The treatment provided was excellent, doctors, nurses and housekeeping all are very kind and sweet. The way they take care is awesome, during night even though attendees sleep the nurses take personal care. Manjunath - Cashless Insurance process is hassle-free since the hospital itself takes care of all the paperwork and formalities which is excellent. - Hospital seems to be a good one - Nurses are good - Security and House keeping are very helpful Need to improve - No place for parking vehicles/car, need some dedicated hospital specific parking near the hospital. - Some test like EEG, MRI etc gets delayed since need to get those done from outside - Even in Cashless claims , Customer ends up paying around 25% of overall cost from own pocket, also i believe there is a scope for hospital to reduce their costing to more affordable levels

Nurse are so caring... Nivedita was exceptional! She is more friendly and supportive. Manjula D was also good on hearing the concerns. Both of them response with good smile which brings positive in patients. I would have rated 5 if they had option to discharge insurance based patients on Sunday

Easily accessible on the WOC road, was admitted here for 5days, Dr Shivaraj K and ENT team diagnosed me with the help of proper medication. All the staff in the 1st floor - Nurse Neelamma, Pavithra, Suma and all the housekeeping staff was really kind and attended all my needs throughout the day. Big kudos to the staff who cheer you up and help you recover quickly. Insurance claim was hassle free and the hospital team helped us with end to end process. Dislikes: Food at the hospital was really bad, then I requested Dietician for home food which they agreed. Pharmacy is not good as no much options available unless you're in IPD. Ventilation inside the hospital could be better as it's a small hospital and little congested.

My father was hospitalised and overall services are satisfactory. Doctors listens and explains things in details. Nurses are caring. Cleanliness is very good. Management teams are constantly reaching out to enquire about services and feedback. Only issue is billing desk, they need to be proactive, specially in cases where insurance is involved - I am not giving a 5 rating only because of this. Special mention to Ms Deepa (Patient Experience Team Lead), going beyond her call of duty to help us. Really appreciate her gestures and the genuine care she displayed. She also took our feedback seriously and passed it on to the concerned department promptly, this will certainly improve services.

We came to this Hospital only because our family Doctor recommended. On 15 th Oct 2022 we came to hospital for My father’s laparoscopic surgery and Two issues which I have seen in google reviews are still persistent in the Hospital 1)House keeping male staff shortage and 2) Cafteria with limited food options and cafeteria which closes from Sunday evening. If a patient attendant doesn’t get food how can one expect attendant to take care of patients. Even attendant need energy who takes care of patients The house keeping staffs and duty doctors are very professional . They came every 1hr and check patients status and review medications if required. Lady staffs like nurses are so cooperative and cool . All Surgeons and duty doctors are so cooperative and take time to explain things patiently. Insurance team could have been bit proactive and satisfied with their services.

Went here for a medical health check up. Services were convenient and faster.. The only concern which I noted is the Food Quality in the Canteen which I expect to be better next time .

Good services. But being a deluxe room the space was very small. Room.no. 210. Also the attendant cot width is very small. Also, even though, staff are very good, you should keep few more staff so that the turn around time is faster. But overall we are satisfied

Consulted Dr. Manjunath K, Physician for cold, fever, anemia, high uric acid, and other issues. What a fantastic human this doctor is! His calm demeanor and light-hearted personality can put anyone at ease instantly! A lot of doctors seem to have lost touch with their human side of late. In this day and age where a majority of doctors can't wait to move on to the next patient and then some more, doctor Manjunath is an exception. He patiently answered all our questions (and kept his sense of humor intact throughout). Glad to have consulted him.

Doctors don’t even care even if we are 5 mints late to our time. Not sure how they will serve if they are strict on timing like this. Doctors don’t even wait for ten mints. They said will be available till 12:30pm. And we took the appointment for 12:15pm. Reached hospital at 12:20 and they said doctor left. We can’t help. We don’t take follow up. At least learn to call whoever have taken appointments before doctor leaves.

Anaesthesia team taken care of her pain during surgery OT team is verequipped.....in the Ward also nurses are very good in treating the patient with soft nature..given proper care to my mother..service given when we required help.nurses Jayashree.Radha nd the ward in-charge nurse Anitha all are excellent in care. We had a positive experience at the hospital. My elderly mother was provided good care. The doctors, the nursing staff, cleaning staff, catering staff and the security staff at the entrance were very supportive, approachable and friendly. Nurse staff- Sis. Sunitha, Cleaning staff- Ms. Mangal Amma and Sunitha Amma deserve special mention. They were prompt and perfect in rendering their service. They were empathetic and very caring. The supervisor Ms. Anitha, the dietitian Ms. Greeshma were also very friendly and helpful. Dr. Prem, Dr. Vishal and Dr. Ashok were also supportive and patiently explained the results and procedures.

We are very much satisfied of the service in Fortis. Casualty service also was very satisfying. Especially Nursing department during emergency was very dedicated to there work and took immediate action for any kind of situation that the patient couldn't handle, they were very polite and kind handling with patience. In nursing, Sister named Suma was very much caring and she took care very well. We could feel very home with her service. On the whole, We are very happy to take service from Fortis hospital Rajajinagar. We will also be happy to recommend our family and friends to make use of the service when in need.

Very very worst hospital ,worst service ,worst doctor ,very worst infrastructure, I m sharing my experience, I was coming here for pregnancy checkups with doctor Bharathi rajanna ,on 5th January morning I had fluid leakage and I was rushed to the emergency ward they demanded 1 lakh immediately to even write my name in the admission card , they were not even ready to accept part payment , they did not even have the basic curtosy that 2 lives r in danger , Next coming to the facilities and nurses , the so called 'fortis' did not even have a belt for NST machine and the nurses did not k ow how to do it they were doing trial and error on me ,on top of that this hospital has the worst scanning machine even government hospital has better equipments, The staffs here are so under trained that they took almost 20 mins to up-down the bed with remote in the labour room, they not even know to connect IV and for everything doctor had to run here and there and me shouting in pain and finally baby was born she had to kept in NICU as she was low weight, Nowadays every small hospital has NI CU facility here no NICU facility also they told to take our baby to another hospital lying that the staffs in their NICU are having cold I was in one hospital and our baby was in another hospital there also we paid 23k for 1 day . Next comes the hospital rooms they r so conjusted with no ventilation . We had to pay 1.2 lakhs for normal delivery with absolutely no service , we believed this hospital for its brand name but got cheated . Next coming to the doctor if I have to talk about her she is the worst doctor I have ever seen absolutely no professionalism. Mine was a natural pregnancy except for 2 previous miscarriages but she created such a drama saying that my baby is growing only because of her tablets and medicines , me who had lost 2 babies had to believe in whatever she said. On that day of delivery she had created such a drama to my family waiting outside , that she can save only 1 life and so on but the reality was my NST were good baby movements all were good my labour was progressing well and I was good to go for normal delivery and within 1.5 hrs I delivered my baby . But she created a scene to my family members saying that my condition was very bad she is trying her level best and so on.. Finally by God's grace I had a normal delivery and both r doing good. Please don't consider this doctor and hospital.

Had a average experience at this hospital. Their response is slow. Struggled to find a private room for my surgery even after planning in advance. I waited for 4-5 hours to get a private room Neatness is good. Doctors are good. Response from other staff is slow. Canteen facility isn't good. Struggled to find food for attendant.

Excellent surgery and after care by Dr. Vinay Kumarswamy, Nurse’s Anitha and Neela. But I really feel the billing section can be more sensitive. They had a very insensitive conversation with me when I was in the Post Op ICU just 30mins after my surgery.

Overall experience was good, the nursing staff, internship students and doctors were treating well in the hospital. Housing keeping staff were treating well with care. Dr.Rao who treated my mother, he treated her well. The maintaining of ICU and Normal ward was hygienic and clean. Canteen staff would have been better as we use to remind them for food and delayed service. The ICU nurses treated my mother well. I would like to thank Reshma and Rasool(House Keeping Staff), Dr. Rao(Pulmonologist) and Sizi(Nursing Staff).

My mother in law was admitted to this hospital for kidney problem. The doctor prem kumar did the best treatment and was very good in explaining the issue in kidney and procedures. Sisters are very caring and supportive including ICU staff..In the wards also nurses are excellent in caring the patients specially Lavanya sister and Ward head Nurse Anitha sister also very good in taking care of the patient she is very kind and humble..she always come and ask everything it's shows there dedication..very smiling face it's gives us lot of confidence and comfort to us . Cleaning is ok. Dr.vinay Kumar swamy also very good did surgery for trigger release smoothly. Lastly security Navinamma is very polite with patients. Thank you all.

Qualified and experienced doctor with extremely humble nursing staff is very appreciable. The assistance provided by staff is really good. AlI I can rate as average. Good Quality: Nurse and working staff , house keeping are good and humble. Dr. Kiran is too good. -Need to improve: Price are bit higher compare to other, only insured patient can approach. -No ventilation in general ward, -food service are not good as expected. -Dr. are not showing report to patients when they are visiting patients. -You will get your report only during discharge time.

My Mother was hospitalized due to food poison. I've some suggestions to make. We shared dual bed. Light switches should be provided for both the patients separately, as dual switches are there. The intercom connectivity should be provided for both the patients separately. There should be an intercom in the toilet too.

Why beds are like that. Cotton beds are better to sleep with good mood. This artificial leather beds generated to much heat. Its dangerous to patient who are slept with only one posture after surgery. Because of this patients facing too much back pain. You will not be able to sleep in this more than 10 min. And there is no two wheeler parking.

This hospital is scam . I went to get an injection ( normal one ) they charged 250 rs . 120 registration fee for a simple injection and 130 for giving injection. In all other hospitals they charged me only 50 rs . Evn the injection is not worth 250 it's only 100 rs . So they are charging for unnecessary things pls don't go to this hospital
