The cold brew Pistachio coffee is very nice. Its now my go to choice.

Got there early and only a few people were in there, got service immediately. Barista was very friendly. The coffee was really excellent, as always. It was rather pleasant to sit outside, still cool, not many people walking by.

Small place and very busy guys here do his best and service is fast I was here several times and is always busy so take your time

Came here for coffee, extremely cold out inside closed for ‘Black Friday’ tables outside filthy. Extremely disappointed with having a relaxing cup of coffee. This place is looking more for ease for the employees than customer care and satisfaction.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Starbucks location. They have plenty of staff, but no organization or prioritization of orders. After 30 min of waiting for my mobile order standing next to many others in the same position, they told me the only resolution was to “call the app.” No apologies, no personal responsibility. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Great place to stop and get a second jolt of energy, after showing properties all morning for sale in Estero.

Omg! Long time I didn't feel treated so nicely, I was shocked! I wish everybody had the same energy that all these guys had, specially Zach. Thanks <3 my drinks and desserts also on point :)

I used to work at the store adjacent to this Starbucks and I had a really weird experience with one of the cashiers. So, the experience itself was that a woman was offering to pay for my drink in line. She mentioned this to the cashier in hopes of performing this random act of kindness. I was shocked to hear when the cashier said “we don’t do that here” and his reasoning for saying that was completely inaccurate. I ended calling the company and asking if that was even a policy to which they responded back saying “we don’t have a policy”. This clearly serves my point that every worker needs to be properly trained in any customer service role since the end result is servicing the customer. But luckily I had some money on the app. I didn’t get the chance to get his name but he was not willing to be considerate of the said woman’s generosity.

Zach/Zack is amazing!! So patient and kind. He made the experience so amazing will definitely come back. Too bad they don’t take tips personally!!

Terrible place for orders coffe, I Don't recomend this place, poor costumer service, cashier with attitude, because I was tired of waiting 20 minutes waiting for order. The person in charge of made the coffee and drinks instead of called by names just throw out the orders over the counters and every body touch your drinks and finally I got intoxicated with Frappuccino!

The young woman taking our order was absolutely rude. More like a robot than human, she actually charged us for classic syrup in a latte. Too woke for me Ty. Her attitude against us felt discriminating.

Lots of people waiting, especially when I personally had 3 drinks that all came out at different times; one was almost given to the wrong person. Too mamy people had to keep asking where their drinks were, and not enough getting called out - indicating there needed to be a shift from orders to completions. Badly organized the day I went. I've worked for Starbucks as a Barista and Assistant manager, I know how busy it can get. But even when I had a crew of 2 (one register, and me) still busy busting out drinks, no matter how complicated. I feel like the floor manager needs to step up, sorry but it shouldn't get that disorganized. Especially when it's busy!

Gave a lower star rating not because of Starbucks. It was actually the morning rush shoppers that create the so not pleasant atmosphere. It seems like they were loud and were on top of each other, but let's be honest here, I'd say everyone in that store probably was trying to wake up. I recommend using the app to order, save you a lot of standing up, that's of you're a Saturday morning outlet mall shopper.

I order ice latte with whip cream and dragon drink. But I got ice latte with out whip cream and I ask her to add whip cream and this is what she give!!!!

Zach is such an amazing employee! He was so kind and upbeat. I was having a bad day and he made it better! Thank you for the great service and kind smile.
