroom accessories etc. All their stuff is reasonably priced.

Love Matalan. It's the first place I head for when i need new clothes. I only ever buy my jeans from here. Lovely fit and they last forever.

Excellent place my first Visit ! Can not believe how cheap everything is! Got some Beautiful Cotton bedding for £18 Going back for more! Great clothes at great prices! Staff are soo friendly..

Shop is hugely overcrowded with racks of clothes, no room to get between them! Would have no chance of getting a wheelchair through! Disappointed by the small range, left with just one item!
