Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Shikha's culinary skills are outstanding and worth appreciation. Sourav's obliging manner and attitude are worth mentioning. He made arrangements for our safaris and sightseeing. They took the trouble of making boiled chicken and rice for our furbaby for which we are extremely grateful. They also took care to serve us food customised to our tase and requirements. True to its name, the rooms offered a great view of the Terai foothills. The toilet had some leaky bathroom fittings which could do with improvement. An area of disappointment was the almost non-existent cleaning and housekeeping services. We however managed with a little cleaning by ourselves. Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to return for a re-visit.

Bonpahari can be your second home when you are travelling to Lataguri. I will highly recommend Saurabh, he is very helpful, a person who truly knows what hospitality is. He has organized my parent's marriage anniversary with decoration, cake, bon fire, music in a very short notice and just in one request though he was off. We stayed here for one night 2 days. It was a wonderful experience. Everywhere is green, the scenic beauty is splendid. The calmness and peace prevail there. The rooms, food quality and above all service are really good. The behaviour of Sourav is very commendable, always very helpful.We will always prefer to stay there.

Everyone was very friendly. If you need anything, they are there for you. Food was too good and homelike. The view from the window was blessings for the eyes as it was green everywhere and very close to Murti river. Rooms were neat and clean. Fully satisfied and will be there again soon!... 100 percent recommended!

I stayed for four days in BonPahadi Resort with my husband and we have a different feelings here. Resort was very clean , well maintained, good service, courteous staff members and the most important Mr Sourav who is the honour of resort he is so humble , always have a smile on face and take care of guests need . I will visit again and keep my stay long for enjoying resort mouth watering food and the place which itself connect you by nature😊

It was an amazing place to stay and the food the service the hospitality was just awesome...Saurav owner of the resort was really very kind and helpful. He treated us not like guests but like our family...been to many places but never experienced the kind of hospitality and warmth...the resort was very near to Moorti river and very beautiful resort all neat and clean...Saurav picked us from Chalsa at 11 pm and prepared food of our choice in late night also. Every night there was a bonfire and all the staffs and Saurav was there for us till our dinner and bonfire. Stayed for 4 days and left with a memory of lifetime...I will definitely go there again and again.

My stay at Bonpahari resort was for a night with my family. Saurav was the person managing everything at this place. He is such a humble and guest friendly person. My family had great hospitality at his place. The food was awesome and it's kid friendly. The campus is super clean and green. We are definitely visiting Bonpahari whenever through this route. 5 stars for the experience.
