Clean rooms, concierge recognised us on second visit. Secure, free parking on site. No aircon but very nice facilities and close enough (30mins walk) to the city centre. Eateries are limited in the immediate surrounding area but plenty in the centre. Bonn is a nice city but no comparison to the nearby Köln.

The rooms I know are really huge .. a little old for my feelings but still nice. I was quite bothered having a room towards the street. It's either windows shut or cable car passing by every few minutes, plus traffic... If you need it quiet , i guess the rooms to the back are more suitable ..

Rooms are spacious and clean, location is not amazing but Bonn isn’t big and distances are relative. That said, I wouldn’t t return to this hotel again because the balconies in the rooms are shared with other rooms. There is no divide which means anyone can access the entire balcony. It wouldn’t be a massive problem if the rooms had A/C, but they don’t. It was 30 degrees the 3 days I was there and it was impossibly hot , very difficult to sleep, yet I couldn’t keep my window or balcony door open because the man next door was out until 2 am smoking and coughing , or back on there at 5am speaking on the phone. I never felt safe and never felt comfortable knowing random people could access my room. 3 sleepless sweaty nights locked in the room with 30 degrees, no air to breathe and constant smell of cigarette coming from the balcony. Overall not worth it. It is quite cheap but I’d rather pay a little more and feel safe and comfortable. Staff were nice, this isn’t a problem staff could have resolved. Also sucked that me and my friends booked 3 months in advance and asked to have close-by rooms but were put as far apart as possible.

Nice staff, comfortable clean rooms and really good breakfast. I feel good here, because Ira different to the super big modern anonymous hotels, this one is quite small and cozy

Overall, an ok hotel. It isn’t close to the center yet isn’t far, and has a bus stop nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, but unfortunately, what ruined it for me are the bed bugs. Very, very unfortunate. The breakfast was very good and the staff is nice and welcoming.

Visiting Genova with my small daughter I really need a nice place to stay. I wanted it to be close to the centre, nice view, friendly staff and comfortable room. All these criteria are in Astoria Genova. The hotel made in luxurious style, but at the same time is sooo comfortable. I do like everything! Breakfast are exquisite and the variety of the choice will make you well-fed for the great part of the day. The decoration of the room made me feel as I am at home. The set of everything you need in trip are really luxurious. What a great pleasure to relax in the bath after long walk along the picturesque Genova! Mmmm☺️ Separately I want to thank the staff of the hotel. The will made you staying in Astoria really pleasant and cozy. Even after one day of the staying you feel as if you are friends with them. Especially I want to tag Oksana❤️ She reacted to my endless requests always attentively and with care. Thank you Oksana and Astoria. You are one love! We will definitely come back and choose only Astoria ❤️

We needed a room near the hospital. The rooms were clean. Just too hot (since we were in the cellar we didnt want to sleep with the windows open) und too loud (heating room? Steps from above). For 1 night it was ok though. The breakfast had a great selection and the super plus was that we were able to bring our little dog in a bag with us. Important for the parking: not every car might fit (foto attached).

Overall a nice little Hotel. A bit basic overall w.r.t. furniture and facilities, but a really good value for money. Next to a not-too busy street with trams but still relatively quiet (I was on the top floor, so no balcony). The service by staff was great (complementary tooth-brush and tooth-paste because I had forgotten mine, easy to check in and out) and everything was very tidy, internet worked fine. Clean bathroom etc. Breakfast also very good and rich, and in a nice a spacious room facing a very green garden. Not super-central but close enough to both the centre and the many museums. Overall a very pleasant experience. Pro tip: if you need to cross the tracks, take the Fußgängerbrücke Katharina-Focke-Straße" (stairs only) or the underpasses at Königsstrasse or Poppeldorfer Allee .... don't even bother about any of the many level crossings ..... I once had to wait 25 mins because there were 7 (!) trains passing, one after the other in either direction, before the barriers was lifted.

Stayed one night in November. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and just the right size for parents and two kids. The streetcar runs in front of the building. There is a little noise but it did not affect our sleep. Easy walk to Lidl for snacks. We thought it was a good bargain for our short trip to Bonn.

The hotel to take in Kessenich, Bonn. Nice and clean. Ask for additional pillows are highly recommended.

Hotel is ok. I had an issue with cooking smells in the morning in my room but it wasn't bad enough to put me of going back. Breakfast was good and room large and clean. Toilet very clean. Would certainly stay again.

Nice and quiet hotel, good breakfast (they might add some sweet stuff like cakes, though). Be aware that they have a few rooms in the basement, so in case you don't like to be underground ask not to be put there. They put me there but changed my room when I requested to change.

Very basic hotel with good breakfast and excellent service. I had a fever on the Saturday night and the staff promptly found me a spare duvet with no questions asked. Taxis were easy to order from the hotel to your destination. Couple of issues - the rooms were too hot in summer! No air conditioning and the windows only opened slightly. Suggest that fans/air conditioning be considered for future guests - walls were so thin that you could hear a baby crying from a different floor. This wasn't an issue for me as I knew it was a friend's baby but if I was another unrelated guest I would for sure have issues about this. Not sure how this can be resolved.

Fair 3 stars hotel. Room will not make you wow, but as long as you are in you will feel better - comfortable armchairs, bed, quiet and well communicated district. Entering to bathroom you are definitely in 4 stars hotel - high class of finishing and marble. Worth to take in consideration during you visit in Bonn.

Great location, courteous staff, good transportation to the city. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable room, great WIFI, one thing was missing and that is a mirror, hope next time they install a mirror in the room which is something minimal!

It is a great value for money place. Breakfast is really good
