Prebooked with TGI and the table was ready with the birthday placemat and balloons. The service at first was friendly and pleasant with the starter and drinks coming quickly, unfortunately that's where the good ends. The mains took 45 minutes and subsequently the burgers were dry, akin to dog biscuit texture. We had one refill when the mains came, this was refilled with diet and not classic. A shift changeover occurred and rather than waiting further for another refill and to order dessert we decided to get the bill. Our family was disappointed in the lack lustre service, no mention of birthday cake or a sing song. For the money spent, coast to coast is a better option with more attentive staff and burgers that aren't like chewing on a leather belt.

Was amazing the food, had to wait 20 min longer for table and was told drinks will be free but think they still charged us for drinks? Service was spot on, price was abit much but can't put a price on spending time with the family. 👌🏻

The food was okay. It's not bad but especially amazing for the top-end money. Lots of staff, though and attentive. Would return but maybe with a voucher or deal. The £25 for mains and appetisers was good but we didn't order from it. Yummy fries.

Service was excellent, our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Restaurant was clean and well decorated. Prices however for even a simple burger are ridiculous, £18 for a standard burger and run of the mill fries akin to witherspoon, I must be missing something...

The food was dry and bland. Partner ordered a house salad came with a bit of lettuce and peppers I ordered. The biggest burger was bland and dry. They tried using two different menus and charging more than what it was. And get told to leave and don't come back when you try and challenge there mistake

1st time here, the food was great for a cahin restaurant. Cost all together £113 but that's with 4 lemonades and 4 deserts on top of the food in the pictures, so I found the price very reasonable. Fast service would definitely recommend for kids. Really enjoyed it and would definitely come back again👍👍👍👍

We visited for my daughters birthday. We were a party of 10, of mixed ages. The food is very typical of an American style food chain. Its fun, edible but nothing to really write home about. The service was great. Our server was friendly and attentive, without hovering. The food came out pretty fast, despite being busy. Its a good place to eat out, especially if there are younger people in the group.

The staff were very quick and helpful with providing an allergy card which you scan to see the menu on your phone and for finding out information regarding what drinks would be ideal for us. The serving of my food was swift and they ensured it was nut free. The drinks were amazing, the Raspberry Ripple was very thick and sweet and took a long while to drink, it was almost like a dessert. The food was amazing and we left full and content. Definitely worth returning again soon.

The young staff stayed huddled in a doorway talking. 2 tables plus ours had to put our hand up to get their attention. They need someone in charge and stern looking over them so they don't slack. When they did finally come, they were polite though. It just seemed unprofessional to be all chatting and not working. The food however was really nice.

Poor Customer Service, very average food especially for the price. The music was great though whilst waiting patiently for someone to at least make eye contact with you to order food. Had enough of waiting though when it was time to pay the bill and had to get up and go and make payment.

Not been in years. Only my husband and myself but quite expensive for what we choose. However, the food was tasty and as described on the menu and filling. The waitress was great, chatty and added to our experience even bringing over a free refill without been asked. Overall a great experience.

TGI have definitely upped their game since I last visit before COVID. The menu and food is great, really enjoyed it! Good selection of drinks and friendly staff.

A very mixed bag. Me and my Wife visited here on Thursday 15th June at around 19:45. We had to wait for a good 10 to 15 minutes before any drinks were offered. Then another 5 to 10 minutes until someone took our food order. The staff we encountered were lovely, although we weren't asked how things were at any point and we weren't offered any more drinks during the meal. The food was excellent. I was very impressed with the Cajun Bacon Chop, although would have preferred a slightly bigger plate, because everything was confined into quite a small plate. The drinks were also very good. But I felt both the food and drink were very expensive. Even though my Strawberry Fields drinks were 2 for 1, seeing they're £9 each (!) I felt ripped off despite them being very pleasant. I felt bad not leaving a tip, as the young lady who looked after us was extremely pleasant. I just wasn't happy about the long wait after we had been seated until a member of staff came to serve us and also the lack of service at times during the meal. Even when we paid the bill we weren't asked how we had found things. My Wife was going to order a dessert, but given how slow and none existent the service was at times, she decided not to do so. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, but the service was very lacking at times. Also I do feel the cost of TGI Fridays has rocketed. Shame, as I couldn't fault the food at all. Even with a discount code my Wife found online the bill for our Starters/Mains/Drinks came to just over £60.

We visited on a busy Saturday night. We had bit booked but the guy on reception was really helpful and after a five minute wait he managed to find us a table. Lovely booth behind the bar. Service was good and pretty quick considering how busy they were. Slight issue with no cutlery to eat our puddings with but sorted eventually and a genuine apology from the lady serving went a long way. She was great. Prices aren’t cheap at TGI’s but the food and atmosphere was great and the kids love it here. We will be back as always hahah

Service was slow! Watched a member of staff tasting my drink at the bar when asked her how was my drink she said lovely! Drinks were awful came overflowing all over table and floor asked for a cloth was given 3 pieces of blue cloth was left to wipe it myself then asked for more for the floor yet again was left to wipe it myself! Drinks were awful sent back and they was replaced! Overall was not impressed will be going to prestwich branch from now on!

The highlight was the Loaded Warrior Fries. The restaurant was not busy but the service was extremely slow. We order an extra Loaded Warrior Fries and didn't get it after about 20 mins we decided to settle the bill.

Unfortunately due to traffic, we arrived late, but not a problem, still got a table immediately. Excellent service, food hot and arrived very quickly

Absolutely loved it here. Good staff and excellent tasting food. It is on the expensive side but well worth the money paid.

Staff were lovely. The food was pretty good but quite overpriced for what it was. Drinks are similarly overpriced. It wasn't busy when we arrived but it di start to get busy once we sat. Food arrived quickly, but we did have a brief wait to pay once we were done as it had become busy. At that price point there are better places to go, but not within the same locale. I'd go again if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

Went on Sunday evening and was seated very quickly, told that someone would be over shortly to take our order. The place was fairly busy and a few other tables were seated in quick succession of us. They placed orders and received drinks and starters, as we were still waiting for someone to even acknowledge us. Many staff walked past and didn't even look at us. We walked out after sitting there for 20 minutes. Poor service.

As a Dieter I love the fact I can eat out without having to have chips with every meal (and I have a choice) but my husband totally enjoyed his ultimate burger!

Not great at all, £29 for half rack of ribs steak and 2 prawns and childlike portion of fries Breakdown of the above food. Prawns cold probably warmer freshly caught at sea. Steak tough like leather. Ribs also freezing cold and very bland. Only saving grace was the child like portion of fries were really nice but no where near enough unless your a very small child Burgers were bone dry must have been grilled to within an inch of their life. Kids meals must have been ok as non of the children complained. Staff were quite friendly which is a minor positive. Will not be returning.

We visited TGIs be after multiple choices of where to eat and we was not disappointed! The staff were all friendly and professional, all our options of food was available and was served very quickly. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced! We will be going again!

Really enjoyed the food. The staff provided the food and the mass amount of napkins that I got provided for my wall to wall chicken meal. A downside is that there is a draft coming from the door throughout the whole meal so if you're planning on staying then I would recommend a seat away from the door
