This is the second time we have stayed here. We have really enjoyed it. The staff are very attentive and rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast is great and you can't beat the location, right next to the train station. In spite of that, we found it very quiet. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfy. We arrived before the checkin time, the room was ready but we couldn’t get in bc we didn’t have the negative Covid test yet. We think this is a very positive thing because it shows that they try to make the stay safe for everyone. The staff was very nice and careful about the pandemic. Not so positive: the view is not great but not bad either. When you open the windows you can hear a lot of noise from the train station, but when you close them the noise is completely gone

Good hotel on a perfect spot behind the station. We did not hear any noise. Rooms are clean with everything you need. Not very special design but just good to sleep. We love the freecityticket you get free with your room, so you can travel for free in the area. Breakfast is good.

Friendly staff , quiet room, delicious breakfast, free transportation card which save me a lot! Join the membership to get more benefits (high speed Wi-Fi before or after you check in). They have kettle and refrigerator in the room.

Fantastic location for train users, not noisy and good rooms. They didn't have any tea for breakfast, but otherwise a great hotel.

The prime advantage to this Intercity Bonn hotel is its superb location. Located literally just steps away from the Bonn Hbf , the downtown bus station and its 10 minutes walking distance to the Bonn Altstadt. Rooms are a bit smaller but all services worked well. AC, WIFI, TV and shower were excellent. Front desk service was excellent with early evening check -in handled by a super friendly and efficient Thai lady. 👍👍👍. Final take-- Recommended for a clean hotel located centrally with great service.

The hotel is directly in the train station. This could be a blessing after a long train journey. But it is loud during the night. No surprise really. So fine for one or two nights but not longer.

Very central hotel in the middle of Bonn. The main train station is directly behind the hotel. With the rooms on the street side (business room) you hear nothing of the hustle and bustle at the station. Furthermore, you get a day ticket for the public transport in Bonn for the period of your stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Even though the hotel is not one of the new buildings in Bonn, the condition of the hotel and the interior is contemporary and makes a clean impression.

It‘s ok. nothing special. Ok for am overnight stay. Staff is nice though. Close to Bonn downtown. If you like hotels with spirit or history go for Königshof or hotel Kanzler.

This hotel is just wow. Only located few meters from the city center. Behind this hotel there is a main train station of Bonn. I enjoyed my stay here.

Just a 5 minuten walk to the city (through a tunnel m from the strainstation). Room and bed are clean. Recommend for a visit to f.e. the christmas market

WHAT THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW. In my recent stay at this hotel, I drove my car. Before I made reservation, I was told that there is a per day charge on parking and that they could not reserve parking until my arrival. However, when I did arrive, they informed me that if I were to move my vehicle from where it was parked, the hotel would not hold the spot and there is a possibility I would be left out in the cold. Now, why would they wait until this time to tell me that? The attitude is not logical, therefore it should be explained upfront; before the customer makes the decision to make the reservation. The consumer is left without recourse, since the terms of the reservation do not allow for a cancelation at this point and if they did, what is one to do, visit all the hotels in town looking for an alternative? Time is of the essence. So, I was forced to use taxis to move around town, which cost me more than the cost of the room. Does anyone think this place can be recommended? I know I’ll not be staying here again.

My initial impression of this stay: So glad to be back at this IntercityHotel again since my last German trip a few years back. Great location by the Bonn Hauptbahnhof train station. However, the receptionists weren’t very friendly. After several encounters, the lady didn’t smile even once at all. I also noticed that the guests in front of us were more friendly than the lady receptionist. It certainly made us not feel very welcome as on the last visit. Fortunately, the room has been updated nicely since my previous stay. The business style of the room is quite spacious, with a desk and a little coffee table and chairs. However, the chairs are pretty hard, which made the sitter be sitting straight and could not be relaxing. There’s a lovely well stocked little refrigerator. The bed sheet was crisp. But the pillows were way too soft. I loved the towels imprinted with the title of the hotel. A nice 👍 new touch. I always enjoyed the compliment Voucher for the public transportation, which complimented the hotel's higher price tags. Unlike most of the same-grade hotels we’ve been staying in during this four weeks European trip, the shower room is tightly sealed, which prevents water 💦 leaking. It took some finger muscle gripping to get the shower door to open, though. Unfortunately, the ac made lots of wind noise and couldn’t be adjusted to as cool as outside. I ended up having to open the window several times so that I could get the room to be cooler and breezier. But then, the street noise of people talking and cigarette-smoking smoke invaded. I’m a little disappointed for now. Sigh!

This is a terrific place to stay for rail travellers in particular. It is situated right next to a subway which takes you into the station. I was delighted with my room, which had an excellent firm mattress and a good bathroom. The air-con was effective. The evening meal was good and the breakfast excellent.

A rather large hotel just at the main station. Rooms are great and calm. Almost everything is in walking distance. Nevertheless, I really appreciated that ticket for public transport is included in the room rate. Top idea!

Perfect place when you’re visiting Bonn. Pretty much right next to the main train station where I would expect it’s hard to sleep due to the noise made from trains but that wasn’t the case at all. The windows are great noise cancellation and you can sleep like a baby. The location itself give you an option to use the Bahn and be anywhere around the city in a few minutes.

Decent room and comfortable bed. Check in and check out process went smoothly and without long waiting.

Good hotel near Bonn central station. Room with a view on the railroad track, but you hardly hear the trains at night because of good isolation. Room had everything we needed: two chairs, table and even two bedside tables with sockets near them to charge our phones. We were also pleased with the free public transport card we got at the hotel. Only bad thing: mattresses were a little too firm and the pillows were very thin.
