Wow! doesn’t have a Michelin star - but one of the best meals I ever had, I had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Wine pairing was interactive and very interesting. I had all sorts of different alcoholic beverages and they all went great with the food. Probably the best pairing I ever had.

Dined at Borgia this evening. We had the psych menu, which is a menu the chef creates based on your personal tastes...The food was phenomenal, the wine selection was great and the waiters had a good knowledge of the wines and pairings, the service was second to none as well. The staff are very attentive and welcoming which really made it feel like a special experience. The design and art of the restaurant itself is beautiful as well. Can't recommend this place enough, whether it's for a date, looking to impress someone/business client's or just wanting to explore culinary delights paired uniquely to your tastes, then this is the place for you. Finally, the value to me is amazing. I am not familiar with dining prices in Milan, but I do know my bill this evening had it been back home in London would have cost me 4x as much, minimum. I will be visiting again that's for sure.

If you are reading this - just GO! Do not hesitate for one second! Put yourself into the hands of the chef by choosing the Psyche menu. Allow the sommelier to choose your wines. Learn from Francesco, Cristian and their expert team as they precisely describe each dish and wine pairing (including provenance of wine in amazingly rich detail). Be transported. (To get in the mood, read the online description of the Psyche menu!) I could write a lot about the individual plates… like, really… a lot. But it is better to go in to the Psyche tasting menu blind. Give yourself up to the chef and Borgia staff. Cristian the sommelier happened to capture my experience perfectly with two verbs that he used in a few different ways. The wine “plays” and the flavors of each dish “explode”. PLAYFUL yet precise. EXPLOSIVE yet refined. Also: Classical and Experimental at the same time?!? And Borgia doesn’t yet have a … …? (OK, I won’t say it I won’t say it I won’t say it… I don’t want to jinx it). Just go now while you can get in!

We did 10 dishes menu, sincerely most of them don't have the enough level for the price, the best was the desserts, the worst was the beans, fungi and the artichoke had hard leaves. I wouldn't repeat despite the service is amazing, the chef seems a great person, but they need to improve this🫶

Everything was excellent. Francesco and the staff were really helpful and kind. Every plate and sub plates were superb. Will definitely visit again.

The menu was very interesting, however the pairing was not worthy of the menu. The environment was nice but the "warmth" was missing (not the heat ofc, we'd just say the place was kind of empty). I would have given 3 stars but +1 star was earned by the behavior of the staff.

Absolutely top experience. Recommended to order the "Psyche" tasting, since it allows to experience a great variety of tastes. Mandatory is the drink pairing, never had such particular and well chosen combination (more than "just" wine). Probably one of the restaurants to try in Milan. I'll come back for sure

The lemongrass and wine risotto is worth the price!! Is amazing!!! The staff was really polity and eager to help when I asked what they will recommend. Definitely I will come back!

Tastings are very good

Great restaurant! We went on Valentines day and had a lovely menu. I highly recommend ordering the Green Tea cocktail (if they serve it) it was amazing! Good service and a great vibe. Fancy enough but not too much. I recommend!

A lovely diner at the Borgia - Milano Restaurant tonight ! The place is very modern, calm and beautiful, the personel is well prepared and very kind and the food is delicious… we loved the fact that we don’t know what’s in the menu « psyche », each plate is a surprise but they asks you some questions to know if there is some food you don’t like and they adapt the menu regarding your taste ! I can only recommend this place and the experience.
