Stayed two nights here this week as part of a big business group. Room is big, quiet, and clean. Nice comfortable bed and a bit of river view from my window. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to Beethoven Haus, Minster of St Martin’s, Old Town Hall, restaurants and shipping. Enjoyed breakfast with river view and walking along the Rhine river afterwards. We used the bar one night as a complimentary and enjoyed our pre-meal drinks. Little advice on housekeeping below.

Nice place but service not at the expected level. They were not able to make the key card working and had to queue 3 times to get it work

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff! Great service! Their included breakfast is amazing! It’s more like brunch, they have so many options and everything is delicious! And great location, walking distance to restaurants, walkway along Rhine river and sightseeing. I edited this review because I needed to include how amazing the hotel staff is! Especially I want to mention Leon, Jana and Nathalie. While everyone was very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and great overall. They remembered us, helped us in everything we needed and and even took time to say goodbye when they knew we were leaving in couple of days and they weren’t going to be there that day. Thank you for everything!!

Fantastic breakfast. Nice view on the river from the breakfast room. Cozy room, no noise inside when windows closed despite the location

This hotel is terrible. The worst Hilton I have stayed at in my life. Extremely run down and old. No maintenance or upkeeping done here. I desperate need of a makeover. Dirty and stained carpets, walls full of scuff marks, furniture peeling and falling apart, musty odor, leak stains, dirty bathroom. Very disappointed. Only stayed 1 night out of 2 and was denied refund by Managers, Leon Hammond and Claudio Fontana. Reasons like this are why more and more I am staying at Marriott Hotels. unfortunately Hilton no longer cares about higher standards or customer experience.

Normally I don’t take the time to do reviews and definitely not even before our stay is done but we have had such an amazing stay I could not wait. We have been here 10 days already and still have 5 more but the hotel and staff have been sooo amazing I had to post this review. The staff is always helpful and super friendly. The food is outstanding. The location is perfect and amenities are outstanding. The only regret I have is not including the breakfast in my stay. We did not do it because we wanted to check out local places too but I wish I would have included breakfast in our stay because it is amazing. Only thing I wish the hotel offered was microwaves in the room for longer stays but that is minimal. Highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, I will gladly stay here again! The pool is very nice, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good (the pancake maker is fun!).

Nice hotel with well planned and equipped rooms by the Rhein. Nice staff. Great breakfast! My daughter loved the pool and the opening hours are generous.

Nice (big) hotel next to the river and very close to city centre. Clean rooms. Stayed 3 days. Lunch and breakfast could contain more variation between days.

I've stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip. The hotel is very well connected with the bus and tram service and it's close to the Rhine. The location if fantastic for a stroll/run along the river but also to reach che city centre and exploring the city. The room was large and clean and I appreciate the possibility to skip the linens change for a day or the entire duration of the stay so to reduce the environmental impact. The checkin is also quite late in the morning, and the reception allows you to leave the bag in the hotel for a later collection. I didn't give 5 stars only because I believe the breakfast, not included, is to expensive at a cost of 27euro per person per day. But I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bonn for work.

Is a big hotel in a really good location, with close parking. The staff is incredible kind and helpful. The breakfast is quite good. In case I had a bad experience with the room cleaning and uncomfortable bed. The sauna and pool was in good conditions and all the corona measures were in place.

The staff is the best here, very professional, all of them. The hotel is old but still: room was clean, great breakfast, warm pool, nice fitness area. Just pity the deposit has to be returned cash, not good.

First of all the team at the Front desk was very friendly and very courteous. The hotel location is near the city center, reachable by foot. Unfortunately we had a streetside room so we could hear the S-Bahn quite well. The hotel is old fashioned. We brought our little dog and like other big hotels they are not allowed at the breakfast table. At least the hotel could provide several pet friendly tables. So we had breakfast nearby. The outdoor area of the building was not well kept as it should be for a Hilton hotel. In general the hotel was ok but way too expensive.

The positives are that the Hotel is centrally located and there is some air conditioning. However, the house keeping is hit and miss. Food and Beverages offers poor value for money when quality is considered and the service is mostly mediocre at best. For example, I ordered some food and drinks from the Bar Menu and the server advised me that I need to go to the restaurant downstairs to get my food. My question as to why items ordered from the bar menu could not be served in the bar, was left unanswered. Still, there are many conventions in Bonn this month and all Hotels fill up nicely and the rates go up accordingly. If you choose to book this Hotel, i suggest you bring your wallet and manage your expectations. Bon Voyage!

We (a family of 3) had a great time. We booked the suite (Id reccommend it for families it's not that expensive and has great value. I love upgrades but we did not need one here), with a nice balcony an a great view of the River Rhine. The beds are huge and new. The staff was super friendly and their English was outstanding, which was great since my German was rusty to say the least. The location is great for shopping and the hotel has its own parking. The pool is not vey big but cozy and clean. The breakfast buffet is awesome and complimentory if you are a diamond member (maybe also for gold members). There are lots of great restaurants minutes away, but if you are planning to stay in the hotel we would reccomend the Hilton restaurant over the roomservice. We loved our stay and will certainly visit again again soon. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel is located north of city center near the river Rhin. It's at walking distance from the train station (20 min or so). There are 4x68 rooms, a restaurant named The Grill and a bar. There's also a good pool, a sauna (NB: naked zone in mixity) and a fitness room. The hotel also provides a parking The rooms are of good size and on the oldish side regarding the style. In the room you get a fridge (noisy one 😞), a tea/coffee plate, a flat TV, AC (from 1980 😳) and warming system. In the bathroom you get a shower/bath and toilets. The bedding is really good even if the tissue around the bed was kind of gross. The shower was a big disappointment, the water goes from hot as hell to cold, it's hard to maintain a good temperature. The provided amenities are from a good brand, but it's sad to see all the little bottles of plastic in 2022, the hotel should go with dispensers. The room could also use a serious floor vacuuming. What could be better: - fix stuff, there's plenty of small issues not that hard to fix (example: in the male changing room at the pool, there is a broken soap dispenser) - revise amenities to be more sustainable - fix the AC, it doesn't work at it is, you get a room at 24°C with AC at 5°C - don't be that cheap: no complimentary water, no sleepers, no bathrobes, no WiFi (officially) Conclusion, I think there are better options for a stay in Bonn. Tips for other: you need a 2€ coin in the pool changing room, you can get free WiFi by using the "public" network

Advertised as a new hotel, this is just a former old hotel with another name. The breakfast atmosphere felt like attending a funeral. But even funerals have more atmosphere. Dark parts, no music, no egg station. Medior breakfast in a terrible setting. Also the rooms outdated

Classic and simple Business Room. When we entered somebody recently smoked in it, which was sadly noticable due to the strong smell. After leaving the windows open for a few hours the smell was luckily gone. The Dinner(we booked the buffet) and the breakfast (only buffet ofc) was very good. Many great, fresh, yummy and good looking dishes were served. The employees and their service were all super friendly and good. The Location is super close to the Rhein, you could eat breakfast outside and watch the ships passing on the Rhein. Really calming.

We had a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room that gave us a nice view of the river. The indoor pool was pretty shallow but I could honestly just take a nap there with how warm the temperature is in the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had a juice bar, cheese, many different bread options, and more. On Saturday they had champaign out to serve yourself. The staff were very polite and quick to clean the tables. The train station is a short walk away giving you a chance to see the nice town center and huge harribo shop. I've stayed at plenty of hotels and this one is definitely at the top- we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great Hilton hotel. We got upgraded to a lovely big and well maintained room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a lovely pool, saunas and fitness area. During breakfast we got offered a small selection of freshly prepared dishes. Unfortunately it took a while before the dishes got served out but the quality of the dishes was worth the waiting.

Very nice hotel, but a bit older. Staff is very kind. Rooms are clean. But you can sense that it's not the newest hotel. If you are ok with that, I totally recommend to stay in this hotel.

Great hotel for easy walking access to downtown Bonn and gorgeous views of the Rhine. The pool and saunas were a treat after a long day of viewing the sites. The breakfast is excellent, a bit pricey but worth it. Loved the down duvets - the room was clean and the staff very welcoming. Sad it will not be a Hilton come 2023.

hotel is located slight distance from the city centre, just by the rhine river where you can have a nice walk with good sceneries. the room is spacious enough and the hotel serves good breakfast. gym is fully equipped and there is an indoor pool with sauna facilities. not sure if the hotel was understaffed, the daily housekeeping gave plenty of rooms for improvement

Excellent accommodation and well located with easy access to the city centre. Friendly staff. Nice, small pool. Restaurant can improve dinner experience by increasing variety offered.

Great location with excellent amenities. The room furnishings and decor are dated (old carpet, mattress and pillows seemed old) but there is an excellent gym, pool, saunas, restaurant and lounge. The breakfast is really good and worth including with your room. All of this in a great location on the Rhine and within a very short (2 mins) walking distance to Bonn city center. The Rhine offers nice walking paths with plenty of benches and sitting spots along the way, great views and the occasional café/kiosk. Bonn is a great city to visit and if you aren't too fussed about your room furnishings, the Hilton is worth considering.

Lovely hotel, great location next to the Rhine and the centre of Bonn. Saunas are lovely, both dry and infra red, traditional dress code applies to both. Breakfast is brilliant and has a very wide variety from western to traditional German. The pool is small and there is no jacuzzi. Tv does have channels in English for those who don't speak German.

Our stay in this hotel was superb! As we were welcomed by Jonas, the check in was smooth and fast. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is just few minutes walk from the city center and the tram. The rooms were cleaned. The breakfast buffet had many varieties to choose from, ask for Hassan when you are their he was amazing.

Overpriced. You most definitely do not get what you pay for. For only one single room it’s almost 200€ per night. Excluding parking, excluding breakfast. For such a price I expect more. Next time I’d definitely go to motel one which is a few minutes alway, cheaper and more luxurious.
