The place looks much nicer online than it actually is, 10 years ago I’m sure it was beautiful but they have not made any repairs and is not well kept. Paint is chipping everywhere. Pool was not clean, lots of debris, and workers just sitting around. They did not turn on any water slides until 2pm. Only one small section worked. But you still pay the price for the whole park. I wouldn’t go back, but the kids had fun anyway on the 2 slides that were open.

Good place to have around, but should be kept a bit cleaner. Park needs lots of maintenance and some investment. The food is horrible. Bathroom are poorly cleaned.

This place is a total dump! The water was so nasty and cloudy. Life guards were not paying attention to children’s safety at all. It’s run down and super old mayor repairs are needed!!! Hygiene wise I am speechless. 🤢🤢🤢. I would not come back here even for free. The environment in my opinion is not appropriate for children. All you see is adults getting super wasted with several of bottles of liquor at the tables while children are not attended. In addition music was so noisy. Horrible environment don’t even bother.

I arrived very late they were about to close. People are very friendly. But i think this place has a great potential but i have a feelings that it is not well maintained. The structure, the railings are rusted. The store is closed and not many choices in term of food. It can be improved.

Good place to cool down from the heat. They have lots of water slides, and a big kids (family) pool.

300 Dom pesos per adult ..may 2022 ! Food was decent we had french fries & & fried chicken with a drink for 335DOM pesos. U need to rent a tube for 100dom pesos to have acces to the big slides.There's good music playing ...! Overall a fun activity for the family . But the place does need a little love .. ( painting ... cleaning ... )

Customer service and maintenance has drastically dropped since the name changed from "kascada Park" to the new name "Mundo Acuático". The park opens at 10am, but the slides and water pumps won't be turned on until 12pm? Full price for half of the entertainment. The kids slides are hot and dry. So two hours of splashing in murky water and very insistent salesmen?

I really enjoy this facility. It mostly utilized by the locals. It's cheap but unfortunately they do a poor job with keeping the pool clean and facility needs a fresh coat of paint just about everywhere.

Admission is extremely cheap. The food is not cheap but the portions are big and taste great. Drinking alcohol allowed if you're over 18. Great place to make some memories with the family.

Most areas were closed off to the public. Water was so warm I thought I was in a jacuzzi. Food was average, pretty salty imo. On the other hand, entrance tickets were not that expensive. Wouldn't go back again overall.

Similar to other posts, the place needs some serious paint job and deep cleaning, however the kids loved it. We went on a Monday and there weren't a lot of people and the huge water slides weren't turned on until 2pm and you can only go on it if you have the adult wristband. You have to pay 100 pesos to rent the tubes to go down the slides or go in the lazy river. If you don't leave an ID, you have to pay 100 pesos more which they return when you return the tube. There was plenty of shaded seating areas which was a plus. The pizza is also really good.

The place is incredible, to be honest and is a cheap place, amazing pools and very nice food, best place ever.

My family and I visited this facility while we were in DR recently. The water is very nasty. It’s always dirty and has dead bugs in it all the time. They need to do a better job cleaning the pools. The whole park needs to be repaired and painted which will help make it look better. It’s rusty and dusty. The workers are nice and try their best to do their jobs. The food was not good either. We ordered a pizza and had to send it back. It was just bread with tomato sauce. The place has potential because kids do enjoy it. It just needs better maintenance.

Its okay. I took my family on a Saturday in December. The water features were turned off most of the visit, but they did turn the water features on for one hour from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM that day which made the experience slightly better than a regular swimming pool. We were one of only two families there that whole day, so probably they needed to do some cost saving. Otherwise, it is just a pool and a mediocre kid area. Might be worth a visit if you know not to expect too much :)

I purchased a pizza for $1,000 RD and it was only cheese and crust. No tomato sauce, no taste, just cheese. But the place is wonderful

The experience is amazing! There are up to 5 slides to try out (not counting the kids section)But don't buy their pizza con pollo!

*Note Well :Dont pay unless you look in and see many people 1)Firstly , I don't speak Spanish , so it may have been off season, We are here the first week in February. 2)They don't turn on anything at all unless there are many people , if it looks empty stay away.

Don't go there it's disgusting, the water is filthy with mold 🤢 if you don't want to get sick, stay away from this toilet water park!

Bad for family recreation; I took my 10 yrs old son and they did not let him in the pool or the rides....staff was rude and not professional.... my son is 5 feet tall and I told them I would get in the pool with him and I would take full responsibility for him .....they refused and only let him go to a "kids" pool which water was only up to his knees......+ they let people smoke hooka and vapes in the kids area......I ended up leaving 20 mins later......

The entrance to the park was decent but the service was horrible and the food was good except the chicken it was nasty and dry . The life guards in the kid section where on their phones not watching the kids my daughter got hurt on her head and another little boy was bleeding from his mouth because they don’t tell the other kids to wait until it’s clear because they are to busy on their phones .. when my oldest went on the larger slide the one next to the black one smelled like a dirty fish tank and was very dirty.. this park needs a lot of maintenance and a good paint Job I still think it has potential with better management!

It's already been 2 times that we go and we will continue to return to the aquatic world, recommended to go with the whole family..

They have up to 5 slides to try. For the food, I bought a pizza con pollo and couldn't even eat it. Maybe try local food if you're hungry.
