Recently my uncle got operated in Regal Hospital for the spinal cord and as doctor informed in prior, he is discharged on 5th day and hi is felling better day by day. The operation cost was very low compared to the other hospitals nearby. Hospital was so ventilated and open space for natural light and air flow. Felt very comfortable. We are very thankful to the S.P Patil sir and his team. For such a good support and concerned about the there patients. Only one suggestion to the maintenance team to look into the cleanliness and its maintenance of the bathroom.

A good hospital with good support team. I had got admitted for high fever one night. The medical support was excellent, but I had to unwillingly get transfer to Chennai as administration support was easier there due to children settled there. Otherwise for things being what it was , the hospital staff are too good and leaves an indelible impression on all. The attention of the team is focussed to provide the best support possible and make the stay as comfortable as possible. A canteen support would enhance the patient's as well as the bystander comfort level .

Had a very good experience, they have enough specialists to treat complicated renal failure cases. ICU is equipped with enough instruments and qualified staff. Cooperation at reception is good. Visited Today ENT(ear nose and throat).OPD Do not follow practo and other online APP. Doctor staff maybe change so better call Hospital phone directly and ask which department you are looking for. doctor spend around 10 to 15 min for my consultation and so far good experience. Doctor cabin of OPD in Ground Floor so did not check entire hospital. Parking : 2 Wheler are not allow so i parked out side hospital complex area but most complex area free space so no issue but if you have 4 Wheler then they have parking . Doctor fees : 500 INR (first time visit) no extra charge. Dr Name : PRETHAM They have medical store also but they did not force you it is completely your choice.

My family and I have used Emergency Services here. I would say this place provides very good treatment for emergency services like breathing problems, etc. Also I used OPD service for my regular infusion and Injection prescribed during my pregnancy. The price is reasonable. Doctors and Nurse staff at emergency care are good and they help us in understanding the problem and treat it well.

Absolutely bad service, each time receptionist asked to come at 1:30pm, and Dr arrives only at 3, patients have to first wait for Dr, after that wait for their turn to come another couple of hours, specially making the aged people is not right and exactly at lunch time they make you come and wait, my mother suffered acidity, missed her bp medicine etc were the result of the wait.. thanks to Dr for coming late and thanks to rude receptionists for not managing timings well. If you ever get appointment better go after two hours of the given time.

Have been there in case of my mother and my wife. Both were admitted. The staff, mainly reception ladies are very helpful and supportive. Even if it was Sunday, they helped in the seemless disbursal of insurance. Relatively less costly and doctors are also good. They do not want to suck the money out of your pocket. Recommended.

Decent experience. Nursing staff can be much better & trained well. Response was not up to mark. Housekeeping & cleanliness during my admission was excellent. Team of doctors were excellent. Discharge process could have been smoother and I did feel there were discrepancies in billing especially since it was insurance claim ( adding 3 days of stay for less than 47 hour admission). Also feel the food for patients should be curated by doctors / staff and accordingly be given options to choose from before hand itself.

Great experience: In this day and age where Hospitals are only about Insurance and Extracting Money. REGAL hospital is a GEM. I went in with persistent cough and the ER doc advised for an Xray. Low and behold it was done within 20 mins and I was advised to get admitted as I had Respiratory issue. Admission was done within 30-40 mins( Last year in Manipal , I had waited over 5 hours). All the staff doctors, nurses and even the cleaning staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are clean & affordable. Even though the MD (attending ) isn't available , the duty doctors make sure the patient is given on time meds and treatment. Why I went to Money-pal when I had Regal this close to my house, God only knows!!!! Even the Assigned doc Dr.Kanjal came promptly by 10am, was super friendly and released me when she felt I had improved. Unlike other places, the moment they sense Patients have insurance, they would want to unnecessarily keep the patient, Regal has a conscience. Kudos to the Team of Doctors and all staff members. They even change the sheets every morning by 7-8am. Only con is that there is no proper canteen facility,but there is a restaurant right in the ground floor of the entrance.Overall Worthy of a 5 star rating , A very good hospital.

One of the best speciality hospitals nearby, it is hassle free if you have insurance, the hospital management takes care of it, the hospital is maintained well. The nurses take care of the patient very well and keep monitoring them. They follow the defined procedure according to hospital rules. But the reception desk should improve in addressing the issue and provide proper information when required instead of depending on other staff members. But definitely recommend this hospital for the specialist treatment.

Hi, So this is my second review of this hospital. In Jan 2023 my Father was there for Gall Bladder removal and he is doing fine now. This Month one of my friend got Surgery for Epididmal Cysts in two days he was discharged. One Front Desk executive Mrs.Sujata🙏 helped us from Day one from insurance, to getting into hospital was seamless. Dr.Sudhamshu Reddy is so humble that he only got the surgery cap and put on patient himself as nurse forgot.❤️ The two wards boys do some Nakhra😝 by saying we have lots of patients etc etc but i feel they end up doing more than what is expected from them by Management. One boy got my Phone charger which i forgot in my room👍. The rooms feel fresh and newly painted. and now i today got my Father In law to this Hospital, with some Uric acid issues. I have to mention that Dr.Suriraju is considerate, "His one tap on shoulder to patients and relatives" feels so comfortable and soothing. God Bless!❤️ Will share more about my Father in laws experience later as he is still under treatment in a private Room No 101 for kidney and uric acid related issues.

My sister in law was operated for lap gall bladder surgery. I found whole medical and nursing team very competent n dedicated. I mustn't miss to mention specifically about Dr lokesh , anaesthetist. Despite of being busy, he gave so much time in explaining in detail about every single procedure , that made the patient confident and calm . He is very experienced and competent anaesthetist. I was admitted for 1 day here for a surgery Pros: Everyone at Reception, OT and ICU were very good. I would like to thank Dr Suri Raju Cons: Priya in the ICU is not really experienced, she even don't know how to properly replace the drips. And in the ward the nurse Anita was not really cooperative. It was horrible experience in the night as they were so irresponsible and were not understanding the pain of patient. Yes at last after shouting they removed my catheter. Done with the final check-up once again thanking Dr Suri Raju sir I could really see the improvement. I would definitely recommend this hospital for my friends and family

I am so grateful that regal hospital is so near to my home. We went in as emergency due to severe abdomen pain and fainting early morning. Dr Rubina diagnosed I should be having ectopic pregnancy just by touching my abdomen. I was really impressed the quickness with which she organized radiologist, gynecologist Dr Divya Venugopal and also made calls to arrange blood for me. I was found to have ruptured ectopic pregnancy with lot of internal bleeding. I was taken care so gently and all doctors and nurses were very caring. Even the hospital staff are so gentle and caring. Really grateful to all of them for saving my life. Special thanks to Dr Divya who waited in ICU for 2 hrs until i became stable and left at 6pm. At 8pm i again wasn't feeling well and she rushed back from home to check on me. While leaving i heard she told to update my status at 12pm and 4am. Hats off to your dedication madam. Just by seeing all of ur dedication i was assured i will be alright soon. Thanku so soooo much to everyone once again. 🙏

Hospitality at its core. Had my mom who turns 87 with hip fracture. Though high risk, Dr. Abdul Shareef and other experts counselled me and while being affordable, the doctors and staff stood by me and assured and consequently got my mom to go mobile. Worth notable is Dr. Suriraj the hospital's MD who goes on the rounds to every patient radiating warmth while providing soothing words of encouragement to get better. Normally modern hospitals are money minded. Regal isn't. Doctors are very knowledgeable and the hospital is very clean and organized.

Top class service. I visited the hospital on two occasions; one to get a CT scan and another to get a couple of blood reports done which were a few days apart each visit. The staff is courteous and responsive. The premises is well kept and regularly sanitized. For the CT scan I waited for 20 minutes but was given regular updates about the availability of the technician who was away for lunch. For the blood report, I was in and out of the hospital in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others and I would certainly visit the hospital for my future medical requirements. Keep up the great work!

Had to visit for my father as he needed admission and treatment from Dr Suri. I must say what a seamless and pleasant patient journey it was, right from the emergency department to theatre and the ward. A very good hospital for your first visit. It’s how a hospital should be, professionally maintained, clean, doctors are good and does what a hospital should do. It’s a hospital and not a hotel and I rate 5 star for that. No unnecessary fuzz!!

All the staffs, nurses and doctors were very helpful and generous. The doctor and nurses in emergency ward are very prompt. They are experienced in their fields. Only concern is that the hospital needs to renovate it's infrastructure and provide better quality pillows and mattresses in private rooms as these are very hard and uncomfortable for patients and attendees. Also need to renovate bathroom with exhaust fans.

Worst hospital because of the management & providing no facilities at all! They will make you do all the tests if you have insurance and won’t give you discharge even if you are cured. They will make sure to redeem the maximum amount from your insurance. I don’t know why they have some good google reviews, looks like it’s paid reviews! Please don’t go to this hospital if you have any other option. The rooms and hospital corridors are untidy and even the hospital cleaning staff will treat you badly!
