We just sat down at 8pm and ordered a beer. Right after we got our beers the waiters were waiting at our table and told us that they are going to close. They could have told us that they are going to close instead they were happy for another order before closing. Very impolite. Wouldn't go there again

Worst food ever. They scammed us. Bill was supposed to be 32€ and they took 38€ from us. We checked only after getting home. Worst experience. Restaurant is in the city center and they did this. Wouldn’t recommend. Please don’t go there.

frozen pizza, dry cutlet, horrible hasty service, rude without a smile, endless waiting bathrooms in poor condition without toilet paper and dirty !! I absolutely do not recommend it! only merit ... beautiful location

Hard to get worse than this. The only thing it has going for it is outdoor seating on the plaza. The service was surly, the food was inedible and served for each a good 10 minutes apart. We paid our bill, drank our beers and left the food uneaten. 47 Euros wasted but a good lesson in remembering to check reviews ahead of time.

The worst food experience in Bolzano. I write this while i am still there. We ordered the entree and while we were finishing the last bite the main coarse showed up. The food, drinks are almost thrown on the table. Beside of that the food is not good. Very plain and not exciting at all. Guys, dont go here!!! There are plenty of good restaurants in Bolzano and this is not one of them.

Friendly service, BUT I was forced to pay for the coperto. It costed 1,50€ and the waiters didn't told me that I have to pay for it. That move was not cool. Don't want to eat there again. Müsst Ihr wissen.

Frozen pizza and lasagna from the microwave. A restaurant doesn't get worse than that. Not surprisingly, we didn't even finish.

Service is not so good. Most food was bland . Your paying for the location here. The pork knuckle and the gelatto were good. The BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING and from other reviews I see it's a continuous problem. Right now the ladies room is broken and the men's room is so disgusting it unusable for myself and my 4 year old. After spending $75 on lunch it would be nice to be able to use the bathroom.
