What i need,and breakfast was a dream

Very unfriendly front of house. Never have I ever experienced staff that asked for feedback but didn’t want to accept it. Her actual words were ‘I don’t agree and don’t accept it’ As I walked away they mimicked me and made inappropriate noises which made me feel very uncomfortable. Rooms were hot like a sauna and my room was not cleaned over my 2 night stay. I’m not expecting a spring clean but new towels and toiletries would have been awesome! Kudos to the staff in the restaurant as they were very friendly.

Good location and nice room. Close to restaurants and hiking trails. Dogs are welcome.

Large, nice tidy rooms, quiet. WiFi didn't work in my room but I only stayed for 1 night.

Nice and clean hotel. Tough parking but food and room service are good.

It has improved a lot since it became Maxx hotel, however the wlan/wifi is absolutely terrible. They really should solve this quickly.

Wir waren während der großen Hitze in Bad Honnef und unser Zimmer war sehr aufgeheizt, da wäre eine Klimaanlage echt toll gewesen. Der Herr abends an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Ausflugs Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Fußläufig sind alle wichtigen Anlaufstellen zu erreichen, dennoch würde ich jedem raten mit dem Auto anzureisen...

Wir waren vergangenes Wochenende dort und ich vergebe 5 von 5 Sternen, obwohl ich sonst äußerst kritisch bin! Tolles Ambiente, schöner Empfangsbereich, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon und das Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Vielen Dank auch für den freundlichen Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice hotel and staff. Location is a little difficult to find.

The yard is clean, beautiful,good location , quite centrally located, near to train and tram station. Very good breakfast and friendly staff . My son is studying in IuBH, so it’s very convenient for me to stay here. I was here last year too when it was Maxx hotel. The Yard is like home !
