Nothing special. Good breakfast. The service seemed a little bit overwhelmed and annoyed once we showed up with few guests at once.

The kindest, most friendliest staff I have ever met. The small attention to detail, the clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. This hotel is a definite must. I forgot my pillow in the room and the manager Claudia was kind enough to post it to me. Enclosed was a sweet note and two packets of tea. It's the little things and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in Poppelsdorf, a short walk / bus ride from the centre of Bonn. Clean comfortable room, nice buffet breakfast, unfortunately the hotel restaurant and bar remain closed but there are plenty of local alternatives.

Stayed with my girlfriend, I have nothing but good words for the establishment. Specifically Nico (I think that’s how you spell it), from the reception was very welcoming and accommodating, as well as the friendly employee who served us breakfast:)

The rooms are very nice, clean and isolated from the noise of the street. Air conditioner. The beds were comfortable and every day they leave chocolate in the room. We have a coffee machine and everything to do a tea as well as water in the room. The breakfast was very nice with fresh orange juice (I love that) and variable each day. many different kinds of cheese, bread, fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, etc. They were nice receiving German way. Not too much but ok. The centre of Bonn is near 15-20 minutes walking as well as the train station. around there is a lot of bars and restaurants for every taste. The kitchen of all bars and restaurants closes at 22. After, only drinks. Nothing to complain about! I recommend!

Nice located hotel. Like 20 minutes walking from the station Bonn Hbf through beautifull Popendorf. When walking is too far: also to reach with bus. Good bakery is near by and a beautifull castle and botanic garden. Room was clean and didn't hear the sounds from the street and nearby highway. I was missing a Coffee and tea facility at the room.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at the President Hotel in Bonn. Its in a central location with a lively street full of restaurants and bars, though you dont hear this at all when trying to sleep due to the soundproof windows. Breakfast was nice. Parking spaces are quite tight though so if you have a big car then be aware of this, it fits but its quite narrow.

The biggest issue with the place is it's position over a 4 lane motorway. This means the views are spectacular and one cannot really open a window for all the noise. Mind you, the beds are nice the room is clean and the show pressure is fantastic. An all together great hotel once you are in and shut the window.

Good service, good English, breakfast is very nice too.

Hotel. Situated in super location.lots of little pubs coffee shops and restaurants. Hotel could do with a bit of a face-lift. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was expensive 20 euro per person . As a tourist you have to pay City taxes

No coffee machine or fridge in my room. No drawers or safe either. Internet did not work, and their AC also was not working properly at the time. I could hear loud drilling and construction taking place upstairs all day, so I did not have a very restful experience. If you don't care for extremely soft pillows (like me due to my back pains), the bed won't be that great either. However, their location is good.

The hotel says that there loft was just broken it wasn't it's been broken for about 5 months they've ruined my stay in this hotel the room was poorly furnished the beds were very uncomfortable the breakfast €20 Euros per person was abysmal the service at the reception was poor they don't Evan know what a cash machine is or where it was they don't want to help and want to charge you for everything car park €20 Euros a night the noise from outside at nighttime was defening wouldn't stay here if it was the last place on earth

Just all kinds of maintenance problems: elevator wasn’t working.. drains in the showers was completely malfunctioning so my bathroom (and room) started flooding in no time when I showered..

Bonn has a different interpretation of the stars. This is in note way shape or firm a 4 star hotel in any other city in the world. But for Bonn it's OK. Breakfast is the best thing about the hotel. And the area it is in. The rooms are 2 star at best. Looks like a student dormitory at best

Really nice hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable enough. The shower is really good, plenty of room and very good water pressure. The staff have all been really nice. Great location with loads of good restaurants close by. The restaurant at the hotel is pretty good too. And the breakfast offers every thing that I would say is usual and required You have the option to cancel the room cleaning and take a free drink instead. I like this idea. Downsides.. The underground parking is very tight (although there is some above ground parking too wich is much more spacious if there are spaces left). The room always seems too warm when i arrive and the aircon isn't really great (so it takes a night just to really cool the room) . No drinks making facility in the room. Overall a nice hotel.

Rooms in the hotel are super clean, no doubt about it! When I arrived everything was ready even though I arrived 2hrs earlier. Staff in the hotel are very professional and nice, will help you with everything. Plus they are cute :P Breakfast was amazing, as part of the deal. Anyone had chance to find something they like.Fruits,juices... they have it all! And fresh :) Main drawback is INTERNET connection, there is not any! Even tough I bought unlimited 7 days for 20 Euros, still signal was super weak :S Other than that... nothing :)) And its really close to stores and restaurants :) 10 mins away from center by walk

The staff (especially front desk!) was really nice and helpful as we had been catfished by another hotel. They quickly helped us out and made sure 2 rooms were available for me and my travel companions. The windows did a good job in noise isolation from the roads. The street the hotel is located on is pleasent, with a botanical garden not too far away, which we visited. The only downside was the sliding glass-door for the bathroom, which was awkwardly located infront of the toilet.

Broken Elevator, broken airco, broken TV remote control, dirty room, dirty breakfast. Totally terrible
