When we came to the hotel at 16:30, our room was not ready yet. though check in was from 14:00. When we tried to ask at the reception their reply was: we are on break. at 17:00 the reception opens again. so after waiting half of an hour, the reception opened. only to find the reception personal not being kind and much helpfull to us and arguing at each other. in the hotel room we found that the airco has been disabled centrally. and the room was too hot. if we opened our window it was very noisy outside. but with the window closed it was too warm to be able to sleep.

Look what I found under the blanket🙁 The family room was okay except for the dirty bedsheets. It’s not expensive but at least it should be clean… The parking lot was nice though.

Rooms a bit basic, otherwise good location and free parking

Pathetic, the lady took the waterbottle from oue table and expects us to use the 0.1cl cups. Rooms were good, service was bad, the self check-in machines both were broken and had to wait for someone to check us in. One extra star for the dude, he was chill.

I generally received a great reception at this hotel. The people working there were kind. The location of the hotel is definitely the best because it’s a few minutes from Bonn hbf station when traveling by train. This is why I selected it. But I would have appreciated a more options for breakfast. Some things like corn flakes did not taste fresh. I remember seeing a group of young people who among themselves hoped to have had croissants. Because some of them got them and others did not. Once some breads or other things like fruits are finished, they don’t consider to add more food for other people who may have decided to have breakfast later in the morning. Its not cool to pay for services but not receive them. I don’t think it’s worth paying for breakfast. I would have had better breakfast elsewhere.

If you have negotiated rates with organizations, its nice to apply those rates and be courteous when talking to customers

Good budget hotel. Stayed here for two nights, very clean and modern. The single beds were quite narrow but comfy, pillow too soft, air con a bit noisy, but overall nice room. Breakfast had a good selection, free parking, ideal for a stop over.

Great comfortable beds, AC, quite enough for me even though my room was near by train.

Having used this hotel before it was up to its usual standards. Lovely staff. Very pleasant and willing to converse in English. We booked in and then went for a walk after a long drive. We returned to the hotel and was offered Pizza and Beer/Wine. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the drinks were very good. We then retired to bed and had a comfortable night sleep. We will definitely be back again next year.

A clean, simple, comfortable and big family room. The addition of a wardrobe would make it perfect. Clean and well equipped bathroom. A lot of parking spaces, easy automatic check-in without need for check-out. Great breakfast.

We stayed here as part of a large group trip for a Bonn/Oxford twinning event. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff are very warm and friendly. Happy to help with whatever you may require and full of handy tips for getting around. Room was basic but comfortable, shower hot and soap and towels provided were of good quality. The breakfast if a traditional continental style buffet and again very good quality. Free WiFi access is great too. Would happily stay again when I return with the rest of my family.

Room was lovely and big enough for a family of 4 was clean and very tidy the only thing I would probably say could improve is the way breakfast is layed out in the morning but overall had a lovely stay staff were great x

All was of good quality. Only one drawback about cleanliness of the room: - for few days I found the same small pieces of paper (garbage) on the carpet - one day I came back in the afternoon and I found my room not cleaned. It took a while to do so.

The staff was very accomdating, the price to quality was nice. The bed slept good and the room and bathroom was clean. There was a funny smell in the hotel that just mad the experience for me not that great.
