Only Cafe Coffee Day in the City. All the other branches are shutdown in Mangalore. Tastes ok, it could get better. Few signature coffees are not upto the mark and preparation clarity seems less for the chefs here, once we got a Crunchy Frappe without Oreo. Yermal - Highway Ccday has a better taste sense and closer signature coffees. It has a good vibe overall, since its the only option for City Ccday lovers, there isnt much we can do about it. But do ask for what your prefer at the counter if you find the coffee not upto mark, they are friendly and strive to support your queries.

Place is really calm with background musics on optimum sound and lovely arts and decorations hang on walls Some of the recipes are really good while some recipes really takes off mood like strawberrylicious cheese cake which was not at all cheesy smooth as it should be.. It was bitter in its taste that could not eat it completely Hope they improve it with this feedback

This was my second visit to CCD Forum Mall and it was a great ambience with soft trendy music and clean and neat interiors. The service was good and the affogatos we had were excellent and well presented. It was a bit crowded but we were served quickly. Great place to hang out and chat over a cup of coffee and snacks. Their menu is also versatile with a variety of drinks and food items on offer. Well managed store and great brand. Definitely recommend.

Very bad experience. Ill- mannered staff, Don't know how to behave to customers. Such arrogant staff. My family was also there still they misbehaved refused to put an extra chair. Never expected from Coffee Day.

This is the story of the "worst appetizing garlic bread ever".... have a good look at it... first they serve me just the garlic bread when we orderd cheese one. And when we go to as them why there is no cheese on top rather than having a good approach they argue saying we didn't ask for it... anf when they give us the cheese they literally cut a slice cheese into quarters and just stick it on the garlic bread.... we orderd panner tikka sandwich as well which only had tomatoes and cheese.... and to top all of this they gave us warm coffee.. ... warm.. like is it 3ven a coffee place.. giving 2 star just for te ambience. I feel the staff needs much professional trainers... hoping to have a good experience next time...

Music far too loud, can hardly hear yourself think. Coffee was very bitter and unpleasant but nicely presented. Staff were nice and friendly. Seats were comfortable. Price was reasonable, but the coffee is such that we'd never go back.

Nice place to enjoy varieties of coffee, pleasant ambience, and good sitting area. Service was a bit slow. My drink had lots of ice in it.nearly 70 % ice. Hardly any liquid. Four sips and the drink was finished and the 70% ice was left behind. Good money making trick by coffee day but bad for the customer, not value for money.

I like the coffee day at Nexus Fiza mall. The service is quick. The cakes are moist and lovely. And most mornings are calm and peaceful (as opposed to a general mall feel). We tried the Devil's own frappe today. It is CCD's richest chocolate-flavored cold coffee. It is also prepared with thick & creamy chilled milk, powdered coffee, sugar, chocolate sauce, grated chocolate, whipped cream(the main ingredient of this recipe) by applying the same blending method. For me it was the classic Cafe Latte. Made just the way i like my coffee to be. And ofcourse one slice of red velvet divineness which you really should not resist.

They made me an excellent cupola Velvet coffee… must must try here. The brand started a coffee revolution and then was let down by our own people for other roasters to come in. Nevertheless they always remain a good coffee house to me.

Ordered for devil's own which is supposed to have whipped cream at the top instead when the staff served, there was no whipped cream when I asked for it she just replied saying we put but it melted! How can whipped cream melt on cold coffee that's such a silly reply from the staff !!

Looks like the management has changed here.. and it's no longer the cafe coffee day that we knew.. pathetic.. very slow service.. just 2 serve 2 cappuccinos they took around 35 mins...

Very sad , they don’t what is what cafe mocha is served coffee with chocolate sauce decoration and it’s same caffè latte you are paying more for mocha name . They don’t know anything about coffee now . Coffee day is not for coffee lovers now . They don’t train for preparing coffee. Better to avoid

Horrible Place to Eat. I ordered a Hot Chocolate. The Person who took my order told me he would bring it to my table. 30 minutes passed and my order is still not there. One small cup of hot chocolate. When I went up to him to ask him what's happened to my order, he said it's ready and asked me to wait for 2 minutes. That is when I noticed that he had not prepared it at all, and had forgotten about my order. And the place had like 5 people sitting. It's not even like he was busy, he was just on his phone chatting with someone, and going in and out of the storeroom. I am at the store as I am writing this review.

Hey folks , went up there along with my friend. Drank a coffee and ordered the blackforest cake. She didn't eat, that made me angry . Cause I don't waste food at all. Finally moved on to Lifestyle stores. Ambience is good . Still want some more vibes there. What's with those co workers, don't understand at all. They aren't happy or excited or sad. Just place the coffee and move on. They want some good motivations daily. I hope so.

Pretty sure that the current management serves different coffees everyday. Few of the ingredients aren’t available, served at different mixtures. Even the card payments aren’t working fine. Really sad to see this going worse.

Not very clean and we had to ask the cleaning lady multiple times to clean the place. Cafe Mocha(coffee) was average but Tea was good which ironically doesn't go well with the brand though.

Probably the only place in mangalore where you can work or have a meeting. Although they put the music too loud and it’s not even calming music.... As for the Food and drink - it’s not great. It's a lot of sugary coffee based drink options and the tea/non caffeine ones are just below average for the price. Food is Not great doesnt feel exciting or fresh.

The orders took ages to come, the hot coffee and cappuccino were not hot, it was warm. We drank in one gulp without sipping it slowly as it was not hot, really made me miss the piping hot coffee in cafe day on Bangalore. Plus there seemed shortage of staff with only one staff member.

Ordered a chai latte. The barista took 15 mins to figure out the recipe and give me my drink. Served me masala tea eventually.

Standard CCD inside forum, good seating and friendly service. You could also work from here if you are planning to, good number of charging ports.

Music is way too loud. The staff reduced the volume on being asked to only for 5 minutes or so, after which the music was back in full blast. Most people visit cafés to have some nice conversations over coffee or to work; the non-responsive staff and loud music doesn’t help with either.

Such worst service. I told them to keep music in low voice as there was no other customer, i was old only customer here. They didn't listen to me and gave bad looks. I had one meeting , i wanted just 5 minutes of low volume. My advice to this branch of ccd , please act good with your customers. Behave good if customer is requesting you something.
