I am new to the practice and was very impressed. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Lexi was my hygienist and she is very good. I have sensitive teeth so she put a numbing gel on them before she did the cleaning. I got through an entire clean and check without my teeth hurting for a change. I had to have two crowns and some bonding on two teeth, Vivian and Dr. Sarah took care of that. Very considerate and careful. 🩷 I had to be sedated, so Tiffany drove me home since I only live five minutes away. I thought that was very nice. Above and beyond.

Pleasant group of personnel. Got me in to see a doctor in a timely fashion same day I called. Offer a discount for first time patients. Worthy of considering if you don't have a local dentist.

I live in the USVI but I've established care here at the recommendation of a friend. They've been amazing from day 1- very accommodating with appointment dates & times & I've never had to wait. ( I do suggest making appointments as far ahead of time as possible... they get busy since they do such a great job !) I love that it's fee for service so you pay up front- but they go over everything they're gonna do and how much it will be - and have extremely reasonable prices... THEN my insurance usually reimburses me very close to the full amount. So theres NO hidden charges or wracking up the bill with unnecessary exrays or only getting half your teeth cleaned (as a dental chain in town tried to do to me before I found pelican). I just had my 6 month cleaning and then a filling done with Dr. Sara....she was so thorough and friendly. I didn't feel or taste a thing and the tooth feels so smooth and I can barely tell I had anything done. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Sara is the best. Pelican Landing Dental is not in network for my insurance. However, the service, professionalism, and all around kindness of everyone is exceptional. The insurance company tells me to find a dentist in network. I don’t because my wife and I are very happy with Pelican Landing Dental. They have responded immediately to several dental emergencies for my wife. I’m not leaving! B&T Cooper

I broke a tooth at 4:30 pm and while looking for a dentist saw that Pelican Landing Dental had emergency appointments. I was not a patient at that time. I called and they were able to get me in the very next day at 12:00. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. The next morning I arrived a bit early and they took me right in. Dr Sarah was my dentist and she could not have been more pleasant or skilled! I required 2 caps and they did them right then. I was treated with like I had been a long time patient, which I intend to become. They are an exceptional place with wonderful people.

I am in my eighth decade of life and have faithfully kept a schedule of seeing dentists and hygienists all my life. I became a new patient of this office earlier this year. I didn’t know what I have been missing in regard to professionals’ behaviors and my personal results. Everyone I have seen is friendly, smiling and professional. Just today I had two fillings completed (the third and last scheduled appointment for fillings) and my dentist and nurse worked together so well that it looked like a beautifully coordinated dance! I heard many respectful words, which seemed like the music to accompany the dance!

First visit. Incredible team. Dr. Lacy Gilbert is a very caring and dedicated person. I chipped my tooth, I was very nervous. I was treated with like I had been a long time patient, which I intend to become. They are an exceptional place with wonderful people. Dr. Lacy Gilbert and his team are awesome! They're very gentle with great manners. Perfect for anyone who has a fear of dentists like I do. Dr. Lacy Gilbert is so pleasant and she did such a terrific repair in my tooth! Pelican Landing Dental of Bonita Springs is the BEST! I did not have a dentist in Florida and had an emergency. I was able to get an appointment the next day. From start to finish it was exceptional! Their follow up calls after your appointment makes you feel like family. They get five stars in my book!!!!!

I was so pleased with my experience at Pelican Landing Dental! The hygienist’s work was the most thorough cleaning I have ever experienced. The dentist was also very adept and fixed a crown for me that had come loose without any hesitation. Everyone was extremely nice, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Dental!

The staff were very friendly and kind! Dr. Rich did an extremely thorough examination and based his diagnosis off of more than just x-rays. X-rays were sent from another clinic and two were poor quality so he had the staff retake them with no extra charge. He slowly walked me through the “why” behind each of his findings and recommendations, pointing out various things on the pictures/ x-rays to help me understand. I was coming from a different dentist and he showed me exactly what they were noticing and why he believed treatment was or was not necessary in those areas. Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist!!
