One Staff member at the Reception was so unfriendly smelled heavy from smoking cigarettes it was discusting!! Shower stall was littered with pubic hair. Cleaning personnel did a very poor job. NOT a disabled friendly hotel I did not see an elevator Pets are allowed but you must pay a 12€ fee. Parking spaces are limited at 15€ charge. Public parking? Be very careful. Mon thru Fri from 0800-18:00 you must pay to park around hotel area. Parking Control is very stringent in Bonn. Hotel location is great. Breakfast was excellent. No Disabled person access to restaurant. I rate this hotel: -4 Stars (minus)

The room is so small that you hardly can open your suitcase. The street is loud and since there is no air flow and the room so small you need to leave the window open. For 99€ that is a very bad price-value ratio.

Really clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, including breakfast. You will be amazed the quality of the room and service for the price. Overall, great experience but make sure to book in advance as they are booked pretty heavily.

The windows of my room looked out on a VERY noisy road with a bus stop couple of meters away from the room.There was no air conditioning, moreove they have not even changed the winter blankets and it was 30 celsius outside. Couldn't sleep for two days. Otherwise the room was clean and the breakfast was ok. Staff was nice.

Nice room but not very friendly during Covid time. We were literally asked 'what are you doing here' when we checked in. Never again.
