If you sign up as a VIP customer vouchers are sent through the post taking into consideration the type of pets you own.The letter is personalised to your VIP pet and includes tips and advice. The staff in store are always willing to help and answer any questions you may have regarding your pets or animals in general.I am always extremely happy with the products and service at this store. 🐾

Very welcoming, always happy to help. I was worried with my kitten at the beginning and everything was new to me but here at PetsAtHome everyone was happy to helped by giving advice, with taking the litter to the car, helping me with my vouchers and assisting me with where the products were and never made me feel like I was being a pain!! Thank you so much. Very affordable too. I use my NHS discount! It’s perfect!

The employees are friendly and clearly care about the animals. I have bought small rodents and fish and I get supplies for same plus my birds. Only quibble is they sell unsuitable cages for small animals.

We went to pets at home bury today for a few bits for our new puppy and one of the staff members Lucas was extremely helpful to us and very welcoming! We were so impressed that we asked to speak to a manager to tell him what a great job he was doing! Will definitely be picking this pets at home over other ones we have been to where the staff do not even approach you! Thankyou for everything!

Like with most Pets at Home stores, they carry a wide variety of pet supplies. The animals in the store always look well kept when I've looked, although, there have been a couple of times over the past few years where there have been a few dead fish in the tanks (but this could be age related). There are no vets or groomers at this store which is a shame as I think pet owners in the area would use them. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I don't know about their knowledge of animals though as I haven't needed to ask anyone for help with any pets to this date.

I went to pick up my click and collect parcel today as had email that it was available to collect since 14th November. My parcel could not be found instore by staff. Ordered from amazon instead as they are quite good at the pay money.. receive item business.

As with any other pets at home, you know what your getting. Most things were in stock and the store was clean and tidy.

We go there for the 15kg bags of dog food, be careful with the price signage as this can be misleading, depending on dog size, age etc, cost us £8 more than expected (as per the price on the shelf directly below) at the till but that's our fault (or bad :()

Can’t thank Lucan enough, just bought a puppy and came in to buy some stuff. Lucan came over and asked if we’re okay, he mentioned about the pets at home app which He helped me sign up to and showed me all my vouchers including 20% off my whole shop and 50% of the bag of dog food i had in my basket. I think Lucan saved me about 40 pounds which I’m so grateful for. Will 100% be coming back to this pets at home.

Has everything you could need for your pets, and usually at good competitive prices. Staff passionate and helpful.

Nice store with plenty to offer and it's great to see there is now 2 hours of free parking giving you plenty of time to shop. Only down side on my visit it would have been nice to be greeted with a smile at the till.

Excellent service special praise for Jess who was brilliant with my nephew in getting him started with his mini aquarium. Her demeanour with him was outstanding and he is delighted with his new pet fish.

Only store that stocks indoor cat food in large enough quantity to feed my furbabies

It's improved a lot and has a vast selection of products covering the whole spectrum of pet requirements. Parking is good free for 45 minutes but do not over stay you will be fined. If you need some shopping park at Asda (2 hours free) but you have to shop at Asda otherwise again you will be fined.

The girls that have helped and given advice over the past few weeks when my puppy has been poorly is very much appreciated - nothing is to much trouble and took the time to offer any advice and recommendations needed for your pet. Such a positive place to go thank you

Ordered click and collect from store, emailed recieved that the order has been paid for and will text when order ready to collect from store. After hour of waiting for confirmation decided to go to the store and get my product. When told staff that have not received any text or email to collect, I was handed my product over the counter no explanation given why I did not receive a notification for collecting my order, the staff were too busy talking to one another.

I could not understand why it was so difficult to purchase Frontline for cats. Never had so much trouble before at other chemists. Little expensive too.

Love this place. Always take the dogs and they always get a treat from the lovely staff there. Sticking to rules at the moment though with the pandemic which must be hard as they're all animal lovers. Good prices and plenty of parking. Clean well stocked shop too.

A big pet shop with a decent range of products for a lot of your pet needs. I have found stuff cheaper elsewhere depending on what you need. In particular chicken products can be found cheaper at your local farm feed shop. Otherwise very clean with friendly staff although the trolleys always leave a little to be desired!
