    Received a bill with “past due” on it and not very nice words. After I called they said we had received 4 previous statements, which we never did.

    Disorganized, poorly chosen management that is lacking in management qualifications ,very into favoritism, horrible benefits, no training, and expect your personal items to be stolen. Don’t expect a raise because they don’t give them and the pay is below average for the jobs offered

    Phone staff is horrible I called twice a Heather answered the first time and a Kelly answered the second time I was calling from a doctors office about a mutual patient and they rudely hung up on me without even letting me get a word out .

    I continue to get a bill from this company, each time I call them to let them know it has been paid, the bills keep coming. I'm getting extremely tired of this. I'm wondering if this is a collection agency?
