Badly
implemented
hygiene
concept!
I
understand
that
this
is
a
hassle,
but
it's
about
protecting
the
health
of
all
of
us!
Since
visits
to
the
rooms
are
not
allowed
due
to
COVID-19,
the
dining
room
has
been
converted
into
a
visitor
room.
It's
not
particularly
pleasant
and
very
loud,
and
conversations
are
hardly
possible.
There
are
probably
no
other
options,
you
have
to
accept.
What
struck
me
as
very
negative,
however,
are
the
following
three
points:
1.
The
reception
is
very
full
because
of
the
change
of
visitors
every
hour
on
the
hour.
What
is
missing
are
distance
markings
on
the
floor
and
ideally
a
one-way
street
control
for
entry
and
exit.
Hardly
any
visitors
keep
their
distance,
and
unfortunately
the
staff
is
not
a
good
role
model
either.
2.
During
the
time
I
was
there,
the
visitor
room
wasn't
even
aired!
Windows
were
neither
open
nor
ventilated
at
the
end
of
visiting
hours.
I
stood
in
front
of
this
room
twice
for
ten
minutes
and
was
inside
for
50
minutes.
During
this
time
you
could
and
should
have
forced
ventilation!
Or
just
leave
the
window
open.
3.
The
tables
are
disinfected
after
every
visit.
In
practice,
unfortunately,
it
looked
like
an
employee
wiped
several
double
tables
one
behind
the
other
with
a
damp
cloth.
I
would
have
expected
that
each
table
would
be
sprayed
with
disinfectant
and
wiped
off
after
the
appropriate
exposure
time.
No,
wiping
it
off
with
a
damp
cloth
seems
to
mean
disinfecting.
I
also
didn't
see
a
bucket
in
which
the
rag
was
washed
out.
I'm
sorry,
but
hygiene
should
be
different
in
a
clinic
!!
(Original)
Schlecht
umgesetztes
Hygienekonzept!
Ich
verstehe,
dass
so
etwas
aufwendig
ist,
aber
es
geht
um
den
Schutz
der
Gesundheit
von
uns
Allen!
Da
Besuche
auf
den
Zimmern
wegen
COVID-19
nicht
erlaubt
sind,
wurde
der
Speisesaal
zum
Besucherraum
umfunktioniert.
Das
ist
nicht
besonders
angenehm
und
sehr
laut,
Unterhaltungen
sind
kaum
möglich.
Andere
Möglichkeiten
gibt
es
wahrscheinlich
nicht,
muss
man
so
hinnehmen.
Was
mir
allerdings
sehr
negativ
aufgefallen
ist,
sind
folgende
drei
Punkte:
1.
Am
Empfang
ist
es
wegen
des
Wechsels
der
Besucher
zu
jeder
vollen
Stunde
sehr
voll.
Was
fehlt
sind
Abstandsmarkierungen
auf
dem
Boden
und
idealerweise
eine
Einbahnstraßenregelung
für
Ein-
und
Ausgang.
Kaum
Besucher
halten
den
Abstand
ein,
auch
das
Personal
ist
hier
leider
kein
gutes
Vorbild.
2.
In
der
Zeit
in
der
ich
dort
war
wurde
der
Besucherraum
nicht
einmal
gelüftet!
Weder
waren
Fenster
geöffnet
noch
wurde
zum
Ende
der
Besuchszeit
stoßgelüftet.
Ich
stand
2x
zehn
Minuten
vor
diesem
Raum
und
war
50
Minuten
drinnen.
In
dieser
Zeit
hätte
man
stoßlüften
können
und
müssen!
Oder
einfach
Fenster
offen
lassen.
3.
Nach
jedem
Besuch
werden
die
Tische
desinfiziert
heißt
es.
In
der
Praxis
sah
das
leider
so
aus,
dass
eine
Mitarbeiterin
mit
einem
Lappen
mehrere
Doppeltische
hintereinander
feucht
abwischte.
Ich
hätte
erwartet,
dass
jeder
Tisch
mit
Desinfektionsmittel
eingesprüht
und
nach
entsprechender
Einwirkzeit
abwischt
würde.
Nein,
einmal
feucht
abwischen
scheint
hier
desinfizieren
zu
bedeuten.
Ich
habe
auch
keinen
Eimer
gesehen,
in
dem
der
Lappen
ausgewaschen
wurde.
Tut
mir
leid,
aber
in
einer
Klinik
sollte
Hygiene
anders
aussehen!!
