    The best decision I have taken last year was to have Emma as my PT. I got her at the point of my life when it was absolutely necessary for me to lose weight and get fit. She kept me motivated all the time and inspired me to do all the hard work needed. I was comfortable doing my sessions with her, she recognized my weaknesses and gradually built up my confidence. I lost a lot of weight in last 6 months and the credit goes to Emma for her structured diet plan (which was not very restrictive either), calorie count advice and exercise. She is a lovely person, very friendly and always tries to accomodate. I absolutely recommend her. My best wishes.

    I've been with Emma for a month now and even though it's been a short amount of time, I couldn't imagine doing this without her! She's so kind and understanding, and always so helpful. My confidence in the gym has grown so much already! Thank you Emma!

    Couldn’t recommend Emma more. She is so friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable. She works at your pace whilst still challenging you and is always happy to answer any questions and give advice. Her knowledge is unmatched and it gave me such a better understanding of how you can be fit whilst still being able to go out and eat the things that you want. If you’re looking for a PT, she is by far the best!

    I have been training with Emma for the past six months and it has been one of the best decisions I have made! She is simply amazing! I would 100% recommend her. I have never liked going to the gym but now I really enjoy going and the sessions are really good. My main target was fat loss but she taught me that going to the gym is a lifestyle and it has improved my confidence, strength and mental health as well. I have learnt so much about nutrition, using different machines in the gym and how to never give up. Thank you Emma for the support and motivation!

    Emma is simply amazing. I have been training with her for more than a year now and she has been great. At first I was insecure and so lost when i started going to gym but her being with me throughout my journey had made me progress and feel good about myself. Going to the gym/working out used to feel like a task but now it’s something i really enjoy. Thank you emma.

    I started my training from a totally beginner under the help of Emma for five months. It’s so amazing that I see how I become fit gradually. Emma always gave me detailed instructions for introducing core strength of each motion. Emma also share me lots of related knowledge so that I understood how to arrange my training pattern. Emma is so nice. It would be an excellent choice to ask for help from Emma:)

    I really don’t know how to start this review.. but first, if you are a women who is trying to build her confidence in her body, feeling stressed most of the time and looking for an emotional intelligent coach.. Emma hunt would be the one! She is not only a PT, she is a friend who would be firm and strict when it comes to your fitness goals. Yet, she is the kindest and most inspiring women who can celebrate your small achievements. I swear, without her sessions in my weekly routine in sheffield, I don’t think I would have the mental or physical health to move on in my Ph.D journey. Whenever she is in session, she is there 100% .. noticing every single move you make and knows how to push you beyond your self limits. I like how she can strategies the excerise to fit your own needs. Not like other PT who would rather “ one size fits all”. She is passionate about her mission in life, and her role in my journey towards health life style is very impactful. I highly advice all muslim/ Arab ladies to work with her, she is highly culturally competent who understands the preferences of each cultures, in terms of interactions. It’s really hard for me to search for an alternative in my home country, she already raised the bar🥲

    Emma Hunt has changed my life! I could never look back to my life before meeting Emma and her being the most amazing personal trainer. She has taught me so much about nutrition, weights and just everything to do with the gym. She listens to what I want to achieve and supports me through all of my successes and struggles. I would 100% recommend Emma as a personal trainer, no one will change your life more than she will, I promise.

    I’ve had a year of sessions with Emma and honestly wouldn’t have had it any other way!! Out of all my past PT’s, she’s been the greatest, spreading positivity in every way possible, & it’s what kept me motivated and going! she made me feel proud even of my smallest achievements. Training is now a necessity thanks to her Would 10000% recommend!!!

    Emma is my first PT ever and I 100% recommend her services. I found Emma on October 2020 after trying a lot of bs diets to lose weight and gain strength. Since day 1 she understood my struggle and designed a programme according to my needs (I have PCOS which makes all the work extra tough!). I've not only lost weight but gained confidence and genuinely started to enjoy my journey. I enjoy going to the gym now, I've learnt how to design my workouts and how to set my nutrition goals with her guidance (I don't have to starve myself anymore/restrict food groups!) Do your future self a favour and, if still doubting, the investment is absolutely worth it <3 👊

    She is without a doubt the best trainer! The gradual training design and her patient demonstration turned me into a sports-loving girl who had never been to a gym before. The monthly check-in made me seeing the changes of my body both visually and statistically. At the same time, Emma's guidance on my daily diet made my lifestyle completely healthy, and I learned to recognize and appreciate my own body.

    Emma is fantastic. She's so friendly too. I took the Leap to sign up with her and it's the best thing I did. All the dieting before that I did had no results like this. Tailoring my plan to my health and wellbeing to get me to my goals! A few months in and results are showing already ! Highly recommended .

    Emma has been exceptional and I could not have asked for anyone better over the last four months and I am looking forward to continuing to get the benefits of her training. She has not only improved my physical well-being, but also strengthened my mental state as a result of the great 1-to-1 sessions and nutritional advice given. Emma has also shown great versatility and adaptability by providing my weekly sessions via video call and by always being on hand to answer queries outside of our 1-to-1 sessions. I am able to continue my training away from our sessions thanks to her excellent workout booklets and personalised workouts regimes. I highly recommend Emma if you're after a friendly, knowledgeable and warming PT, who can kick you into shape, but also understand your personal needs. She has changed my life for the better and I'm very grateful for that.

    I have been training with Emma for a few months now, and she has been amazing. She has helped me with multiple things from teaching me new exercises, correct form, helped me create my own workout programme, and guided me on nutrition. She is always happy to answer any questions I have, and has been motivational during lockdown by hosting online exercise classes which were very fun. She is friendly and approachable, I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a personal trainer.

    Emma is fantastic and her classes are amazing! She pushes you and motivates you while making work outs fun. She also doesn’t give in to fad diet culture (or promote it), promotes healthy relationships with food, and is body positive, which are all so so important. Her classes are a game changer, and so is she. I cannot recommend her enough! Glute camp and upper body blitz are my favorite classes, but to be honest all her classes are great!

    I have been training with Emma for about a month and I have never received better advice and guidance from a PT. I feel like I haven't only gained a great PT but a friend too, and I would recommend Emma to anyone. Everything is aways explained well, with a balanced approach to diet and lifestyle, and training sessions are always fun and engaging! :)

    I have had the pleasure and privilege of being trained by Emma since January 2020. She has given me immensely helpful and supportive training, education and often even emotional support on my fitness journey and road to recovery from anorexia. It is so hard to find someone who actually cares about your well-being as well as your fitness, and Emma perfectly understands that for me this isn’t a typical weight loss journey but a muscle & even fat building adventure. She is somehow available 24/7, despite only ever paying for my sessions, she manages to answer all of my questions and worries even if it’s voluntary at 2am. Emma cares about the individual and will carefully consider your needs, she’s not just in it for those 60 minutes (unless that’s what you want!). Emma also gives you the tools to takeaway in your own sessions, and actively encourages you in your journey to needing less support. I would recommend Emma so so highly! She’s a diamond.

    I have been with Emma for a while and can say she is an amazing coach who has a fantastic, friendly and fun approach to coaching. She provides an excellent atmosphere where you feel completely comfortable and is extremely passionate about what she does. Not only does she provide the physical support but is always available to provide mental and emotional support, not only within the gym setting but out of hours too. For anybody looking for a PT, Emma would be the best recommendation I could give X

    Before Emma I had awful mobility, awful habits, enjoyed a pint or two everynight after work and ate what I wanted when I wanted. Ive been using Emma for 4 months and now I enjoy cooking meals, hitting the gym and im feeling much healthier and happy! Not only does she guide me in the gym with workouts and performance but also outside the gym with nutrition, sleep, stress and all the other factors that can affect weight gain/loss. Dont know how I survived 25 years without her😂

    Been with Emma for a year and she helped me be stronger physically and mentally. Made my relationship with food better( guilt free eating !! ). Dropped 4 sizes and lost 22 KGs in one year. Always been scared of the gym but Emma guided me step by step and now I do not leave the gym!
