Tried this place last July for the first for lunch and it was awesome. Thought we'd make the trip from Bolton to see if it wasn't a fluke, it didn't let us down. You need to come with an appetite as the portions are big even for the starters.

Service was quick and staff were extremely friendly. Drinks could be ordered directly at the bar or via the app. Food was excellent. I was however, slightly disappointed with the very small portion of fries(a tad smaller then the smallest at McDonald's) not filling enough at all, they were however extremely tasty, as was the burger which was a normal acceptable size. I would definitely recommend you visit here. The atmosphere is pleasant and feels airy. It the feeling of an independent and the efficiency and consistency of a chain.

Overall this was a good experience but the service we got was a little off. We really liked how big and open the place was inside, felt really comfortable from a covid perspective and you can eat outside although there was no space in the shade when we went. We ordered from the website which was easy and had lots of options to modify dishes. The selection was good with plenty of veggie options. Unfortunately it took 30 minutes for our order to arrive and although it was busy our biggest complaint was that this wait even included drinks which we had to remind them about and my dish was luke warm when it arrived. The food was pretty good when it arrived though. We might go back and avoid the app ordering next time.

Will definitely be coming here again when I'm in the area. I got the dirty brisket burger and it was lovely! Best burger I've had in ages! I had a sherbet lemon as a drink and it was very refreshing. Food was a bit slow to come but it was busy and it was well worth the wait.

Great experience, staff were wonderful and helpful and the food arrived quickly, which with a young child is always a good thing. Also, the kids food wasn't hotter than the sun, it was ready to eat straight away too. One odd thing is when using the app you HAVE to select Beans or Peas and then specify you don't want them in the notes. Be good to have a "none" option added.

This is one of the pubs in the Lounge chain. Great atmosphere, decor & tasty well priced food. Efficient, friendly staff. They have a separate vegan menu with a number of tasty options - I chose the vegan BLT and my girlfriend chose the avocado toast. Polished off with a vegan cake. It was a bank holiday and was quite busy... still we didn't book and a table was free when we arrived. Definitely worth a visit!!

Well what can I say? Today was my first visit and I honestly don't think I have eaten anywhere ever that's got it all , the food was fantastic , the decor is fabulous and the staff are amazing and so laid back that you feel really welcome a credit to you for a total eating experience. I will be back next week for more 👍

First time here and really enjoyed it. Only ha a panning but it was lovely. Not too busy and given the current circumstances felt quite safe.

Great casual dining, well spaced tables and a hefty menu to choose from including a vegan menu. Food tasted great and was well presented accompanied by a great choice of wines and beers.

Excellent selection of vegan food also a separate gluten free menu. My beyond burger (vegan) with vegan cheese was amazing

Had a good time, My hubby and i aways visit the loos when entering a place of somewhere We are going to have a meal and if the loos are clean the kitchen is the same. Staff are great very polite and helpful. The food my hubby and I had was delicious. Nobody rushing you to hurry up over the courses. Big thank you to the full staff. Will definitely be back and tell friends and family. Worth 5 stars

Visited here with four members of my staff in October 2022. It. was their suggestion. I didn't expect much to be honest, but Oh My Goodness. Food is excellent; I've eaten in some of the best restaurants in the world, and this rates up there. Service and staff lovely. Highly recommend.

Nice restaurant with a different decor to most restaurants. Serving time could have been quicker as several of the staff walked passed us before we were noticed. Takes time for the food to be delivered but it's nice grub if a little small, not the place to get stuffed. Good Vegan menu but is a little pricy, we were in the middle of bury though. Recommended if you like something different.

Was totally full which was a good sign. Offered a tiny coffee table to eat from .. not really fitting for a sit down meal. Maybe loose some of those lounge seats and get more dine tables. Ordered from the app - took literally 30mins from the time I hit pay. Acceptable - it was busy but they brought our drinks pretty quick. When the food arrived it was good. Everything looked great. Taste - yeah, yeah. Not bad but not exactly breath taking either, just a good wholesome meal which didn't cost the earth, actually it was pretty reasonable. Since being served food we didn't see staff after that, not even if everything was ok question. We did not pre tip when paying the bill - is this the reason?? Would we come back again? Probably, it was ok .. filled us up¬

Tapas was delicious, arrived quickly and not too expensive overall. A really nice place to catch up with friends over some great food - atmosphere is nice, staff are friendly and it's convenient to be able to use the app to order everything. Will definitely return for breakfast at some point as it all looks fantastic!

I love the fact that when I decide to move across the UK no matter where Bristol, Newquay, Swindon or Manchester you are, guys, there 💜 Love that every eatery is unique, very similar and won't find paintings to be repeated. Every visit is like the first time. The staff are kind and open-hearted, every time. My favourite part is that I can feel even more relaxed, make orders at the table and take as much time as I need. Fair prices. Fooood is delicious and a big choice that suits any mood. The one in Bury is so airy, spacious and light. Play area. Food bank donation area. That's cool. If open vacancies would love to join the team and bring more love, and kindness to the world. Thank you for my breakfast in the late afternoon 💜

Excellent food options and great deals depending the time and day. Wonderful options if you have dietary requirements, particularly GF or celiac. Pram/child friendly with good changing facilities.

Our friends in Bury love this place. But (and don't tell them) I thought it was a bit ho-hum. To my eyes and palate it was just a chain restaurant. The food was… passable. The decor was industrial and a bit tacky… I think it lent to the noise in the place—very difficult to hear others at your own table. Overall… meh…alright. I understand there aren't many options in Bury (really?) so maybe they're filling an important niche… but just filling a niche?

Wonderfully quirky decor and a very varied menu - friendly staff but they're run ragged so service can sometimes be a little slow. Order at the bar or from an app and the food comes promptly. Not a brilliantly sized portion of fries with the burger, but at least there was a good vegan/veggie selection

This place is brilliant - a stunningly designed, bright, feel from the interior, with a huge, varied menu. There's something for everyone, any time of day - whether you want a breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, tapas, cocktails or beautiful homemade juices/fresh coffee, Racconto has it all (including some fantastic veggie/vegan/gluten) I've tried something from most areas of the menu, and each has been fantastic, and fresh - proving in my eyes at least that although the menu is huge, the kitchen are more than able to provide. Living just across from this place is a blessing (Racconto is right in the middle of Bury Town centre) - and I would give it a wholehearted 5 stars. And an award if I could!

Brunch all day breakfast menu is excellent and a good price. Something for everyone on it as well. The eggs Benedict is yum. You can have it with salmon as well. So good. Try the full English, its excellent. Ohhh and their toast is something else!

Only 2nd time I've eaten in during covid and was so much better than the first experience at another place the night before in Bury!!! Felt really safe and staff brilliant in wearing ppe, wiping down tables, chairs and screens regularly. Atmosphere was good, breakfast was amazing and staff really polite and helpful. Will def come back again thanks!

Vegan review: Loved the place, and the fact that there was a decent vegan menu! Hannah was a fab waitress, very patient with us and lovely. Tried the ‘moving mountains hot dog’ which was good. Had it with sweet potato fries, also tried the fries and hash browns. Also ordered a fresh orange juice, refreshing to have actual fresh orange juice and not bottled! For dessert I had carrot cake. Also tried the dark chocolate and orange torte but the carrot cake was better!

Filling your belly with nice food while staring at huge pictures of a man who's ideas systematically starved millions to death was a nice touch.I recommend the irony burger with the Gulag salad ..... yummy!

Went here today for a coffee and nibbles. It feels so pleasant in there.the staff are efficient and friendly. The app on the table allows you to order and pay which is so easy An efficient place all round.definately will reccomend.
