    I have been seeing Kate Cameron for over 6 months now and her treatment has made my persistent shoulder pain to be gone. She has also taught me multiple exercises to stretch and correct my posture. She's a very knowledgeable profesional and offers a holistic view of the body - so I also feel I understand my body better now!

    I came to PhysioFit with ankle tightness and pain, after a cycling accident. Rowan was able to identify the problem and explain the likely cause in a very easy to understand way. Due to the injury she also identified a weakness in one hip. After three visits and a couple of months of exercises, I have much better flexibility in the joint and my hip strength is now balanced. I highly recommend PhysioFit.

    It is difficult to find the words to give justice to the help which Kate has given me since the birth of my daughter. With great knowledge, understanding and empathy, Kate has gone above and beyond to help pick me up and put my body back together during a very vulnerable period.     I cannot recommend Rowan and her team enough. They have helped resolve so many niggles and pains for me, as well as helped me improve my mobility, flexibility and balance. I first went in because I had some lower back pain that was so painful I couldn't walk or run properly. After one massage session, the pain went away. I then thought I'd need to get regular sessions which obviously would have cost a lot. But Rowan instead told me to buy a 'hedgehog' and taught me how to self-massage. Because of tennis, running and gym work, I've had issues with my achilles, back of my knee, hips and groin area. Working with Rowan and Chloe has helped with all these issues. I've also been doing pilates sessions with them, both for injury prevention but also to improve mobility, flexibility and balance. I've never been a graceful mover, but the pilates work has really helped with my movements. I leave every session feeling looser and just better. I was never a believer in this stuff in the past but am definitely a convert. Rowan and her team are fantastic, and we always have a great laugh during the sessions. Try them out - you won't regret it!

    I've had two sessions with Rowan at Vinery Road Studios and I wish I had seen her two years ago when the problem started to be apparent. She explained what the problem was, in a really kind and helpful way, and then provided me with exercises and orthotic insoles. I'm already seeing a big difference. Rowan is outstanding and I'd recommend her very highly.

    Rowan was excellent in helping me with an ongoing injury from a bike fall. She was very knowledgeable and gave me different exercises to follow in a programme. The sessions were invaluable and I'm pleased to say everything was resolved!

    I broke my wrist a few months ago, multiple bones broken, distal radius fractur, and ulnar styloid fracture, with suspicion for scapholunate ligament injury. Rowan was my physiotherapist, she was absolutely fantastic. She would give me personalized exercises and massages to alleviate the joints, and I progressed very fast under her guidance, until being able to do hand stands and planks exactly as before the injury. Thank you, Rowan, I am very grateful :)

    I have been bothered with my knee for years when running/doing exercise. It got to the stage where I could no longer run on it for more than 1 minute. This was when I first came to Rowan. She was able to get to the bottom of what was wrong and gave me a rehab programme that worked for me. I am now well on my way to running again without any pain! I cannot thank Rowan enough!

    I had an excellent experience. Rowan is extremely personable and knowledgeable and the rest of the team were always attentive and cordial. The clinic is well-equipped and the team is diverse, with specialisations to meet many needs. EDIT: In addition to diagnosis and therapy to address my worse symptoms, I got a tailored exercise program which is really helpful for ongoing recovery. Thanks again Physiofit Team 👍

    Angela is a wonderful physio! She's been helping me during and after pregnancy and I wish I had found her before. Her face to face sessions are thorough, personalised and effective. Her exercise plan and pelvic floor training has really made a difference and I have gained a lot of strength post partum. I'd highly recommend her!

    My reformer work with Angela has helped me manage my symptoms of polymyalgia and transformed the flexibility of my back! Week on week, Angela has known exactly which exercises will suit according to how my body has presented to her, and has helped ease any aches and pains along the way.     After experiencing sudden back pain from a running injury, i went to Physiofit to try and sort the pain. Rowan was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her approach, and provided me with a combination of massage, exercises, and acupuncture that helped me alleviate my discomfort. She took the time to understand the cause of my injury and tailored her treatment to meet my specific needs. The exercises she recommended were very effective and I felt a noticeable improvement in my back pain after just a few sessions.     I recently had a Sports Massage with Shelly Bjornson before starting out on a 54 mile trek a few days later. It was just what I needed to cope before the event. Shelly also gave me some exercises to do, to relieve the cramp I suffer from and lower back pain. I would highly recommend Shelly to all, she is first rate!

    I had tendon issues with my knee and I couldn't run or play football. Greg made a bespoke rehabilitation program for me over the last few months and now I'm playing again. I was really impressed with the friendly and professional sessions and I'm very grateful to be active again. Highly recommended.

    Professional, Competent and Caring. I have been followed before and after an ACL surgery. I need to thank all the stuff for the amazing job they have done during the whole period. Wouldn’t be the same without them. Very competent and capable to help you. Very recommended

    After giving birth earlier this year I suffered terrible sciatic/hip pain to the point where I was taking over the counter painkillers round the clock and could barely walk. I went to my doctor and she prescribed me stronger painkillers and advised me to see a physiotherapist. I contacted physiofit and spoke to Rowan who diagnosed me with hip impingement & muscle strain that was caused by the weight of my baby. I was treated with a combination of acupuncture, massage & the painkillers my doctor prescribed me. Without the help of Rowan I wouldn’t have known that taking the painkillers would actually help cure my condition. Throughout the experience Rowan was very professional and helpful. After taking my painkillers regularly for a few weeks I am now off them and completely pain free. I would highly recommend physiofit they are super reliable and good at what they do.

    I suffered from lower back pain, my first massage (I believe it was Shelly) was incredible and made such a huge difference. Then I was pushed to other specialist, which were “more experience “ but not as good. I didn’t like the fact that my massage was taken less time, but I was paying same price. Once I wanted to canceled 23 hours before appointment, they wanted to charged me of the full amount. Luckily they gave me some other appointment (with another person) instead of paying for nothing. In general it was very good start, but only because of Shelly, rest of the appointments were kind of pushed and little ripped off(especially acupuncture).

    Great people! Greg is one of the best physio I have had since I'm living in the UK. The sessions are very efficient. After a couple of sessions, I feel more confident regarding my knee injury, and I'll 100% keep his great and quality advice. This doesn't have any price. Merci beaucoup Greg !     I had a couple of sessions with Lizzie to deal with some running injuries (twisted ankles and stretched calf muscle). She devised a series of recovery exercises for each of the injuries. She also put together a really useful programme of regular maintenance stretches and exercises to ward off future injuries. Very highly recommended!

    Saw Paul Sharma for crippling pain in my right thumb, it had built up to the point where it was seriously disabling. I'd gone to Minor Injuries and put in a splint to rest the joint, told to take painkillers, and it could take "a couple of years" to settle down. I cannot believe I'm writing this but DURING THE SESSION Paul isolated the problem, showed me a simple manipulation to do with the joint and the pain stopped, just stopped. I walked out pain-free. Not what I was expecting in the slightest, and I've got my life back. I'm sure that not all problems are as easily fixed, but I'm ridiculously grateful and am recommending Paul all over town.

Rowan has been very thorough in working out the issue, slowly grading my exercises and adapting things as I have improved. She is very professional in her approach and really instills confidence.     I went to see Greg Barnes because of a back injury sustained while at the gym. Greg was fantastic! He listened attentively to my concerns, and worked with me over the course of a few months to build my strength back up. I'm now deadlifting and squatting with better form than I had before, and am able to progressively overload to a greater degree. I would recommend Physiofit, and Greg in particular, to anyone else.

    Rowan Wilson is a superb and creative Pilates instructor. She is the most talented teacher I have worked with since I began my Pilates journey in 2006. We do in-studio sessions as well as Zoom sessions which helped me make it through Covid lockdowns without too much regression. She mixes classic Pilates with more modern variations to keep our sessions challenging and tries out variations to stretch me even further. I cannot recommend Rowan too highly,

    I met Angela more than 18 months ago, as I was still on maternity leave, looking for help with my general wellbeing after the pregnancy. In particular we focused on breathing exercises and movements targeting pain in my wrists connected to breast feeding, and general strengthening of my back and abdominal wall muscles. Sessions with Angela provided an instant boost to my physical and mental status, I felt more balanced and confident in getting back to work and to my routine, while caring for a young baby. Her focus on wellbeing, ability to teach, her gentle manners, and deep interest and expertise in people make her impact outstanding. After a break in the sessions due to the summer holiday and return to work, I decided to start seeing Angela again, and I am know benefitting from regular sessions where I learn and practice pilates excercises, achieving great and sustained benefit. Angela has a natural way to work with people, feed relevant stimuli, and enable self- improvement. I feel so lucky and grateful to be able to count on her help! Sincerely, Gaia

    Excellent experience that I'll highly recommend in future. I have been seeing Rowan for the past few weeks for a problem which resulted in frequent headaches. She was able to diagnose the cause of the headaches and suggested an effective course of treatment which has resulted in great improvement. She was very professional and carefully explained to me the underlying issue and I'd like to thank her for the enhancement in my quality of life.

    I had back / muscle problems following a recent fall. Rowan was very helpful and professional. Thorough diagnosis to establish where the problems were and appropriate remedial work. Plus a series of exercises for me to do at home. I can highly recommend Rowan.

    I am currently two months into my treatment with Kate Cameron, and not only have I experienced a vast improvement in my movement - I've also gained a significantly more positive outlook. (Kate focuses on the good and not the bad) Kate is brilliant at looking at my issue holistically and identifying areas that once strengthened alleviates my pain source. Finally, the experience has activated parts of my body that have benefitted my fitness, exercise and everyday life. Kate has also educated me on the mechanics of my body.     The Physiofit team are amazing! I came with lower back pain, not really knowing the cause and Rowan was able to identify the injury from the very first session. Due to the injury I had, I have been working with her for 6 months but every session was very encouraging. She would build up the previous exercises she had given me to first release the area of the hip flexor and then strengthen it so that I could get back to running as soon as possible. She was always very knowledgeable about the injury and would communicate the solution very clearly.

    I have been seeing Kate for over 7 months now following a hip injury while dancing. She’s very knowledgeable and caring - explaining exactly how she’s working with each individual muscle as she goes. She has also educated me with my poor posture, it really helps with my daily activities and exercise. My English is not very good, but she always talks to me patiently and listened every thing I want to say. She did not only help me to recover and also find out what the underlying injury was. Kate’s individual plan of exercise and her professional recommendations really made a huge difference with the mobility and strength of my hip. I was touched and impressed by her individual technique. Kate is brilliant! Best physio I’ve come across with! I’d have no hesitation in recommending Kate Cameron Physiotherapist and Physiofit!

    Hannah has been brilliant at helping me with my arthritis, diagnosing the difficulties and creating exercises that I can manage. My mobility and strength are greatly improved and I am very grateful for her sympathetic care, attention and encouragement.
