We went there with a group of people, all ordering an alcoholic drink. One of us was the designated driver for the evening and wanted a water, which was denied, saying a non-alcoholic cocktail (for double the price) had to be ordered. Fine. Drinks arrived, all was fine.. Until we had a closer look at our glasses. Let's just say we can estimate how much chapstick the former customer was wearing when drinking from the glass. We didn't make a big deal of it, since the drink came with a straw (metal, good on you!) but it certainly dampened our mood even more, which soon led us to go a lovely other establishment, where we could order water to our hearts content without having to fear we'd contract herpes when drinking from a glass. After this experience we came to the conclusion that this establishment is highly pretentious. Even though the drinks were good, they were really pricey, especially since they apparently can't even provide clean glasses and costumers are pushed to order things they don't really want. One star for overall ambience and the metal straws.

Interesting concept but not my style. Most drinks are small and most that I tasted lacked that special something that I expect from a pricey cocktail. The location is decent and pleasant.

Very nice Bar of the good old days. Amazing Staff with a choice of well balanced drinks (classic & New). Swing and Jazzy atmosphere and a place to relax and celebrate amazing drinks.

Even though Bonn has such a few bars, the ones it has are great! The waiting room is an amazing new addition to them. The cocktails are quite special and the service is very friendly and greatly helpful and the atmosphere transports you to another era giving you the feeling that you are in a speakeasy. A must go to bar if you are in Bonn.

Great Bar in the style of the 20’ - very gentlemen club-like. Decent atmosphere with great service. The cocktails are extraordinary good.

I would say the waiting room delivers on ambience, wide range of interesting and freshly prepared drinks and attentive, friendly waiters. If you looking for a bar with great decor worked to smallest design it’s your place. Drinks are bit more pricy but considering the ingredients it’s a fair price.

A really nice place in the center of Bonn with a great 20's atmosphere. Great to share a drink and a talk with some friends. Please do get a reservation before going as there are not that many tables at the place. Great drinks, the bartender will make your request. All in all a great place to have a drink in Bonn.

Cocktails are good, atmosphere alright. 2 stars because they play a radio station for music, at least on the Friday I was there. It's disturbing to hear the radio host welcoming you to his program every so often.

Best ambiance, drinks and snacks for a nice afterwork, talk with friends or first date. Probably the most classy and different ambiance of bars in Bonn. You will always give a top impression when inviting people to the waiting room.

I just absolutely adore this place! From my point of view here are the best cocktails in Bonn. Everything is fresh, and you can find lot's of variety of drinks from classic ones to something new. But what makes it really great is its cozy and friendly atmosphere and lovely owners. I would recommend this bar for a one-cocktail evening or for meetings with friends. Lifehack for a hot summer night: they have an air conditioning system.❤️🌃

Nice little bar in a residential building, awesome design, welcoming and attentive staff, short beverage list but with excellent cocktails which are nice variations of classics as well as interesting creations from the barkeepers. I ordered a cocktail with a kind of unusual ingredient but got served one with the comment, that this ingredient is missing. This should be mentioned earlier, the drink was delicious though. All in all it's a clear recommendation with just a few inches to go for 5 stars.
