Highly
recommended!
Like
many
others,
I
found
the
breakfast
fantastic,
in
terms
of
range
(somewhat
unusually
for
continental
Europe,
it
includes
English-style
hot
food)
and
quality.
I
haven't
seen
better
in
most
of
the
4
or
even
5
star
hotels
I've
stayed
in.
The
breakfast
room
is
spacious
and
the
staff
very
welcoming.
I
managed
to
tip
my
organge
juice
all
over
the
table
but
nobody
made
a
fuss
and
the
two
highly
absorbant
linen
table
cloths
saved
both
my
trousers
and
shoes!
My
breakfast
was
made
even
better
by
being
able
to
listen
to
eight
60+
Scandinavian
(?)
men
having
a
really
good
laugh
with
one
another.
I
have
no
clue
what
was
being
said
but
their
deep
tones
and
hearty
laughter
made
me
smile
many
times.
I
wonder
what
they
were
doing
in
Bonn
over
the
weekend?
My
fouth
floor
room
(number
22)
was
compact
but
had
everything
I
wanted.
All
the
fixtures
and
fittings
felt
like
they
had
quality
and
everything
was
spotlessly
clean.
Three
slightly
unusual
things:
The
shower
and
toilet
were
separate
(which
I
like),
there
was
a
notebook-sized
safe
(not
important
for
me
but
helpful
for
business
travellers),
and
there
were
tea/coffee-making
facilities
(also
not
standard
continental
Europe).
My
room
was
not
air-conditioned
and
I
did
need
to
keep
the
window
open
at
night.
There
was
a
fan
but
I
preferred
fresh
air,
even
at
the
expense
of
hearing
a
few
revellers
who
seem
to
have
had
a
small
private
party
in
the
street
outside.
It
should
be
borne
in
mind
that
this
was
a
Saturday
night
and
there
was
a
major
open-air
gig
in
town
that
night
-
my
reason
for
being
in
Bonn
in
the
first
place.
For
around
Euro
100
a
night,
including
that
fantastic
breakfast,
I'd
say
this
was
one
of,
if
not
the,
best
value
hotels
I've
ever
stayed
in.
Once
again,
highly
recommended!
