Second visit to Ageless Fitness. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different modalities. The HaloTherapy is a great service to help with any lung or breathing issues. Highly recommend!

Ageless Fitness is amazing! Offering Theraputic modalities such as Halo, Cryo Compression and Infrared Sauna has noticeably improved my arthritis issues and lately a sprained knee. My husband has shown significant improvement regarding sinus issues. We enjoy using the infrared sauna together allowing for a time to pause and reflect - together. The team is caring, compassionate and efficient. Each appear to bring their own unique quality to making sure that your individual concerns and needs are addressed. Alyssa and her team, Luke, Mary, Devon and Elizabeth and lately Omar will all make sure that your experience is unforgettable and ageless! My husband and I are delighted with Ageless Fitness and encourage you to give yourself a treat on your journey into the next years of life!

I can't say enough good things about Ageless Fitness. They are friendly to chemically sensitive people, don't spray fragrance, their detergent is scent free and they understand alternative healing. They provide water, gym shorts, sports bras and slippers and lockers at no extra cost. The staff is friendly and educated. All their booths are new, clean and they allow you to try before you buy. I love this place, it is a hidden gem. From salt therapy (halo therapy), infrared sauna, compression, fitness and cryo, they are always seeking new alternatives to keep us healthy naturally. Lots of parking. Give them a try!

It was my first time and I would highly recommend it. Tha facility is extremely clean and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable of all the treatments I received. My favorite was the red light room. It relaxed me so much. I highly recommend it. It was an anniversary gift and it was the best anniversary ever.

Good first experience. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Did the red light therapy on the water massage table with the halotherapy (salt), and the compression therapy. We will see if there are any lasting benefits but I feel as good after the water massage table as I used to feel after a deep tissue massage when I was still playing golf. Interesting session with the compression gear. I think it will be beneficial. Reminded me of my days as a Navy attack jet pilot wearing a G-Suit that compressed the lower extremities when pulling G's to prevent blood from pooling there instead of staying in your head. I.e. blackout. Different all together, but I think the repetitive compress/release over 30 minutes will be good for circulation and muscle tone.

I started sessions at vitality fitness after a car accident which broke my pelvis and cracked 4 vertebrae. Needless to say i needed professional guidance as to exercising and improving a now challenged balance issue. Luke has carefully guided me 2 times a week in this ongoing effort. I have not felt pressured by any staff to do more or spend more … they kept with my pace and comfort level while always being kind, fun and enthusiastic. The place is clean and comfortable and not in anyway like a “gym”. Lessons are private. Love the red light and Halotherapy booths so very much! I would and do recommend this place!!!

Very clean environment and the people were so nice! Fun experience! My favorite is the eucalyptus salt booth, the hydro massage, and the cryotherapy. This place will definitely leave you feeling great!

I met the owners and found out how caring and devoted they are toward senior's fitness. The equipment is clean and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. I loved meeting the friendly staff and learning about all the advanced treatments they have. I would recommend everyone check it out. Cryotherapy can change your life!

Very pleasant introductory visit. State of the art infrared/oxygen booths, compression facilities. I felt welcome and very comfortable. Reasonable packages of services are also a big plus.

This place is amazing!! The staff tried to answer my questions to the best of their ability and gave me a tour my first time in. I came for Halo therapy and this place has 3 different options for halo that also include red light therapy. I did the one with the bike and I’ll be back to try the hydro massage, infrared sauna, and cryotherapy. It’s nice that they’re open late during the week as well.

I love it here! They gave us a trial of compression therapy and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It helps my crampy pregnancy legs!

I am a man in my 60’s and just completed a 20 session training program at Ageless Fitness. I am also a regular user of several of their modalities. My experience with Ageless Fitness has been great. The facilities are clean and inviting. The staff members are quite personable and knowledgeable. This was my first time working with a trainer and I was apprehensive. However, he helped me set and achieve reasonable goals and overall, he exceeded my expectations. He was great at evaluating where I was from session to session and he modified the day’s training based on his observations. I highly recommend Ageless Fitness and my trainer, Luke. Steve
