I went to 3 big name jewelry stores to get our wedding bands repaired. Finally one of the big stores sent me to Fast Fix. I was greeted by Esau a soft spoken gentleman whom I learned is a real Jeweler. Who can do almost anything with precious metals and watches. When I picked up our rings with the repairs done and polished. They looked better than the day she said "I Do" If you have a sentimental piece that needs a little or a lot of work bring it to Esau !

Nice experience at FAST-FIX. Repair took a long time due to parts for older Rolex. I wasn't sure that it could be fixed at all. Needless to say. I was so happy when he called and said it was ready.

Fast and perfect! I brought in a marcasite bracelet that belonged to my aunt, it must be 100 years old by now, and the clasp catches, but does not hold. Within one hour they repaired it absolutely perfectly, and at a terrific price. I will be returning with all my other jewelry problems!

After going to jewelry places at the flea market searching for bargains, I realized I should just get it done right. Fast-Fix was direct and have had no issues with the work that he does. You can tell that he knows what he is doing. Prices are a bit higher, but you definitely get what you pay for (then again, one guy at the flea market was charging me $30 for 5 minutes of work). Overall, I don't even waste my time going to other places.

My watch stopped working found out there was water damage due to a bad seal this was fixed and it was pressure tested for water resistance before I picked it up. Very kind and courteous service very knowledgeable owner I highly recommend them for your watch repair work
