With motel one you always know what you get. Solid experience and worth noting that the isolation of the rooms is pretty good so even a tram in front of your window does not make a difference. Located close to the river

Great place to stay in business trip. Close to Beethoven house, city hall, Rhein(Rhine) river, and many restaurants. Three stops away from Bonn hbf(main station) I think it is better than near Bonn hbf hotels because it is in calm and safe region. I hope to visit again.

Many ways to get this relatively new hotel. Many buses serve the intersection the hotel is located, so getting to the central train station is very easy. The hotel is well maintained and has bar and breakfast, for a fee. I did not take the breakfast as I require gluten free options. The hotel will accommodate but the breakfast is mainly just bread and fruit. I wanted a hot breakfast. The bed was comfortable and decent size bathroom. Blackout curtains and very quiet even when my room faced the street. Can't go wrong booking this hotel.

Great hotel, enjoyed my stay there. Staff was also very friendly, and I did not feel left alone. Breakfast was good but a little bit crowded. Connection is very easy to Bonn-Beuel and Central station, and the river is like 100 meters away from hotel.

Stayed during a work visit. The rooms are near and clean but the lobby bar is excellent mostly because of the super friendly and amazing staff. We worked long hours there and the service was impeccable and each of them was hospitable and attentive. Thank you!

At the check in, Everyone at the front desk needed more training. No smile and confused to find my reservation, room was on the first floor with horrible view of the roof garden. I asked if I could change and they said no we are full! Location was good but that’s about it. Very bad internet. Dusty

They should have dropped the 'Motel' name. This is a clean and stylish value hotel that's getting everything right. Good service in the stylish bar and (i hear from my guests that were staying there) the rooms are clean and nice. (Not huge rooms, no unexpected extras, just clean and comfortable.)

The room was clean, service staff was great, location the best (5 minutes walking & you are in the middle of the town). The bar at the entrance is great. The only thing I missed was warm breakfast, not even scrambled eggs :( but the "cold" one was great.

I only did a pause in the lounge to have a drink. Staff was very welcoming and the lounge is pretty cool, decoration is modern, lighting is plaisant

Already booked for my family 7 days it was wonderful

I had a bad experience with the receptionist. She was rude, i was told i had a late checkout at 3pm, so i went out for a walk. Only to come back and my bag had been packed out of the room and i had been locked out! The receptionist showed no sense of remorse and was rude!

It's clean, comfortable and in a great location. But in the last 2 days of my reservation the internet connection was down exactly when I needed the most.

A beautiful setting inside. I loved the colour scheme. We only stayed one night but I developed a horrible allergic reaction. I know that it was the room as I had a nap after our long travel to get to Bonn. I fell asleep on all 3 pillows (incl the turquoise one) and when I awoke, my eyelids felt heavy and when I looked in the mirror, they were swollen. Rushed off to the pharmacy to get antihistamine. It helped tp reduce the swelling. In the early hours in the morning, I awoke to find my eyelids in a worse state, my cheekbones were swollen and my chest was red. I think it could be the curtains and headboard that triggered off my allergic reaction. We spoke to the man when we check-out and all he said was that it was strange as their items are "hypoallergenic". Not sure how often curtains and headboards are cleaned as the fabric used is very different to cotton etc.

The hotel is in the city's heart. Central station is just 4-5 mins from Tram/Bus. The city centre is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The rooms are immaculate and well managed. Breakfast is very regular, but it needs to improve. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Actually normally the stay is really good, but this time they put a poor guy in the night-shift, that had his 4th shift and was completely alone. Somehow he never had the situation that several rooms were booked over one credit card, what ended up in a 40min checkin process at 1 in the night. Where we needed to pay stuff privately - as they could not say that they mixed up the ordering process and need to take care the days after that things get fixed...

1. NO warm Breakfast , No toaster for Breads: NO egg scrambled or fried, NO sausages or bacon just the quality of coffee is good. Probably not again! 2. NO drink water?! You should buy some water from outside, there was just one day some water at reception but other days not
