First visit today to kit out our little pup with a harness and some chews. The guy serving( sorry I don't have a name!) was really.lovely and very helpful. He helped size our pup for a harness and his advise around safe chews were great. Our little pup hasn't left the cow ear alone all day! I wouldn't say it was super pricey , I thought it was very reasonable. Thanks again

First visited this store when visiting cheshire for the weekend. Lovely high quality products! My dogs were very pleased with their presents. As im not local its brilliant that I can shop online and more recently I signed up to the monthly subscription service. The first box arrived this week very promptly and was filled with some lovely products. Treats a toy and even a flashing light for my dogs collar perfect now the evenings are so dark! Cannot wait for future boxes! I have ever confidence they will be fab. The owners of this store clearly know their stuff! Many thanks Tobys Mum

A smart establishment, did not smell like a pet shop, more up market and a very friendly service, with fresh ideas. Using UK products which makes it a different shop to buy things for ones animals. What is obviously a very promising start shall return in the future to see what else has been added, so I hope other customers do the same as it was quite an experience buying for my friends pet.

Great range of products. Staff are super helpful. Slightly more expensive than somewhere like Pets at Home but top quality and a lot of stuff sourced in the UK. You can also take time to visit the rest of the centre, but think this shop also delivers on certain days of the week.

Fantastic service, great with advice for my dog, and that advice helped with my decision to try my dog with rabbit ear, and he loved it when we got home

We had our puppy Arlo have the puppy experience at Ginger and brown and they were amazing with him. It was his first time and they treated him with care and love.
